“Pipeline needs better navigation”
Pros
The pipeline and deal tracking are useful and it helps that each customer is connected to their company.
Cons
Opening a deal feels dull because I have to keep jumping back and forth to locate the contact again as well as the quotes.

“Clean and secure platform”
Pros
Using this feels almost unreal because of how simple it is. I can make calls through it, keep all of my data stored securely and organize everything with filters. The whole setup feels clean and tidy.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides with it so far.

“simple tools and layout”
Pros
Getting around the system feels very easy and the different components are easy to follow and understand.
Cons
Managing pipelines has been more challenging than with the last CRM I used. I also wish logged notes and calls were grouped together better so I wouldn't have to keep scrolling to find past conversations and details.

“Helpful reports and usability”
Pros
Once you really get into using it, it becomes quite user-friendly and the reporting features are excellent.
Cons
At times, it can be a bit tricky to navigate and get things set up the way you want. Still, once you understand it, it works well. The quota setup process could definitely use some reworking.

“great contact management”
Pros
It does a good job of keeping client contacts organized and helping move the marketing process along. Getting comfortable with the system doesn't take long either.
Cons
As an attorney, I've noticed there are other products built more specifically for legal work that combine the sales funnel with client management and even some basic accounting. This one feels more geared toward a general audience.

“Flexible and user-friendly”
Pros
It's a very user-friendly platform with plenty of customization options and the developers keep making regular improvements and enhancements.
Cons
There's occasional latency although that may be related to our internet connection and similar factors.

“Automation for daily sales”
Pros
Handling routine day-to-day work has become much easier thanks to the automation features for lead management, email and communication tracking and task management. The Gmail integration along with connections to other platforms also helps simplify daily sales activities and keeps everything moving more efficiently.
Cons
One limitation is that full white-label functionality is only included with the highest-tier subscription. It can still be added to lower plans but the premium tier would feel more worthwhile if it included additional modules and broader use cases.

“Hard to scale”
Pros
Once you get familiar with how it works, it becomes a very powerful tool. That said, expanding your knowledge of the product is difficult unless you spend a lot of time actually using it.
Cons
When your use case is more unique, the software can feel pretty unwieldy and that tends to get worse the longer your organization has been using it.

“Customizable customer tracking”
Pros
Having a clear overview of the customer database is really helpful. It makes reaching out to leads much simpler and the way customer stages can be grouped keeps everything more organized. Creating deals is also easy and the customization options give the software a lot of flexibility.
Cons
One downside is that it needs a fairly powerful computer, otherwise the loading can feel slow. Another limitation is that follow-up emails outside of a sequence can't be sent within the same email thread or conversation.

“Reliable client tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on clients is really easy with this system and pulling up reports to monitor performance is just as convenient.

What gets frustrating is the lack of a forwarding feature especially when an urgent document needs to be sent along quickly.

“Simple sales automation”
Pros
Getting comfortable with the interface happens pretty quickly and it's very easy to use. I only have a modest coding background but building workflows still just takes basic knowledge. That really helps make work automation much simpler.
Cons
The attachments feature works well but it really needs folders so documents can be organized properly. Our sales process generates a large number of files and keeping them ordered in the attachments area can be difficult. I'd also like to be able to tag "non-IT" users in notes and calls since that matters when working together with trade partners.

“Easy customer follow-ups”
Pros
Keeping up with customers is very easy with this. Emails, notes and phone conversations are all available with a single click which makes follow-up much more convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that once a customer is entered, the input date can't be changed. Also even though customers can be organized into categories, they can go "cold" and sometimes slip through the cracks which makes them harder to stay on top of.

“Useful regional filters”
Pros
The filtering tools are really helpful because they let me narrow things down to exactly the customers I need to view. Since I work across two regions, Americas and EMEA, it's simple to switch between them and concentrate on whichever region I want at the time.
Cons
What bothered me is how limited the formatting options are when setting up email templates for customers. There are only about 7 or 8 font choices and it won't let you make the text smaller than 7 pt. Because of that, I end up using Outlook whenever I send an email so I can adjust those details properly.

“Simple sales tracking”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels very user-friendly. Moving through the different sales stages is easy, adding data takes very little time and the updates have been great.
Cons
If you change a field in the contact section, it does not automatically carry over to the same field in the company section. Also, phone numbers have to be entered in a very specific format for the system to recognize them.

“Email tracking made easy”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels very easy. Filtering notes is simple, the overall experience is simple and I really appreciate how accurately it tracks email engagement like opens and clicks.
Cons
Task management is where it gets tougher. There isn't much automation so outreach tasks can pile up quickly and become difficult to stay on top of especially when you're handling a large volume.

“Flexible but uneven views”
Pros
It's pretty easy to get started with especially with the many layers available but it also has enough depth if you want to build things out in a much more complex way.
