Pros

I'm really impressed by this software's beautifully organized interface, it's simple to use and comes loaded with powerful features at a price I can afford.

Cons

Responsive support staff

Pros

I appreciate the wide range of tools they offer which meet virtually every marketing automation requirement. Core functions are easy to access while I still have access to advanced capabilities when needed. Their support team is extremely accommodating and quick to respond.

Cons

Occasionally I have to dig through menus to find configuration options that feel essential to most workflows (for instance, adding Google Analytics or AdWords tracking to a landing page). Still, whenever I reach out, their support team responds promptly and helps resolve the issue.

Extremely powerful CRM

Pros

It is one of the more powerful CRMs I use, it supports automations and workflows and lets me easily create follow-up automations and automated tasks

Cons

I like its features but I'm annoyed by the restriction on how many nodes each automation actually allows.

Pros

Their customer support is fast and helpful and I love that they offer unlimited landing pages, unlimited forms, plus a built-in chat module.

Cons

List management needs work, the segmentation interface feels a bit rough around the edges. It does have lots of features and gets the job done but overall it feels clunky.

Great ease of use

Pros

I've found the platform to be extremely user-friendly, making it easy to use. The chat support team is proactive and solved my queries very efficiently whenever I reached out. Their dashboard reporting tab has an excellent UI that makes data review simple. I didn't need any external help to set it up, just entered the details and I was good to go. Integration work is something I'll still need to set up but overall the setup was smooth for my needs.

Cons

Been using it for the past four days and so far I haven't seen anything I dislike.

Useful knowledge base

Pros

One thing I appreciate is that every feature is reachable so I can make full use of a CRM that keeps my business running smoothly. I rely on it to organize my contacts, handle deals and monitor my emails and it fits my needs perfectly, their knowledge base and training videos are useful. The best part is the customer support, always available to help when I need assistance.

Cons

It has almost all the features but it's missing simple things such as autosaving emails so I must save them manually. Occasionally if my browser crashes, all unsaved content is lost. I hope they will implement this option soon.

Pros

Cons

For me the marketing side is the problem, most of our emails end up in spam folders.

Well structured interface

Pros

The interface is well-organized and I rely on it every day since it connects with my other tools.

Knowledgeable team

Pros

I've found it to be a fully capable platform that automates repetitive tasks, enables cross-department collaboration and doesn't require paid tiers. My team appreciates it's support squad which is excellent. It's reassuring that I can reach out anytime I have a question because they're consistently on hand, eager to assist and very well informed and totally reliable.

Cons

There was really an initial learning curve to understand how EngageBay differs from other systems and operates but I don't see that as a drawback because every new platform needs adapting and has its own quirks.

Pros

Comprehensive platform that brings everything together

Pros

Really impressed that it's an all-in-one platform. It brings together marketing, sales and customer service tools in one place which has made handling those parts of my business much easier. It's also pleasantly affordable, I see it as a cost-effective alternative to HubSpot that still offers nearly the same set of features. I appreciate the customer view, being able to see every interaction with a client in one spot helps me tailor marketing and support more personally. Setup was super simple for me, their support responded fast and knew their stuff and there are tons of capabilities I didn't expect given the price.

Cons

I will say it does come with a learning curve and I had to spend some time getting familiar with everything, that's pretty normal though when you're dealing with such a feature-rich platform.

All-in-one CRM

Pros

The market is full of standalone CRM platforms, separate marketing suites and a bunch of sales tools but I love that EngageBay bundles them together, add ticketing and automation and you're left with one unified platform. What really stands out to me is that everything actually works together instead of feeling disjointed.

Cons

It is tough to accept that they push 1- to 2-year prepaid plans up front, that kind of commitment is pretty hard for smaller businesses, including mine, to swallow.

Outstanding customer care

Pros

It delivers everything HubSpot offers but for a much smaller investment. What really stands out to me, beyond its solid functionality, is the exceptional customer support. Whenever I have questions they reply quickly and with clear, knowledgeable answers which has saved me a great deal of time compared with having to hunt around and figure out how to complete specific tasks.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across any real downsides, it performs very well across the board.

Happy with EngageBay!

Pros

I'm not computer savvy and honestly wasn't excited about picking up a new system but I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it turned out to be. The email templates are incredibly user-friendly and before long I had put together a sequence of twelve emails. Any issues I ran into were swiftly handled by either watching a short video or using the Chat feature. Overall I'm really pleased with EngageBay and have my email automation up and running now.

Cons

It would be really useful to have a centralized training center where the videos (which I find very good) are neatly organized and indexed for easier access.

its a complete solution

Pros

As a digital marketer, I find it genuinely an all-in-one platform that covers everything I need, from email campaigns to scheduling across social channels. Even though I currently don't use its CRM features, I'm glad they exist for future use. I also appreciate how quickly their support team responds, their prompt help has been reassuring when I run into issues.

Cons

I can't find much to complain about because the software runs very reliably. Every so often I notice a small lag in the email analytics but that seems to be an industry-wide quirk rather than a specific fault. Overall it's minor and doesn't bother me so I really have no major complaints.

Cost-effective option

Pros

This is excellent software that includes nearly every feature a business requires. It provides tools for sales, marketing, a social suite, service desk and live chat, all bundled at a budget-friendly price that small businesses can manage.

Cons

Easy to organize contacts

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to organize contacts by tagging and building lists. It also makes putting together email templates simple and lets me send messages to my clients without issues.

Cons

When I'm creating email templates and paste content copied from another source, the original formatting doesn't carry over. I end up reapplying fonts, spacing and styles manually which can be a somewhat tedious and time-consuming task.

Pros

My experience with this platform has been really positive particularly thanks to the customer support team that's available whenever I need help. I genuinely like the workflows and automation tools, they create tasks for me automatically, send out emails without manual intervention and even add lead scores to contacts who opened an email or clicked a link which saves me a ton of time.

Cons

I've explored the platform quite thoroughly and haven't come across significant problems overall but I do notice a few occasional lags when statistics are updating which can be a little frustrating at times.

extremely flexible

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how flexible it is. While I mainly rely on it for email marketing, I've also dug into the social tools to schedule posts and made use of the CRM. Everything I've tried so far runs smoothly and does what I need without fuss.

Cons

I noticed a while ago that they took Twitter scheduling out of the social suite which was a bummer for me. Other than that missing feature, I think it's a very complete toolkit for digital marketers and I still give it a thumbs up.
