“Outreach and deal tracking”
Pros
From a business development standpoint, this software has been far more simple and practical for our company than many other tools we've used. It's become essential for personalized outreach, as well as keeping track of deals and ongoing communications. There are also several additional features we haven't rolled out yet but it's clear they could add even more value.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across much to be disappointed with in the software.

“simple dashboards”
Pros
Creating and using the dashboards feels very easy which makes the whole experience really pleasant.
Cons
I do wish the app were a little more powerful. When I'm traveling and need to rely on it from my phone, it feels pretty limited in terms of functionality.

Pros
It's a really helpful tool for handling multiple social media platforms in one place and it does a good job of analyzing interactions and overall performance.

Link shortener still needs improvement especially when it comes to accurately reporting click counts and the devices users are on.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
Having the automation and marketing tools built right into the CRM is a huge plus since I don't have to connect and manage another system. It's really valuable to have one complete platform that can keep all our information in one place across sales, marketing and customer service.
Cons
Getting enough value from it at the current price can be tough for a smaller company like ours. We're on the startup package right now but once that promotional pricing ends, we'll need to grow in order to keep affording it.

“Scales for small teams”
Pros
It scales really well as our needs grow and it offers plenty of useful options for smaller sales teams.

The biggest hurdle on our side has been getting users to actually take advantage of all the tools available.

The thing I appreciate most is how powerful it is. It really feels like I've only begun to explore everything this can do.
Cons
Feature I liked least was that many of the features came as add-ons.

“Better value than Salesforce”
Pros
It does exactly what we need. We've used Salesforce as well and this gives us a lot more functionality at a much lower cost.
Cons
There aren't any major downsides. I was just so accustomed to Salesforce that I needed a little time to get familiar with this platform and everything it can do.

“Clean lead management”
Pros
Right from the start, the simple, user-friendly interface made the platform comfortable to work with. All the lead management tools were easy to locate and the segmentation features helped me define my ideal customer profile and launch email campaigns effectively. I also connected the live chat feature to our business website and it performed really well. Overall, it made handling leads and customer data much easier for the whole sales team.
Cons
Only downside I ran into was some difficulty when using it with a third-party calling integration provider.

“CRM with free certifications”
Pros
Beyond working as a CRM platform, it also offers free online skill courses and certifications which is a really exceptional benefit.
Cons
Accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities all have to be entered manually since it can't pull them from the database. It would be much better if it could accept data automatically through integration with a prospects database.

“Clear reports and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and the automatic analytics are a real plus. The reports are clear and simple to read and it also connects well with the other programs our team already uses.
Cons
A few dashboards take more effort to set up than others although the support team has been very helpful whenever we needed assistance. There are also some functional limitations when working with sequences.

“Fast setup and support”
Pros
Getting started with this software was quick and the interface feels very user-friendly right away. It runs fast, gives admins great control over things and the setup process was simple to handle. On top of that, the support team has been really helpful whenever needed.
Cons
Only downside is the pricing jump between the starter plan and the next tier which feels pretty steep.

“Customer insights”
Pros
It's been genuinely surprising to see how much this software lets us track and how much detail it gives us about customer behavior. That visibility has really helped us tighten up and better define our sales funnel.
Cons
I do wish the integrations were built out a bit more. There are plenty of them available but they usually feel pretty basic rather than deeply connected so the information you get ends up being more surface-level than truly comprehensive.

“Affordable CRM with chat”
Pros
Starting out with a few small businesses, I was able to build my CRM setup without dealing with overpriced software. It gives you the chance to start building for free and the chat system also helps you stay much closer to your customers.
Cons

“great for B2B SaaS”
Pros
Unlike CRMs that lean too heavily toward either sales or marketing, this one brings both sides together really well. That balance makes it especially valuable for a B2B SaaS company and I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Pricing is the toughest part. To unlock the full feature set, you need to be on at least the professional plan and that gets expensive. That said, the value you get in return is impressive so the cost can still feel justified. For a startup though, it's still a major investment.
