game-changing, all-in-one crm

Pros

EngageBay platform has completely changed how we handle customer relationships. The all in one system is easy to use and loaded with features we usually only find in much pricier tools. The marketing automation and the smooth connection between sales and support are my favorites. Also it is a powerful, budget-friendly CRM with amazing support that I would definitely recommend.

Cons

This is a great CRM though I wish the customization was a little more adaptable. The interface is user-friendly too but having more control over the layout would be helpful\ but I do like that they are constantly refining it with regular updates.

cost-effective CRM

Pros

It is a cost effective, all in one CRM and their customer success team is always present and available. That's really important for me since I am located in Australia.

Cons

Some of the system's push alerts are not very clear and they vanish from the screen too quickly.

Pros

The standout features for me are the support, how easy it is to use and the great value for the money.

Cons

In my opinion the social media tools are not the best so I feel like they should really develop this into a proper, standalone module.

seamless all-in-one sales platform

Pros

It onnects seamlessly with its own marketing and sales modules, helping me manage my entire sales pipeline, track deals and organize customer data effortlessly. Plus it provides a complete contact history, a visual sales pipeline and task management tools.

Cons

It has many excellent features but it is missing some of the more advanced reporting capabilities that are pretty important for us.

Getting everything configured was not a problem and the platform is easy to operate. The support team is also always available whenever I need assistance.

Cons

The CRM felt very user friendly and easy to use from the start. Plus having an all in one platform gives us smooth access to key tools like email marketing, automation and pipeline management without any unnecessary complexity. The price is very competitive which is perfect for new ventures and small companies. Overall support is quick to respond and we can customize workflows and dashboards to fit our process.

Cons

While the platform has a wide range of tools, some advanced capabilities like in-depth reporting are not as strong as in more expensive CRMs. The third-party integrations are getting better but it is missing the deep, native connections you find on larger platforms. The mobile app could also be faster and easier to use.
