CRM for growth

Pros

Having everything in one CRM platform is a big plus. It lets you manage sales, marketing campaigns and customer service all in one place which makes staying organized much easier. It also supports business growth by helping you apply effective marketing strategies and techniques.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many features, getting started can be a bit challenging. New users may have some trouble understanding the basics at first.

All-in-one CRM

Pros

Right from the start, this felt like a complete all-in-one tool for handling customer relationships efficiently, from prospecting all the way to conversion. It includes a wide range of useful features, such as contact management, sales tracking, marketing automation, task management and more. Another big plus is that the platform is fully free to use while still offering the option to upgrade to a paid plan for more advanced capabilities. The interface is clean and well structured and the dashboard makes it simple to get a clear overview of business performance.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it can take time especially for beginners because there is a bit of a learning curve. Some of the more advanced options, like email segmentation and personalization, are only available in the paid version. Customer support can also be somewhat slow when it comes to responding to assistance requests.

Client file tracking

Pros

After more than six months of using it every single day, it has become an incredibly valuable tool for our team. The software is updated very often which helps keep it reliable and efficient. We mainly rely on it to look up client files organize information and record each new action taken by members of the company. At this point, it has truly become an essential part of how we work.

Cons

One small issue worth mentioning is that it sometimes disconnects by itself from time to time. Aside from that, it continues to be a very capable and high-performing tool overall.

Email automation toolkit

Pros

From building templates to sending sequences, this platform covers pretty much everything I need. It lets me automate the entire process, connects well with other popular software and gives access to different dashboards, template creation, bulk emailing, multiple email options and plenty of other useful features.

Cons

At this point, I haven't come across any drawbacks while using it.

Great reporting visuals

Pros

The reporting and analytics are the highlight for me. The visualizations are really well done and make it much easier to understand metrics and track progress clearly.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is that emails from Gmail can't be tagged to a contact, company or deal after the fact. I know there's a copy-and-paste workaround but it's still inconvenient. Our company uses separate software for existing customer relationships and upsells so we don't want every communication automatically logged to HubSpot which makes it pretty easy to forget.

Stellar support

Pros

Whenever I get stuck or need help figuring out the next step, I know their IT team is there and capable of jumping in. We've reached out to them more times than I can count and they've delivered every single time. Whether it's setting up automation trees or correcting email formatting, they clearly know what they're doing and they're also very consistent about following up.

Cons

It's a high-quality product and the pricing definitely reflects that. For us, the subscription is very expensive. We've looked for ways to reduce our costs but scaling the bill down is almost impossible. Once you reach a certain spending level, it's unrealistic to expect much flexibility in downsizing or right-sizing.

Pipeline visibility

Pros

Using it day to day has been fantastic because it's very easy to use and the integration works brilliantly. It helps the sales team stay on top of their own pipeline while also giving the wider team clear visibility into what's happening.

Cons

A downside is that some of the reporting feels pretty confusing and pulling the right data for the specific areas you need can be difficult.

Highly customizable

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is which can definitely be a big advantage even if it can sometimes cut both ways.

Cons

It feels like more than the average small business would typically need. There are just so many options overall that it can start to feel overwhelming.

All-in-one sales boost

Pros

Everything feels very user-friendly and getting around the system doesn't take much effort. Having all of my customer information stored in one place has been really useful because it makes access and management much more convenient. There's also a strong variety of marketing and sales tools included and that has helped me automate a lot of my work and be more efficient overall.

Cons

At times, the platform can still feel overwhelming and a bit difficult to navigate. While having so many features is definitely a benefit, it can also become a drawback for teams without much technical knowledge or for users who aren't very familiar with the software yet. I've also run into technical glitches and slower performance from time to time which is frustrating and can interrupt my workflow. On top of that, the pricing may feel a little high for smaller businesses and there are some limits when it comes to customization and integrating other tools. Overall even though I really value what the software offers, I still think its stability and usability could be improved.

All-in-one business hub

Pros

Having Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hub all in one place gives us every key piece we need. It works as a central solution for our business and helps us manage and protect our customers effectively.

Cons

It covers everything we need overall but a few extra features that would make day-to-day work even more convenient are priced higher than we can justify right now.

Only downside is that the free version could offer a few more functions for people who rely on the app without paying.

User-friendly workflows

Pros

After using it for the past two years, it has been really helpful for my work. The interface is very user-friendly and I especially appreciate that it lets me build workflows within the platform which makes it much easier to connect and manage the next steps in my process.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the workflow flexibility. It would be useful if they added more options for customization and included more triggers within the workflow feature.

Powerful Marketing Tool with great features

Pros

With its extensive array of add-ons the platform's functionality is greatly enhanced. It empowers us to create personalized and automated marketing campaigns while tracking all marketing activities and managing multiple social accounts from a single platform.

Cons

The professional and enterprise subscriptions are costly. The custom reporting feature occasionally doesn't respond and the customer support is lacking. However it is still superior to its competitors.

Central to content marketing efforts

Pros

HubSpot's wide range of features allows us to seamlessly integrate everything minimizing errors and data inconsistencies. The email and workflow management as well as form management are excellent and easily integrated with Salesforce and Webflow.

Cons

The main challenges I've observed with HubSpot are the cumbersome dashboards and data visualizations. Limited functionality and confusing dashboard setup make it unnecessarily complex. Additionally the social media scheduling tool is average as we encountered technical bugs and ultimately switched to another tool.

Your team's hubspot marketing web has become crucial. communicate with various audiences

Pros

Marketing Hub's partitioning feature proves to be immensely beneficial for our team. Given that multiple internal organizations and teams across 34 different countries share the same HubSpot account we needed a system that could segregate marketing operations including contacts assets and teams. Marketing Hub allows each group to log in with a unique experience ensuring they only see resources relevant to their specific goals. The partitioning process was effectively managed by parent and child teams.

Cons

One frustrating aspect in my opinion is the cap on dashboards and their reports. With Marketing Hub Enterprise only 50 dashboards are allowed. In our current instance we had to merge and delete dashboards and reports to stay within this limit. It is not the most scalable feature of Marketing Hub Enterprise.
