“Helpful support and fun UI”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate with software at this level is the responsive client support. The interface also has a fun feel to it and there's a great library of educational marketing videos that adds a lot of value.
Cons
Pricing becomes hard to justify for what the product can actually do. It doesn't really get you to the same level as platforms like Marketo or Marketing Cloud.

“Custom fields and exports”
Pros
Being able to set up custom fields and tailor how the data appears on both mobile and desktop made a big difference. It helped me build a really useful form for collecting the volunteer information we needed and also made it possible to show the most relevant details right when we needed them. I also really loved the export feature. Having the option to create custom fields, plus sort and rearrange columns, was incredibly helpful.
Cons
Some of the paid commercial features can get really expensive. That said, the free CRM plan is still very flexible and powerful enough to cover most users' needs.

“Free tool with integrations”
Pros
This has easily been the best CRM I've used. It connects without any hassle, includes chat features, offers tons of integrations and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of a single downside. This CRM has been an absolute lifesaver.

“excellent reporting insights”
Pros
Having CRM and marketing automation in one platform, along with dynamic reporting and sales tools, gives me much better visibility into my accounts and prospects. It also helps me gather the strategic insight I need to make data-driven decisions and focus my efforts where they matter most.
Cons
Since the platform is still evolving, a few features that feel like obvious additions are still missing. For example, bulk creating or assigning tasks could be handled much more efficiently and task filtering feels dull compared with the contact filters which are far more simple and flexible. That said, they seem to take user feedback seriously so I'm optimistic these improvements will come over time.

“Sales opportunity management”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this tool is how organized it is when it comes to generating new sales opportunities. It offers plenty of options to customize operations especially for creating new analytics and being able to use contact information directly within sales opportunities is also very helpful.
Cons
On the downside, its search engine optimization (SEO) capabilities feel fairly limited especially when it comes to integration with the LinkedIn platform. The sales intelligence tools also make it harder than it should be to handle marketing efforts and lead nurturing analysis.

The functionality has been really great and the pricing is especially appealing with the startup discount.

“Flexible and user-friendly”
Pros
Getting around the system is easy and it works well with most other software which makes it really flexible to use.
Cons
Reporting tools could be more specific. It would be even more helpful to have extra features that let you dig deeper into the details.

“customizable platform”
Pros
It is easy to use this tool and the functionality is really great. It's also highly customizable and making those custom changes is fairly simple.
Cons
Current range of connected products still feels less developed than it should be so bringing all customer-facing interactions together isn't completely convenient yet. On top of that some parts of the database management are pretty complex and a bit tough to work with.

“User-friendly with automation”
Pros
The platform looks really polished and is very user friendly. Managing customers feels easy and the automation features make day-to-day use much simpler.

“All client work together”
Pros
Having a preview of my clients, tasks and conversations with colleagues all in one place is something I really appreciate. The quick phone notifications are also a big plus.
Cons
The only downside, in my opinion, is that there are a lot of features so you really need to get familiar with them first before using everything properly ,)))

“Easy navigation”
Pros
Compared with platforms like Salesforce, this one feels far more user-friendly and much more simple to navigate.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The only downside is that since it's newer, fewer third-party apps have fully developed integrations for it compared with Salesforce. That's really more of an issue with those other apps.

“Features for every role”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of functions and works well across multiple roles which makes it a versatile tool for different teams and use cases.
Cons
On the downside, it doesn't really fit customer service well especially when it comes to the ticketing system. It feels quite fiddly to work with and the ticket status only allows a limited number of changes. You can also end up with lots of emails attached to one ticket which quickly becomes confusing. There's no clear way to tell if someone else is already working in the same ticket and the live chat feature doesn't hold up well when several notifications are coming through at once.

“Email open tracking”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is being able to see when the emails I send have been opened. That visibility is genuinely useful and makes follow-up much easier.
Cons
Feature I'm not as happy with is when an email goes out to multiple people, it doesn't show exactly who opened it. It only tells you that the message was opened by someone.

“Quick setup and training”
Pros
Teaching, training and setting it up is much simpler than with a Salesforce-style product.
Cons
A few features don't measure up to the more powerful platforms like Salesforce and I also don't like that the default fields it creates can't be removed.

“Helpful notifications”
Pros
It was easy to use it and the interface is simple to understand. The notifications are especially useful and help keep things on track.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't let you assign multiple categories to a customer for filtering or searching. It would also be helpful to have keyword search within the customer information.

Pros
It is easy to use. I really enjoyed the time I used to work on it. It has helped me use my skills in a better way. It is a nice tool and many companies do use it. I have also added it to my resume as it’s a popular tool.
Cons

“Strong templates with weak ticketing”
Pros
Coming from a platform built around marketing and sales, it really shines when it comes to task reminders and how simple it is to create templates. The customizable filters are also a standout since they make it much easier to keep tickets organized across different pipelines and within each pipeline.
Cons
At the same time, it's pretty clear this system wasn't built with customer service ticketing in mind. A lot of the software doesn't fit well with the fast pace of support work, like having to manually refresh the window to see ticket status updates or being limited to opening only one ticket per window.

“Powerful features and flexibility”
Pros
Easy to use platform and it offers a wide range of functionality. The duplicate management merge works well and there are plenty of options for adding custom fields.
Cons
API can be a little confusing and at times it feels like there isn't a consistent development standard, with each developer handling things differently. That makes it somewhat harder to work with. The app's cache control also feels weaker than it should be.

“Great design but buggy”
Pros
The CRM has a nice visual design and once the settings are finally located making changes is pretty easy.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been how often bugs show up. There have been several times when data was lost and couldn't be recovered and in other cases we've had to redo steps because glitches kept our fixes from saving. Contacts also end up getting mixed up and linked with the wrong records.

“All-in-one lead management”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place is a big plus especially our leads, sequences and templates.
Cons
Navigating the different record levels can be confusing, like leads, contacts, companies and deals. I'd really prefer to see all of that on a single page. Most of my work happens at the deal level, where I add notes and schedule meetings but I still can't view everything I need there, such as the CRM used field so I'm constantly clicking back and forth. I'd also love it if the activity page had separate tabs for meetings, emails, phone calls and similar items. It would be even better if I could open a contact and see all the notes tied to the deal level in one view.
