I've been really impressed that it handles so many tasks. After just beginning to use EngageBay, I can tell it's a true all in one platform and I'm genuinely enjoying it. Wish I'd discovered it earlier because consolidating everything into one spot has already saved me a ton of time and hassle!
Cons
So far I haven't run into anything I dislike about it and even their customer support has been excellent and responsive.

I'm genuinely impressed by how user-friendly the interface is, the breadth of tools included and the responsiveness of their support team. After spending two full days comparing every CRM I could find, this one not only covered everything I needed but offered far more features at the most affordable price. It's ideal for a solopreneur like me.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any real drawbacks. There is a learning curve to get everything configured which is true of any CRM but their customer support has made setup and onboarding much less painful for me than I expected.

I can manage several businesses across different domains from a single platform which was essential for me and I really appreciate that capability. On top of that, the calendar sync and the appointments tool have been fantastic, I don't need Calendly anymore and I particularly like that there are multiple deal tracks, you can run separate pipelines for each business if that's what you need. Their support team responds quickly and overall the package offers excellent value for the price.
Cons
So far nothing dramatic stands out, like a lot of similar platforms it's only as valuable as the data you collect and enter and depends on how well you make use of the features. For instance, the email marketing tools look amazing but I still haven't started using them, that's on me, not EngageBay. Overall I'm pleased I signed up and plan to explore those email features when I have more time.

I'm really impressed by the chat-to-CRM link, it makes tracking conversations effortless. The customised meeting schedulers, paired with automated emailers, are a big help. Syncing with calendars runs smoothly and the email gateway setup for reminders works very well.
Cons
Often I get frustrated that chat notifications aren't fixed quickly enough. They really need to prioritize pushing alerts immediately to mobile app users so we get real-time updates without delay.

This is a comprehensive collection of apps that brings CRM, marketing and service tools together under a single roof. I find it well thought out and simple to move between the three platforms. There's a surprising amount of advanced functionality under the surface for power marketers. To me it feels like the natural progression after Mailchimp's basic offerings that kept tacking features on and turning messy. Getting started here is about as simple as it gets!
Cons
I'd really like to see a richer set of visual dashboards added. The built-in ones are decent out of the box but being able to design my own custom views and choose more flexible ways to visualize data would be a real plus. Also, I could never get SMS to work during my setup so having a more reliable, fully integrated text-marketing feature would make the platform much more complete.

What I appreciate most is how simple the interface is to use and how deploying automations doesn't feel overly complex. I also love that the built-in calendar removes the need to plug in an external scheduling app. Another standout for me is being able to make calls and send SMS, then tag or disposition those calls by status which lets me trigger automated campaigns based on those dispositions.
Cons
There isn't a lot to complain about although the pricing model is a bit awkward. It's really affordable if you're running under ten agents but once you start adding, say, 25 or 30 agents the bill balloons and feels pricey. Even so, when I stack it up against other similar platforms, it still usually comes out cheaper overall.

Impressed by the value, the balance between features, performance and cost and I find it really easy to use. The customization options are solid, the calendar tool works well and the integrations cover what my workflow needs. Their customer support has been excellent and very responsive, they proactively address bugs and push improvements regularly.
Cons
That said I notice some features feel redundant or confusing, I think several of them could be consolidated into the same feature set for clarity.

It helps me pull together sales and marketing tasks in a single organized system so I can quickly review past interactions and figure out which prospects are worth investing time in. That clarity makes it much easier for me to plan next steps and focus on leads with real potential.
Cons
The GUI really needs an overhaul, I don't find it simple to know what to do next and overall navigation feels cluttered. I would like the workflows to be simplified and tailored more closely to customers' actual needs so it's quicker for me to move through tasks and keep things running smoothly.

With EngageBay, I have the freedom to set up automation across my workflows so it really removes a lot of manual effort, whether I'm handling Marketing, Sales or Operations. I can set things to initiate a call, send an SMS or dispatch an email depending on how a customer responds or if they don't respond at all.
Cons
I'm missing a proper written manual. Sure, the videos and blog articles are useful but they take forever to work through, I really want clear, step-by-step written guides. This isn't only an EngageBay thing, it's something I see across the whole industry. On a side note, my Pixel 3XL running on Google Fi could use some extra fine-tuning with the app. Overall EB isn't difficult to pick up or operate but some of the more advanced capabilities still feel a little opaque to me.

I find the app user-friendly and simple and on the rare occasions when I needed assistance the chat answered me immediately. Their chat support is hands-down the best I've dealt with.
