The software was good. It creates fast movement. I love everything about this software. It has a budget-friendly app. You should try it, or else you'll regret it.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about Engagebay CRM. I love everything about it. It offers the most competitive pricing in the market and perfectly fits my needs.

“Best Automation Software”
Pros
I like their robust automations that help me automate all the repetitive processes, like following up with my clients and creating tasks.
Cons
Debugging an automation with 20+ nodes, especially pinpointing where it failed, can be challenging. It would be beneficial if they could provide details about the specific node that caused the issue.

“Our business has benefitted from using EngageBay”
Pros
My overall experience with EngageBay is great! I've never had a problem using the software, and any time I have a question, the support has been quick and helpful.
Cons
There are some areas that could be expanded upon, such as building web pages. I would appreciate having more options in the web page design process.

Pros
I was impressed by how effortless the setup process was. Not only was it quick to get started, but it also did an excellent job of organizing my leads efficiently. The ease of setup combined with its organizational capabilities made managing my leads much simpler and more effective.
Cons
It was difficult to see value when dealing with only a few high-paying clients.

“Nice but more expensive than alternatives”
Pros
It's an all-around solution that has most of the tools I need.
Cons
The pricing was the main deterrent; it's more expensive than other options on the market for white label solutions.

“Efficient and Straight Forward CRM”
Pros
I consider this CRM to be efficient and smooth. Compared to other CRMs, it is user-friendly, but the automation features are slightly less intuitive and may require more effort to fully understand.
Cons
Right now, visibility is lacking, which could attract more users and buyers!

“Love the simplicity yet powerful.”
Pros
I love the simplicity of setup and use. Previously, I used Salesforce, which is a very powerful tool but was too complicated for our nonprofit organization.
Cons
The knowledge base is too general for my needs; it doesn't cover more complex issues. I often have to submit a ticket to get help.

“Starting a consulting firm”
Pros
As an entrepreneur, I need to reach out to hundreds of client members and needed a way to manage the contact list, lead generation, and overall tracking in the sales pipeline.
Cons
I wished for a free trial of at least a month, but the cost made it somewhat prohibitive for me.

“EngageBay Review (Used for less than 6 months)”
Pros
I find it to be low cost compared to Hubspot, with ease of setup and use. EngageBay's automation tools help streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent follow-ups. Responsive and helpful customer support.
Cons
It lacks integration with Twitter/X and has limited third-party integrations.

“A dizzying array of tools in a nice, integrated package”
Pros
I admire the simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way it manages to pull together all the complex features needed into a single package, making it appear less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex features aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.
Cons
It would be great to hide unused links, tabs, and menus and bring them back later if needed. Also, the social media marketing currently only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd prefer a broader selection.

“More improvement required”
Pros
To be very honest, I've used this service twice only in the free trial. The functionality is good for sending emails, and they provide accurate results. However, while investigating the emails, I discovered they use Mailgun service for sending emails.
Cons
The previous service provider was very useful for bulk email marketing due to regular IP changes, which are essential today. Engagebay faces the same issue; otherwise, the software is good for sending emails.

“Superb Allinoneplatform”
Pros
I value having all features consolidated into one platform, which is ideal for solo entrepreneurs seeking a unified solution. It simplifies operations by providing all necessary tools within a single system.
Cons
There is a notable absence of integration with Canva, a feature that would greatly enhance the utility and versatility of the platform. Integrating Canva would provide users with robust design capabilities, enabling them to create visually appealing graphics seamlessly within the existing framework. This enhancement would streamline workflow efficiency and expand creative options, catering to a broader range of visual content needs.

“Feels effortless...”
Pros
When I joined my current company two years ago, I started using EngageBay. Before that I had used Salesforce and HubSpot for my previous roles so I honestly assumed switching platforms would be a major headache but the move was far easier than I anticipated. The platform comes loaded with features yet manages to stay user-friendly and simple to use. For me the most impressive thing has been how effortless everything feels, from setting up contacts and automations to using the marketing and CRM tools. New users and long-time CRM veterans alike will probably enjoy EngageBay's simplicity and depth. I've also been impressed by the support team. Over the past few years I've reached out with a handful of questions and Charles in particular always replies super quickly, asks follow-up questions to clarify what I actually need and then provides precise, useful answers. It's clear he really knows the product thoroughly!
Cons
There are two things that frustrate me. First, in the support chat you can't paste a screenshot directly into the conversation which I find really annoying because it's such a basic feature and would save a lot of time troubleshooting. Second, there's no email threading when you send sequences. I wish the follow-up emails could include the previous messages so recipients have context, threading would make follow-ups feel more natural and could boost open rates. It bothers me that each outbound email appears as a standalone message with no visible history attached.

“Improved a lot over the years”
Pros
I've seen this product evolve massively since my business partner used it in a former role. Their team clearly builds features with customer needs in mind and I find it to be a genuinely helpful, practical CRM solution for us.
Cons
Setting up a CRM always requires a fair bit of time but it has kept the process simple and far from intimidating up to this point.
