“Modern design and flexibility”
Pros
Using this platform has been a really pleasant experience. It's very easy to navigate and the UI/UX looks fantastic while also feeling polished and visually appealing. On top of that, it offers a strong range of features and plenty of customization options which makes it even more useful.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't run into any real downsides with the platform. I've thoroughly enjoyed using it and my team has felt the same way as well.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
Everything is built right into the CRM so it all works from one place.
Cons
CRM on its own is free but the cost starts to climb once you connect it with other products in their software family.

“Useful dashboards but weak analytics”
Pros
Dashboard tools are one of the better parts of this software and the auto-tagging for media campaigns is also a really helpful feature.
Cons
There have been some data mismatches between the platform and the numbers in this tool, possibly related to the Calendly integration. The Google Analytics connection has also been underwhelming because it's not clear what information is actually being passed into Google Analytics.

“Clean interface and reports”
Pros
Interface is very user-friendly, with nice colors, well-organized tabs and reports that are genuinely helpful.
Cons
Only thing missing is a Salesforce integration. If that connection were added somehow, this would become an outstanding sales tool.

Easy to use tool and the interface is outstanding, with very few bugs and it's genuinely a pleasure to use. It also comes packed with impressive tools and functionality.

“Automation for growing teams”
Pros
Using this CRM along with the Marketing Hub, I put together the full sales and marketing system for a SaaS company. It was easy to get started with, simple to configure and quick to train the sales team on. The automation tools are especially strong, with workflows for reminders, notifications, email sequences and plenty more. That made it possible for a small team to operate with much bigger impact and drive stronger sales results.
Cons
There is definitely a fair amount you need to explore and learn on your own although that ended up being a benefit in some ways. Going through that process really helps you understand how to use the software properly and tailor it to fit the way you work.

“Helpful lead tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks and leads is pretty easy. It helps me monitor active leads and see on time whether tasks have been completed or still need attention.
Cons
UI could use some improvement since I had a bit of trouble telling Active and Inactive Leads apart while tracking them.

“Quick start for teams”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy which matters a lot for new users and employees. With just a little basic guidance, they can usually begin working with it almost immediately.
Cons
There really aren't any downsides if the free version covers what you need. The only catch is that the premium plan can feel pricey if you end up needing those extra features.

“Pipeline and rewards”
Pros
Being able to manage the pipeline, speed up sales with rewards and get everything integrated quickly has been the biggest advantage. The mobile app is also very easy to use and simple to set up.
Cons
Honestly, I do not feel like anything needs to be changed. It has been a game changer for our organization and I really do not have any cons to point out.

“Easy CRM to learn”

Getting started with this CRM was very easy as a new user and from an onboarding standpoint that makes a huge difference.

Downside is being restricted to only five steps per campaign for reasons that aren't explained which clearly creates extra work.

“Modules for growing teams”
Pros
The platform does a lot and feels very capable especially with the way you can add different modules like marketing, support and others as needed.
Cons
Costs add up very quickly and I'm also limited by the fact that I can't set up separate deal pipelines with different configurations. It ends up feeling too one-size-fits-all.

“Feature-packed tool”
Pros
After using it for the past 1-2 years, I can say it offers a huge range of features for sales and marketing teams. It includes Contacts, Companies, Chart Flows, Snippets, Templates, Calls, Activity Feed, Lists, Targeted Accounts, Notes, Dashboards, Analytical Tools, Deals and more. It's honestly impressive to have so many functions available in a single CRM app. The part I appreciate most is the Lists feature especially because uploading lists into the system is very convenient.
Cons
One thing I'd like to point out is that there should be some kind of notification about a contact's status. While adding contacts, it would be helpful to know whether that particular contact is still actively working at the specified company.

“Powerful interface”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels polished and the platform itself is extremely powerful. It's a great, dependable piece of software that covers a wide range of needs across sales, marketing and customer success while still offering impressive depth in each feature.
Cons
One downside is that the marketing automation functionality can get expensive.

“User-friendly with live support”
Pros
Compared with Marketo, this platform feels more approachable especially for anyone who doesn't know HTML or CSS. It's also priced better which makes it appealing and it offers a broad set of tools that can work for businesses of any size, from small teams to large enterprises. Another big plus is the support, you get a great level of help and the option to chat with customer service in real time is really valuable.
Cons
Marketo handled it better, letting me dig into referral URLs a little more easily and effectively. Editing HTML here can also be somewhat more complicated than I'd like.

“Easy setup and workflows”
Pros
The biggest advantage here is how simple the platform is. When I'm onboarding new users, they usually pick it up very quickly and even when someone jumps in without much direction, they can often figure out where to find what they need on their own. It also speeds up the process of building and rolling out lists and workflows and making adjustments to the CRM architecture is much quicker than expected.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't offer direct support for Dynamics 365 which is pretty frustrating. If Microsoft received the same level of support as Salesforce, this would honestly feel like an ideal solution. Right now, we end up spending a lot of extra time just trying to get the systems to communicate properly.

“Great for client follow-ups”
Pros
Keeping up with customers and leads is much more organized with this tool. The features I rely on most are logging every interaction with clients and creating tasks from those follow-ups. Since I manage a team, being able to assign those tasks to other people is especially useful. Another big advantage is having the CRM calendar sync with Google which makes scheduling much more convenient.
Cons
One part that could be better is editing the data entry form for a contact or company. It is not very direct right now since you have to jump through several different sections of the website or app to make changes. It would be much better if the form could be edited right there from the entry screen itself. Even though I appreciate being able to add custom fields, it would make sense for it to already include something like an "Instagram account" or "Instagram ID" field by default. It would also be really helpful to have a way to log chat-based communication, whether that is through WhatsApp, Facebook or any other messaging app.

“All campaigns in one place”
Pros
Being able to manage social media campaigns, customer success, contacts, wins and losses all from a single platform has been really valuable. It keeps everything together in one tool which makes the whole process much more organized and practical.

“Organized and simple”
Pros
Pretty much everything works well for me. The workflow is well thought out, the organization is a big plus and the platform is very user-friendly overall.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints. My only wish is for the app to add the ability to create templates and sequences so I wouldn't have to rely on the desktop version every time.

“Lead tracking and deals”
Pros
Handling clients and their contacts works really well in this software. Lead management through the Kanban board is also very effective and the drag-and-drop setup makes it simple to move things along. Deal management is definitely one of the standout features for us.
Cons
We tried connecting it with the SAP Business One CRM module but we couldn't find an automated way to handle that integration.
