“All-in-one platform”
Pros
It's a complete business platform that brings marketing, customer service and sales together in one place. The free plans are very generous, the pricing is flexible and the customer support is excellent. Overall, the functionality works really well too.
Cons
One thing missing is industry-specific columns or trackers. There are also only a limited number of templates available to help when getting started with automation.

“Flexible free features”
Pros
A lot of the features are available for free which makes it possible to test things out first and then gradually pay for the modules you actually need later on.
Cons
For certain specific functions, you have to buy a larger module and that package may also include extra features you probably won't end up using.

“Customer management hub”
Pros
Among the customer management platforms out there, this is easily one of the strongest, if not the best. It covers the whole process from qualifying leads and building sales pipelines to tracking every interaction along the way. It also connects well with a lot of other tools. In our case, we've integrated it with Slack and several other apps and it's really convenient to work with. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to build email templates and turn them into sequences which makes launching automated email campaigns very practical.
Cons
The platform is constantly getting better which is definitely a positive. At the same time, that means you have to keep learning and updating your knowledge regularly on your end as well. If you don't stay on top of the changes, it's quite difficult to truly become an expert in using it.

“Customer data hub”

It works really well as a central place to keep current information on each customer, pulling details together from a wide range of sources across sales, technology and finance.

User interface feels a bit dated and could definitely use a refresh.

“Free plan to explore”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was having a free version that you can start using almost immediately. It gives you the chance to test a lot of the features first, without feeling pressured to commit to a paid subscription right away.
Cons
A few parts of the email marketing tools feel fairly basic. That said, it seems like some of those gaps could probably be covered by other solutions available in the marketplace.

“Lead tracking hub”
Pros
From day one, this software has been pretty simple to use while still being incredibly powerful. I use it for sending lead nurturing campaigns, understanding the nature of incoming leads and connecting it with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to see lead behavior. It keeps all of our leads organized in one place and makes it much easier to track their status, monitor how they interacted with a page and reach out to them in bulk whenever needed.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints. The only thing I've heard is that it tends to be a better fit for SMBs than for larger enterprise companies.

“Client tracking that works”
Pros
Dashboard was a standout for me and it made it simple to keep up with my clients while documenting all the details and nuances of our communication.
Cons
Sometimes it wasn't quite as simple as I wanted but there was always more than one way to get to the answer.

“Contact segmentation”
Pros
Being able to organize and manage contacts by groups and other segments is really valuable. We rely on those segments quite a bit for our marketing efforts.
Cons
Top-line navigation feels dull even though that should really be one of the most easy parts of the platform.

“Contacts and activity together”
Pros
Having my contacts and all related activity in one place has been a big plus. Creating emails and keeping track of them feels much simpler here than it did with MailChimp or Constant Contact.
Cons
Number of add-ons can make it seem affordable at first but it gets pretty expensive once you start adding the features you actually want.

“email savings”
Pros
Running a small business, having a free email marketing tool built in has been a huge advantage for us. It has helped us cut a lot of costs that were previously going toward email campaigns and third-party automation tools. Having everything in one place has made things much more convenient.
Cons
Area that still needs work is the mobile app. Compared with the web version, it feels less user-friendly and harder to navigate. The UI could definitely use some improvement.

“Helpful alerts and support”
Pros
Everything is very user-friendly and it stores all the information in one place which makes it simple to monitor ongoing work. I've been using this CRM for several months and haven't run into any trouble using it. The daily work-start notifications are always useful and the customer success team is very strong. The best practices and resources they provide are also really valuable.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the higher side but the level of service they offer does match the cost.

“Clean and elegant design”
Pros
Right away, the web interface feels clean and polished. It's easy to understand and everything works together in a very organized way.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the integration with Microsoft tools. It would be more useful if it went beyond Outlook and supported Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive more fully.

“User-friendly with integrations”
Pros
Using this has been very easy. It connects well with 3PL tools, the navigation is simple and getting new users trained doesn't take much time. The interface is clean and the mail tracking metrics along with the heat map are especially useful.
Cons
It would be better if the connection between revenue and marketing activities were automated. The limit on credits for adding marketing contacts is also a downside.

“CRM essentials”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything you'd want in a CRM and it's been an excellent fit for a startup and a small business like ours.

“Integrations that work”
Pros
A huge advantage for my team has been how well it connects with a wide range of software platforms, including well-known middleware tools too. Not having to depend on manual data transfer is essential for the way we work and this helps us avoid that completely.
Cons
One downside is that the UI is not always very simple so the overall UX can feel a little lacking. That said, it's a manageable tradeoff because once you get familiar with the dashboards, it becomes much easier to use even if the learning phase is a bit confusing at first.

“great training”
Pros
Its versatility really impressed me especially the automation for CRM management and email workflows. Beyond that, it's an incredible source of information, with courses and valuable content that feel far ahead of what others in the market provide.
Cons
Toughest part was getting a sales team that resists change through the onboarding process. The platform itself is excellent but I wasn't able to get the more traditional sales team to fully adopt it.
