“HubSpot Marketing Hub Is The Easiest Way To Publish Content To Multiple Site In One Place”
Pros
Managing multiple sites and controlling content is much easier with HubSpot compared to WordPress. The automation tools alone are worth the investment allowing seamless creation of workflows based on user interactions and form submissions.
Cons
The downside to HubSpot lies in its steep price tag. As your lists expand and you manage multiple sites the cost can become substantial. However the value it provides makes it worth the investment.

“CRM for sales and marketing”
Pros
This tool works really well as both a CRM and a lead-tracking platform for Sales and Marketing which makes it very useful across teams.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. If anything, I'd just like a bit more flexibility in the chatbot tool although that feels somewhat separate from HubSpot's core martech capabilities.

“Fits any industry”
Pros
It seems to handle just about everything and I appreciate that it stays fairly industry-neutral so it's easier to find what fits your business needs. Email templates and documents can be added without much trouble and separating leads based on the information entered works really well.
Cons
It has given us stronger control over marketing and a clearer view of both our historical and current data. I'd also like automatic contact assignment to a specific person and when adding contacts to sequences, it would be helpful to search by name instead of being limited to emails only.

“Support and sales hub”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how simple it is for our support team to stay in touch with partners and build support articles. Everything feels pretty convenient and it's easy to keep track of what's going on. Our sales team uses it too and from what I've seen, it's been really helpful for them. Since I'm on the marketing team, I've had the chance to use the platform in both of those areas and in that context, it's been a very useful tool. Overall, it feels like a strong and capable platform to have.
Cons
Where it falls short for me is in the marketing tools I rely on most. The platform has a great foundation for email marketing and social media but both areas feel much more limited than they should be. On the social side, the analytics and insights are genuinely useful yet I really wish I could preschedule every type of post because certain formats, like carousels, still can't be scheduled. My biggest frustration by far though, is the email manager. It feels so restricted that making an email match our brand is incredibly difficult unless we turn the whole thing into one large image. The column options don't offer much flexibility and once images or icons come into play, it becomes even more frustrating. Footer settings are also restrictive unless you build one from scratch. Typography choices are minimal and often require extra maintenance. Overall, the email tools are not simple at all and can be awkward to work with. I do value the other features the platform offers but this one major issue makes me wish we could manage our emails somewhere else.

“Workflows and lead tracking”
Pros
What really wins us over is how many ways it gives us to follow up on leads and contacts. The connected marketing features, automations and workflows are especially convincing and make the platform stand out.
Cons
It's a very small thing but honestly incredibly annoying, assigning activities to contacts, deals, companies and so on doesn't get any smarter over time. If you place a call from within a deal in the tool, you still have to manually choose afterward that the call should be saved not just for the deal but also for the company and the contact. On its own, it usually saves it only under the deal so if you later open the contact record, that call won't be visible there unless you assigned it yourself.

“Admin tools and API access”
Pros
From an admin perspective, handling contacts is very convenient especially since contact creation can happen immediately after a form is submitted. Embedding forms into any website is also quite easy and user-friendly. On top of that, the community is there to support developers with development-related needs. Their APIs and Private Apps are especially impressive for authentication and work easily.
Cons
One recent change that disappointed a lot of users was the removal of API key authentication since many people had relied heavily on API key validation. Thankfully, setting up a Private App and validating through an access token is not too difficult. That said, customer support is not very useful for technical questions. You often have to rely on the community instead which can sometimes mean waiting a while for answers although the documentation can be very helpful for technical issues at times.
