“Valuable assistance for new users”
Pros
Being new to it, I've been genuinely impressed by the patient, hands-on support the Team has given me. Since this platform is unfamiliar to me, their assistance has been truly appreciated and made learning much easier
Cons
I am still getting started and need more individualized guidance than people who already know the platform. I'd love to see additional 'getting started' videos that walk through every module and focus on step-by-step actions for each feature. A simplified 'Engage Bay for Dummies' style guide would be really helpful.

“Scales well”
Pros
The EngageBay All-in-One suite truly delivers on its name, a single platform for marketing, sales and CRM, complete with automation and workflow tools. I find it to be an efficient, scalable solution that suits growing SMEs. By combining automation with workflow functionality, my small business can operate with a level of effectiveness similar to much larger companies, without needing the extra dedicated resources typically required to stitch different tools together across several platforms.
Cons
Although we're still in the early stages of implementation, any questions or issues I've had about how to use the system have been quickly answered by the support team through the chat.

“So many features”
Pros
Love how feature-packed it is. It still blows me away that it costs a fraction of what many competitors charge, while offering far more tools and capabilities. It serves needs across several departments, is simple to teach clients and to use within our team and integrations are simple to configure. Honestly the whole platform is easy to set up and get rolling. For clients who want a fully loaded platform that's user-friendly, quick to deploy and helps them avoid the big vendors' price tags, this is ideal. I'm telling you, this platform can be customized and adapts to virtually any small business requirement! I've been using it across projects and it's been consistently reliable.
Cons
I struggle to point out real weaknesses but if I had to pick something I would like broader, high-level reporting options, not necessarily granular per campaign or sequence. That feature might already exist and I'm just not completely sure where to find it. Because the platform is packed with features, I feel like I'll be uncovering new capabilities for years to come!

“Covers sales and marketing needs”
Pros
One thing I really like is that it's a true all-in-one solution covering sales, marketing and customer service but what stands out for me is the simple pricing, it doesn't feel like a constant upsell. I don't have to worry about suddenly hitting limits on emails, contacts or another feature and being forced to upgrade the next day just to keep things running.
Cons
Overall there isn't much about this all-in-one platform that bothers me though it's not perfect. As with most tech tools, I run into little quirks and a few features that aren't immediately user-friendly so I need to spend time figuring them out. Also, the live chat button frequently obstructs the interface and becomes annoying when it gets in the way.

“Good value for money”
Pros
I'm impressed by how cost-effective it is for the services offered. The platform is a full suite that can feel overwhelming at first glance yet it has every feature I need organized into tidy modules, all integrated into the central CRM. Their help desk is easy to reach and fast at solving problems. I contacted them on day one about setup and they were fantastic.
Cons
It's not as simple to use and complete tasks compared with other CRMs. I needed extra time to learn the screens and figure out what each feature actually does, quite a few options are tucked away and not obvious at first. What bugs me most is that the task list lacks a simple tick-box to mark items done. Also, I can't sort the list by due date.

“Easy to pick up”
Pros
As someone working at a nonprofit, I found this CRM incredibly easy to pick up from the start. For our team it was fantastic to consolidate email threads, SMS and phone conversations into a single place without messing with templates or writing any code. We've also been able to add a variety of custom tracking fields with ease which helps me keep an eye on supporters, volunteers and donors in one organized system.
Cons
What I wish the platform included is a built-in project management module because having that feature would fill a gap in our workflow and make the tool even more complete for organizing tasks and timelines.

“Customizable email system”
Pros
The email system is very customizable. It's something I'd expect from HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365. I was pleasantly surprised to find that level of flexibility in EngageBay. The rest of the features match what top providers offer. Another notable standout is the social suite. It lets me control and even schedule my posts through it.
Cons
Everything works well overall now. Still, it would be great to have LinkedIn Streams built into the platform. I can already auto-post to four of my key channels, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. From a business perspective it would be really helpful if I could view the LinkedIn feed in EngageBay too so I don't need so many windows open to monitor.

