“Custom deal stages”
Pros
Creating and tracking deals through the different stages we customized for our workflow has been the part I've loved most. I don't use every option this tool offers but the deal management side fits our needs really well and helps us stay organized throughout the process.
Cons
It's a very powerful platform and some companies probably won't need everything it comes with.

“Workflows with great support”
Pros
This platform was incredibly easy to use and the training materials, knowledge base and support have all been outstanding. The workflow tools are fantastic and simple and once you understand the data model, you can accomplish a lot with workflows without needing any custom code. Configuration is fast and simple and the platform keeps improving with frequent releases and feature updates. You also do not need to be especially technical to get it running and connected to your website, email and calendars.
Cons
One thing I would still like to see is more control over the layout customization. More flexibility with object relationships would also be helpful, such as being able to set up parent and child deals. Building custom objects takes some API knowledge which can be a limitation. The pricing structure also feels complicated especially since many features are restricted or only available depending on the license level.

“Flexible pages and reports”
Pros
Building pages and reports for CRM contacts pulled in from different campaigns is very easy on the website which makes organizing and using that data really convenient.
Cons
Adding Event codes to buttons instead of using redirects is almost impossible and the Slack support channels are unresponsive when help is needed.

“smart workflows”
Pros
This has been an incredibly powerful CRM for marketing, sales and service. It connects well with a wide range of platforms through its large app marketplace, including Mailchimp, Shopify and WordPress. The system is also very user-friendly and gives a clear view of leads and clients while letting you keep quotes, files, emails and basically every detail related to a lead or client in one convenient place. The workflows are another huge plus since they make it simple to build an automated marketing funnel for every new lead. I actually prefer the workflow builder here over Salesforce because Salesforce automations take me much longer to wrap my head around. The Academy is also a really valuable feature, with training on almost every area of growing a business.
Cons
There are only a couple of drawbacks for me. First, there still isn't a recurring task feature so you can't set something like a weekly reminder to call a client. To be fair, I understand they're actively working on that. Second, the pricing structure feels pretty steep. You can choose the lower-cost plan but it comes with limited functionality or move up to the expensive plans to unlock the full feature set. There isn't really a middle option for businesses that have outgrown the starter plan but still can't justify the professional or enterprise pricing. At the time of writing, for example, the Marketing Hub starts at $20 per month for the starter plan and then jumps all the way to $800 per month for the professional plan.

“Training and onboarding”
Pros
Getting started feels very approachable because the platform is practical and user-friendly and there's no shortage of videos, tutorials and knowledge center resources. They also offer training courses on marketing and social media while teaching you how to use the platform which made intern onboarding especially useful.
Cons
Costs can climb very quickly. The return can absolutely justify the spend but you really need to reach a certain stage of growth before the upgrade makes financial sense.

“Task collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how detailed the task management module is. It lets users work together on notes and tasks which is something you do not see in many other CRMs. The interface is great overall and feels good to use.
Cons
Billing software integrations are very weak and that has been a frustrating part of using it. I also have not noticed many feature updates being released to improve the overall experience.

“CRM deal visibility”
Pros
It gives us a visual dashboard that keeps the entire deals pipeline in view at all times making it much easier to stay on top of everything. Using the CRM framework adds even more value to how we manage the process.
Cons
They were dishonest and billed my organization upfront for a long administration period, presenting it as a one-time write-off charge.

“perfect for marketing”
Pros
One reason I really value it is the amount of useful information it provides. I even earned two certificates in inbound and inbound marketing through it. When it comes to the CRM itself, I consider it an excellent tool. A big advantage is how well it brings marketing and sales together in one place. I also appreciate being able to import data directly from Excel and the platform is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
Only issue I ran into was while trying to configure the automatic option.

“CRM with easy integrations”
Pros
After spending time with it, I can honestly say this is one of the strongest CRM platforms available. It covers just about everything a business needs, from customer follow-ups and marketing automation to online lead management and more. On top of that, it connects really well with other applications without any hassle. I'd absolutely recommend it to any company wanting to automate its customer service processes.
Cons
The biggest downside for us was the cost which is ultimately why we stopped using it. That said, once our business grows, we would definitely consider purchasing it again.

“great free CRM”
Pros
As a startup, having a free service like this is a big plus. It's a really good choice for anyone looking for a usable CRM platform without having to spend money upfront.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about here. For a free version, it handles the basics well and gets the job done. That said, the paid upgrade does come with a lot more features for lead management and organization.

“Flexible tool with integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, it was easy to set up and the tools have been genuinely helpful. It's a highly customizable CRM with a wide range of features to choose from. The system is user-friendly, reasonably priced and connects well with my Google Calendar and email. Data can move in different directions depending on what I need which makes it very adaptable. It also works as a gateway to our internal partner portal. On top of that, I can save and filter reports to match specific requirements.
Cons
Any downsides are fairly minor compared with the value and benefits it brings. The only things I'd really want improved are having more tabs available and better search functionality to get more accurate results.

“Gmail integration saves time”
Pros
The Gmail integration has been the biggest win for me. On top of the standard CRM features, it saves a ton of time and makes everything much more convenient. I can create new contacts and keep track of correspondence right from the moment I start a Gmail email which I absolutely love.
Cons
It's extremely powerful and that can also make it a little overwhelming at times. With so many features available even basic tasks can feel a bit hard to locate now and then. For example, when I need to add new team members, I usually have to rely on the search bar because that option isn't clearly visible in the main area.

Pros
Since the complete overhaul, the platform has been working beautifully. It's obvious a lot of thought went into the dashboards and workflows and it automates plenty of day-to-day tasks so you don't have to spend much time in the system to get a lot of value from it.
