“Lead management platform”
Pros
This CRM has been outstanding to use, with a really strong user experience and excellent tools for managing and segmenting leads. It does a very good job of tracking lead activity and having customer service, marketing, sales and analytics all working in one place is a big advantage.
Cons
The only real downside I would mention is the pricing model which is not very favorable and can be too expensive for many businesses. Customer support also needs improvement since issues were never really resolved through chat or email and usually required a phone call.

“Fast and feature-rich”
Pros
Using it is a real pleasure. The interface is easy to navigate and it feels fast while still offering plenty of features and useful elements.
Cons
The price becomes extremely high once you start adding all the package options and features. Customers can definitely piece together a cheaper monthly bill by using other dedicated services.

“Clean dashboards with awkward admin design”
Pros
The interface looks polished and the reports and dashboards are very clean and visually appealing.
Cons
On the admin side though, there are lots of small issues that make the system harder to work with. You can't view company lists from WFRs and lists will load showing one number in the top left while the actual number of objects in the list doesn't match it. Both lists and WFRs can take a long time to load and sometimes WFRs don't trigger after they're created. I've also seen different features crash from time to time. Reports only refresh every 15 minutes and if you want a parent-child relationship, you have to pay for the enterprise tier and manually build the API for it.

“Great for multi-location sales”
Pros
One thing this platform finally gets right is how we work with clients across multiple businesses or locations. In our niche, it's very common for one person to be tied to several locations and a lot of the other CRMs we used or looked at just couldn't handle that well. This has given us a way to organize everything properly and now our team can view individual locations first which matches how we actually sell and then access the related contacts for each one.
Cons
Price has really been the only meaningful drawback for us. We hesitated for a while before adding the marketing professional tools because the cost felt high. We did end up upgrading but it was a pretty big jump from what we had been paying before. I'd also like to add the service module but at the current pricing, it's hard to justify based on the features we'd actually use.

“Customer contact management”
Pros
Right away, this felt like a really useful and practical app. It helped me learn a lot in different areas like e-marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing and even how to build a long-term content strategy. The feature I value most is the contact card because it helps you stay connected with the customers you work with.
Cons
There are not many downsides to mention, except that it can feel a bit expensive at the start if you need certain features early on especially when compared with some of its competitors.

“Flexible lead pipelines”
Pros
One of the strongest things about this tool is how well it can be arranged to fit the way you work. You can set up pipelines, monitor contacts, add notes and schedule follow-ups for each one which makes it a very great platform for lead generation and closing accounts.
Cons
Collaboration is one area where the software feels lacking. On top of that, the platform comes with fairly complex features so first-time users may face a steep learning curve. It would also be helpful if the provider added WhatsApp integration since that could automate messaging in the same way Gmail can be connected.

“Sales tracking and campaigns”
Pros
This CRM does an excellent job of keeping track of just about everything in sales, from email activity to file sharing within notes. Creating and sending campaigns is also very simple and easy which makes day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
Switching over from another CRM does come with a learning curve so it takes a bit of time to adjust. One drawback is that syncing is not instant and report results show up later instead of updating in real time.

“Scalable lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, the biggest strengths here are the scalability and the broad range of what the platform can handle. The interface feels simple so getting around it is easy and it works especially well for lead management, sales tracking, contact management and plenty more. Connecting it with the business processes already in place has also been convenient and efficient.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across any missing features or anything that really needs improvement and there aren't any parts of the product that feel difficult to use. Integrating it into existing processes has been easy as well, without being tough, complicated or time-consuming.

“Feature-packed and worth it”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it comes with a ton of features which is even more impressive for free software. I've tested a few paid alternatives online yet I still keep coming back to this one. That really says a lot about how well it holds up.
Cons
It may sound a bit odd but there are times when it almost offers too many options. I think a clean, simple workflow usually helps people stay productive and this can sometimes go in the opposite direction. It's not a major issue but I've noticed that a few of my clients and even I at the start, felt overwhelmed by how many features were available.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
Among the CRM tools out there, this one feels like one of the strongest options on the market. It lets you build advanced automations, monitor both email and ad performance, add forms directly to your website and a lot more beyond that. It really comes across as a complete all-in-one package.
Cons
The downside is that getting the most out of all those impressive features means committing to very high monthly costs which can make it expensive to use in a truly effective way.

“Pipeline and client tracking”
Pros
Running consumers and deals through this platform has worked really well for me. I also rely on the tasks and pipeline features quite a bit. It helps me monitor the progress of transactions and connect them back to the right clients and accounts without losing context. I can also keep my marketing activities and outreach to potential clients organized. Overall, the application does a great job of linking businesses with deals and helping build those relationships.
Cons
One frustrating part is that even though LinkedIn communications can be logged, they seem to disappear afterward. They are still searchable but not very easy to find when needed. I also think the analytics should go beyond just marketing or sequence emails and offer better insights for all emails. On top of that, the interface could definitely be improved.

“Centralized sales CRM”
Pros
Having all contact data organized in one centralized database has been incredibly useful since teams across the organization can access and use the same information without confusion. It's one of the strongest tools I've seen for sales teams because it automates data in a way that's clear and understandable for everyone. The reporting is also excellent especially the sales dashboards and reports and the sales forecasting automation adds even more value.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. It has been one of the best CRM tools I've used so far.

“Sales tracking done right”
Pros
This has been a really great tool for keeping track of everything tied to sales. The filter tabs are simple to navigate and checking customer information is very easy. It also helps a lot with email tracking since you can see when an email was opened and how many times it was viewed.
Cons

“Easy workflows and reporting”
Pros
The workflow is easy to pick up and covers a good range of needs. The sales management pipeline works well and the personalization, A/B testing and email segmentation tools are simple to use while still being practical and effective. Setting up reports and dashboards is quick, the administration side stays clean and uncomplicated and overall the software feels very user-friendly.
Cons
Customization can be a bit complicated to handle without a development team especially for larger companies. It is also not that simple to analyze how sales sequences contribute to closing deals. Data formatting can be finicky, particularly with case sensitivity and the code action area is not very user-friendly because it is hard to read and poorly indented. On top of that, Service Hub still does not offer a single place to view customer health and product usage together in a SaaS environment.

“CRM with campaign control”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool feels very simple so we did not have to spend much time learning it. That makes it highly effective and keeps the learning curve low. Because of that, we can put more attention on planning and executing our strategy, setting up imports and CRM customization, launching marketing campaigns and then tracking results to define the next steps.
Cons
Once marketing strategies are implemented, it helps bring qualified traffic to our pages. It also lets us create or import social media ad campaigns, send email campaigns and keep all follow-up activity recorded in the database. On top of that, the product has an appealing roadmap, with new features and integrations being released on an ongoing basis.
