I enjoy editing web content and managing email marketing campaigns within a single interface. The navigation is user-friendly, and the support team responds quickly. Creating and organizing email templates into groups for automated campaigns is also hassle free task now. The analytics have improved over time, reflecting their commitment to enhancing the product.

Cons

The automated campaign builder can be a bit confusing and also I think you could benefit from a more user-friendly design, like a drag-and-drop feature.

After exploring various solutions, we found many with the features we needed but at high monthly costs. Then we discovered Genoo, which offers the same capabilities at a much more affordable rate. We started using Genoo in Q3 of 2010, and the setup went without a hitch. The technical team from Genoo supported us throughout the implementation process, ensuring that all features and functions worked as promised. They also assisted with integrating the system with SalesForce. Learning and using Genoo was straightforward, and within weeks, we were fully operational, running comprehensive email marketing campaigns complete with lead forms and scoring. Genoos customer support has been highly responsive and eager to address any issues or solve problems. Although It is too early to gauge the exact ROI, Genoo has been instrumental in enhancing the visibility and perceived value of our products through well-designed and effective email campaigns.
