“Allinone hub for marketing sales and support”
Pros
Users of the free version have access to the webbased knowledge base and HubSpot community. However there are times when speaking to a human is necessary. It's unfortunate that HubSpot doesn't offer live chat even for those on the free plan. Having live chat support even for free users could help showcase their awardwinning customer service capabilities.
Cons
Frequent reliance on tech support is a disliked aspect particularly in understanding email program usage and creating landing pages for Google AdWords.

“HubSpot is the best CRM in organizational aspect”
Pros
The ability to define and assign statuses to the customer lifecycle is crucial and HubSpot's email templates and CRM are welldesigned.
Cons
Creating a wellfunctioning infrastructure for any automation program including HubSpot requires a proficient team of developers or a skilled programmer. This involves setting up and connecting custom fields integrating analytics and social networks among other tasks. Once this foundational work is completed sporadic adjustments by developers can keep the system running smoothly. Subsequently nondeveloper users can carry out their tasks efficiently. While a learning curve may exist initially various online resources and a supportive staff can assist users in navigating the platform effectively.

“Broad Tool with Wide Range of Possibilities”
Pros
HubSpot with its many facets can be tailored to specific user needs. While it requires patience finding help internally can overcome hurdles.
Cons
The platform's breadth of capabilities is both impressive and potentially frustrating lacking a onestopshop solution.

“CRM with scalable modules”
Pros
A very complete CRM that's easy to use and highly scalable especially with the different modules you can activate as needed.
Cons
You really need to evaluate your needs carefully because it's very easy to end up paying for features you don't use which can make the subscription much more expensive.

“Useful free features”
Pros
A lot of useful features are available even without paying for a license which makes the free version surprisingly capable.
Cons
Upgrading to the paid version gets very expensive. It would be much better if there were a lighter, more affordable paid option.

“Support and onboarding hub”
Pros
We use it across several areas, customer support, client onboarding, lifecycle tracking and our blog. On the blog side, we store and write a lot of articles that help guide our customers and point them to the right answer in just a few clicks.
Cons
This tool keeps expanding quite a lot but that growth sometimes comes at the expense of usability. Because of that, the tool really feels suited only to companies with at least around ten employees.

“Feature-packed free plan”
Pros
Even on the free plan, the tool is incredibly complete and covers almost everything you could need.
Cons
It's a bit hard to find your way at first because there's so much packed into it but once you get the hang of it, using it feels quite fluid. The paid plans also get pretty expensive as soon as you want extras like analytics. It jumps from free to EUR500/month right away.

“Contact search and automation”
Pros
The visual side is really well done and the automatic logo handling is a nice touch. I also appreciate being able to search by both contacts and companies which makes day-to-day use more practical.
Cons
That said, it can feel a bit too heavy for a small business. There are also a lot of features included that aren't necessarily useful when you're working in a consulting activity.

“my review!!”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform has been amazing to work with. It's incredibly simple to use, with an simple interface that makes moving around the system feel effortless. From creating my account to getting the most out of the features, everything is laid out in a way that feels clear and easy. The feature set is another huge plus. It offers an impressive collection of tools that cover pretty much every part of my business. I'm able to manage contacts, capture leads, run email marketing campaigns, handle social media activity and review analytics all in one place. Having everything under one roof has really aligned my workflow and taken a lot of stress out of my day-to-day work. The customer support is really what makes it stand out even more. Anytime I've had a question or run into a problem, the support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They know the product well and it's obvious they care about helping users succeed. That kind of dependable support gives me a lot of confidence in continuing to use the platform. At this point, I honestly can't picture switching to another CRM. It has gone beyond what I expected in every area and I'm genuinely thankful for both the quality of the product and the level of service behind it. If anyone is searching for a CRM that's user-friendly, packed with useful tools and supported by an excellent team, I would absolutely recommend it. It has completely changed the way I run my business for the better.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides.

“Smart filters and tracking”
Pros
Being able to adjust settings and apply visibility filters to contacts and companies has been really useful. It also lets you create campaigns for prospects based on where they are in their journey which makes outreach feel much more targeted. Another big plus is the Gmail integration, it pulls emails in automatically and shows whether someone opened them which helps a lot with follow-up.
Cons
At the start, the inbox feature caused a few problems for us so we decided not to use it. That said, it sounds like most of the major bugs have been resolved now.

“Custom automation and integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how customizable the platform is so it can be adapted to match specific business needs. The automation tools are also very useful for aligning workflows and helping the business run more efficiently. On top of that, it connects well with a wide range of integration partners and those integrations are simple to plug in and start using.
Cons
There are still a few functions and built-in features that other competitors already offer out of the box. That said, the team seems to be actively improving the platform and regularly rolling out new features to help close that gap.
