The interface is also user-friendly and the cost is accessible for small and mid-sized companies, while the integration options boost our overall productivity. The customer support is reliable too and it delivers great value for teams seeking a powerful yet budget-friendly CRM.
Cons
The more advanced tools like reporting and analytics are not as powerful as those in enterprise level CRMs. Some users might find the customization options a bit restrictive for complex processes. There is also a learning curve for automation setup and while the interface is friendly, the design could feel more modern. Larger teams might eventually find it less scalable for their growing needs.

They offer a very generous free plan to test everything out and their product range is so extensive that we can manage all our business activities from within the platform.
Cons

EngageBay has completely transformed our business. As a small to medium company, finding a complete and affordable solution was a major challenge for us. It has surpassed all our expectations. The live chat feature is a lifesaver and the support resources like articles and YouTube videos are incredibly helpful.
Cons
The mobile app is missing some functionality and does not include all the features from the desktop version. I have also noticed it can slow down when handling large amounts of data.

The customer service is exceptional. The dashboard is also excellent with easy to understand analytics and creating marketing emails and landing pages is pretty simple and fast too.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first when designing marketing emails and landing pages. Some features are not immediately obvious and take a while to locate but it becomes very simple once we know our way around.

It handles all our tasks for a much more reasonable price than the top-tier marketing and CRM platforms. The interface is also far easier and more intuitive to use than leaders like Salesforce or Pardot. The support team is responsive and answers all our questions which was especially helpful during setup. Even though we are in Australia and sometimes face a time zone delay, it has not been a problem for us.
Cons
A few seemingly basic features are missing like sorting data by every column, only seeing a clients first name in some lists and not being able to add email links in their templates. You can find workarounds though.

Importing contacts is a simple process. The main dashboard is clear and well-organized and I like that you can pick and choose extra services as needed.
Cons
I value proactive support but the follow-up was excessive. I needed to schedule time to import my contacts and explore the product but receiving four calls before I had the chance created unnecessary pressure.
