“Automation with great support”
Pros
There's a huge library of online resources available which really helps when you want to get the most value from the platform. It's a very capable automation solution for both marketing and sales teams.
Cons
Getting everything implemented likely takes quite a while which makes sense given how complex the solution is.

“Frustrating email tool”
Pros
There are a few useful options for email segmentation and the social calendar is decent. Other than that, I really do not have much positive to say about it.
Cons
Using this platform is incredibly difficult. I work with email every day and this is honestly one of the worst platforms I have used for email marketing. While it offers plenty of ways to segment customers, it is so confusing to set up and get working the way you want that it hardly feels worth the effort. On top of that, building an email is also very frustrating. The system does not behave the way I need it to and it randomly changes fonts, colors and other formatting on its own.

“Tracking and notes”
Pros
It feels very natural to use this tool. Adding contact information takes almost no effort and setting up a deal is just as easy. I rely on the Tasks feature to keep everything on schedule and it does that well. The notes section is also really useful because it helps me remember the small details for each deal without having to jot everything down on a separate notepad.
Cons
One limitation is that the same lead can't be shared between two different users. Since we work across multiple offices, a lead might go to Stamford, CT and also come through Westport, CT. If the Stamford office already enters that person as their lead, I'm not able to create it as mine too unless I have a different email address which usually isn't the case. Another frustration is that the lead's phone number doesn't appear in the Deals section so I have to go back into Contacts just to find it. It would be much better if there were a field for it there or if the number carried over automatically from the contact record to the deal page.

“Customer insights together”
Pros
Having all customer information in one CRM is a huge benefit. It's really useful to see which pages a customer visited which forms they completed and which emails they were sent or opened, among other details. That full 360-degree view of each customer helps us create much better customer experiences. The platform is also very simple to use. Whether contacts are added manually or brought in through forms and integrations, everything is easy to follow. And when something does come up, their customer support is excellent and helps resolve issues very quickly.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is how the CRM handles merging customers. For instance, if someone visits the site and fills out a form with a personal email, then later returns and uses a business email, the system treats them as two separate customers. It would be much better to have a smarter merge option for identifying and combining duplicate contacts.

“Easy setup and integrations”
Pros
Getting comfortable with the platform didn't take long at all because it's very simple to use. It's also extremely customizable and setting up a brand-new integration with a third-party vendor was almost effortless.
Cons
Email builder works really well overall but it doesn't support importing custom fonts which makes it harder to keep emails fully consistent with our branding.

“Good fit but weak reporting”
Pros
The email tools work really well, tagging teammates is simple and the system is fairly easy to customize for our real estate workflow.
Cons
Compared with similar CRM platforms, the pricing feels high. On top of that, getting technical support quickly can be difficult and even when help arrives, it doesn't always resolve the actual issue. Reporting features also feel limited.

“Client email tools”
Pros
Being able to email clients directly is really useful and having the option to copy and paste the information into their profile is a nice bonus.

There are a lot of filters and it can be confusing to figure out which one to use to get where you need to go.

“Gmail integration but hard to master”
Pros
Since it was included with our Google business email purchase, this felt like a great option for tying into the way we already communicate while selling our program. The integrations were a strong point especially because they connected directly with the emails I was sending and receiving in Gmail. Adding new contacts to the CRM from an email was convenient and I could also bring a sales template into an email I was drafting without much hassle.
Cons
Getting the most value out of this software really seemed to depend on having a fairly complete amount of information about prospective clients. In our case, we usually only have a first name, last name and email address so that made things harder. Because of that, it became confusing to stay organized with clients and fully use everything the software offers and I ended up not relying on it as much as I had hoped.

“CRM with persona insights”
Pros
Getting the CRM included with the other tools is a big plus. I started with the sales engagement package and being able to store and send emails and templates directly from Outlook works really well. It also makes collaboration much better since others can review things and give feedback. The CRM itself is easy to use and the Persona section is something I really appreciate since that's clearly where marketing and sales are heading.
Cons
Every now and then, the add-in makes Outlook crash. It could be something related to my computer or it might be the program itself. Another downside is the customer support on my subscription since I only get chat support and there's no phone option.

“Forever-free plan with tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that the free plan is genuinely free forever which makes it very valuable. Another standout feature is the automatic tracking of customer interactions, helping us better understand customer needs and behavior so we can respond and serve them more effectively.
Cons
For businesses that need to handle a large amount of information and content, the system can feel confusing and complicated and that is the part I like the least about this software.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Getting the team onboard with this CRM was very easy because the interface is so user-friendly. The filters and sequences work really well for sales and our team relies on them a lot. The workflows are helpful too even if the available options are somewhat limited. Overall, it's a very great tool to get started with.
Cons
Reporting dashboards and report builder still feel fairly basic to me and there are quite a few limits around the metrics you can actually analyze. The available functions are pretty restricted so they don't give me the level of detail I need to properly evaluate deal and contact activity.

“Campaign management”
Pros
After working with Pardot and Marketo, this is still the marketing automation platform I prefer. It comes with a strong set of features, the interface is easy to navigate and I can handle multiple marketing campaigns from one central place.
Cons
Biggest downside is the reporting which has some noticeable limitations. On top of that, basic customer support can be frustrating at times because my questions tend to be more advanced and need a deeper level of help.

“Sales team game changer”
Pros
Right from the start, this product turned out to be exactly what our sales team needed. We've been using it for quite a while now and overall it has been performing really well for us and fitting the way we needed it to work.
Cons
There are a few minor gaps, little things we wish it could do but currently doesn't. Aside from those small shortcomings, it's still a really great product.

“Tracking and alerts”
Pros
Filtering works well, emails connect with Gmail and keeping track of deals and companies is really useful. Notifications are also helpful and keep everything on my radar.
Cons
There's still a bug with the Gmail-linked emails since they don't always show up. Another downside is that the signature can't match the one I already use in Gmail.

Pros
There are so many useful features included even in the free version. Using it feels very easy, you just BCC the email address to track messages with prospects and it works exactly as expected. It really is that simple.
Cons

“Order tracking tools”
Pros
Keeping up with customer order progress is much more manageable with this tool. Tracking a purchase order is easy and being able to upload attachments is really useful during the process.
Cons

“CRM that scales”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM has felt like a really great fit. It covers everything you'd expect and then adds even more and one of the best parts is how well it scales with your business. It doesn't feel like something you'll outgrow quickly which makes it a strong option for a business that plans to keep expanding.
Cons
Entry-level version does feel a bit limiting in places even though it's still a good starting point. To be fair, they've improved it over time which is nice to see. I'd also like to see more built-in help tips inside the software itself instead of having to rely so much on the separate help site.

“Email tracking tools”
Pros
Being able to see email opens and other activity inside the software is really useful. When I notice an email has been opened, I can look into the customer and review past interactions to decide where I should focus my time. The Google Chrome plugin is also an excellent addition.
Cons
Some parts of the software feel a bit bulky especially the CRM area which can come across as cluttered. It definitely takes time to learn but the interface could be presented in a more aligned way. It's also somewhat hard to get in touch with a real person in customer service because of the phone tree they use. They also don't offer customer support to free trial users which I think they should. I understand that their time has to go toward existing customers and larger prospects but supporting free trial users could help them reach a whole new market and open the door for more product offerings in smaller market segments.