“Cheap but too limiting”
Pros
I find it cheaper than many marketing automation tools.
Cons
Frankly, I'm annoyed by the limited native integrations. It lacks the flexibility I expect from other marketing automation platforms. Setting up solid workflows is clunky and pretty difficult. There isn't even built-in UTM tagging.

“Great for running email marketing”
Pros
Its the clearest way to run email marketing and sales activities from a single platform. I use it for most things that include a sales pipeline, CRM, appointment scheduling and task management. It handles marketing, sales/CRM and support needs efficiently and user-friendly and at a very reasonable price. The sales module felt approachable and never pushy. Onboarding has been an ongoing process but the team is responsive whenever I need help. For me it's a complete and user-friendly tool. It makes it easy to organize all my email contacts so I can keep a lightweight view of the sales flow and strengthen or reconnect relationships with customers. It also offers a wide range of features that allow full personalization of campaign emails. I've seen strong marketing functionality and customer care, very quick to respond. Overall it provides many promising tools like tracking deals, contacts, lists, email marketing and automation.
Cons
It suffers from a fair number of glitches and bugs particularly with sequences and email marketing automation. The number of email templates available is also quite limited. I find the interface isn't as user-friendly as it could be and would benefit from being organized and simplified. Several API documentation pages were missing from the public site when I looked. The software is also lacking when it comes to integrations with other platforms. Its CRM database doesn't feel as robust as what other vendors offer and the email ID doesn't automatically create the company records in the database. The filter/search options to find a specific contact aren't up to the mark. Connections with Outlook, Gmail and Office365 can be confusing and sometimes break. Finally, email threads don't load older messages properly, I often have to scroll and hunt to view past emails in the same conversation.

“Effective yet inexpensive”
Pros
it's essentially like HubSpot but without the hefty price tag, I feel you'll likely receive everything you need and even more.
Cons
I find the social suite isn't really something I can use right now. To me, it doesn't make sense to only be able to see parts of my social accounts without having the ability to publish. That said they're still relatively new and I totally get that rolling out additional capabilities requires time and development work.

“connects smoothly with Zapier”
Pros
This platform covers almost everything I need. It's made a big difference in sharpening my marketing approach. I can build landing pages, run reports, track activity and design emails and best of all it connects smoothly with Zapier.
Cons
There's not much that bothers me, maybe they could offer stronger discounts or deal options down the line. For now, however, it isn't anything that affects my use.

“Practical for sales automation”
Pros
This tool feels practical and is really easy to integrate, I rely on its features to create helpful automations that make managing and organizing sales and email workflows far more convenient and efficient than before for my day-to-day tasks and follow-ups.
Cons
I'd like to see more choices for automating different access points and channels because right now the platform lacks any features to schedule or publish posts across the various social networks I use which limits my social media workflow.

“They listen to my concerns”
Pros
Having all the core parts of my business (sales, marketing, service) consolidated in one place just makes practical sense. With a single click I switch focus and the whole mindset changes. There's no need for me to sign into a different platform. Solutions that bundle everything like this feel very promising for what's ahead. I've also found EngageBay's support to be outstanding. I reached out to them nearly every day during setup and they consistently helped me. I feel they genuinely prioritize the customer's experience.
Cons
I know it's still a fairly new platform and there are several areas that could use some refinement. Even so, I have to give EngageBay credit, they listened to every concern I raised and took care of anything that needed fixing.

“Covers all marketing needs”
Pros
What I appreciate about it is that it covers all my marketing, CRM/sales and customer support needs in a simple, user-friendly way and at a very reasonable price. The sales team was pleasant and never pushy during the process. Onboarding feels like a continual journey and the support crew responds quickly.
Cons
If I had to mention a downside, I'd admit it isn't as visually polished as some competitors in the marketplace though that doesn't bother me much. A few features can be less than obvious to use, for example, while you can set up automations in the sales bay, I find they tend to function more smoothly when built inside the marketing bay.
