Pros
personalized marketing features are amazing , I can customize campaigns based on customer needs, interests, behavior and various categories. Being able to send tailored email messages is a huge help. What I value most is having all my marketing work consolidated in one place. The CRM integrations with HubSpot and Zoho CRM are simple and reliable.
Cons
It works well for marketing and includes lots of handy features, I've found it's lacking some essential elements such as voicemail messaging and more customization options that would significantly improve it.

“easy and smooth but pricey
Pros
I find the interface really simple, especially when I am handling ads and tailoring campaigns. The cross-channel marketing tools just work without fuss and the AI-driven automation cuts out so much repetitive work for me. Setting up and running A/B tests is also super smooth.
Cons
it's noticeably more expensive than rivals like Braze which makes it a harder sell when I'm watching the budget. Even though their customer support has been dependable, I feel the platform itself is somewhat inflexible and kind of rigid when I try to customize workflows to fit our needs.

“Team friendly system
Pros
Getting everything set up was super simple and didn't take me long at all. The dashboard is simple and I find moving around it easy. Also, collaborating with my team has been really easy because of the shared tools. I also value how simple it is to segment customers by their interests and preferences.
Cons
Pricing is little high compared to the features offered. Also, I think the dashboard needs improvement , its visuals don't feel as clear or captivating as they really ought to be.

I've been impressed by how simple this platform is to use. The ready-made email templates totally changed the game for me when building tailored campaigns instead of starting from zero. Creating automated workflows has freed up so much of my time by eliminating repetitive manual tasks.

Its very simple to use. Creating email marketing campaigns is easy thanks to the built-in templates. The workflow designer enables me to craft fairly inventive automation sequences with minimal fuss each time.
Cons
At the beginning, its pretty confusing and overwhelming, particularly as a first-time user. The tutorials don't fully explain all the basics I need when I'm getting started which leaves me with questions that go unanswered.

it pairs nicely with HubSpot CRM, I've run into problems when attempting to connect it with Zoho which shows the integration is fairly limited. That lack of compatibility across all CRM systems can be frustrating when you already rely on a specific platform for your workflows.

“good tool but needs strategic planning

It's highly interactive and simple to learn. What grabs me most is how the workflow is so natural, almost as though someone built it specifically for marketers. I no longer have to hunt through obscure settings, everything progresses logically in a way that fits how I actually think about campaigns.
Cons
It was pretty confusing at first especially if you're new to this kind of tool. It took me a good while to piece everything together before I could actually get anything running. Its difficult to use if you're not already familiar with marketing automation platforms.

It offers strong marketing tools that I value. The email marketing features perform well for my campaigns and the automation tools shave off a lot of manual work. Beyond that, the platform's cross-sectional content capabilities together with the content management system make it easy for me to keep everything organized in a single place.
Cons
Compared to other platforms I've tried, such as Drupal, this one comes across as somewhat inflexible and I notice a few essential features are missing that would have a real impact. Although the customer support team has been helpful when I reach out, I still don't feel there's enough flexibility here to handle more complicated marketing requirements.

“Works like a smart spreadsheet

I rely on this platform every day across two very different setups and what really grabs me is how it simplifies tasks into clear, bite-sized steps. It feels a lot like Excel to me , you can layer easy formulas (flow steps) alongside smart lists and campaigns to pull off fairly sophisticated processes. The community is a huge bonus as well, there's almost always an explanation when I'm stuck and if there isn't, folks in the community quickly jump in to lend a hand.
Cons
There are times when the support feels like it needs work. I've ended up repeating myself several times before an agent really grasped the issue, and that gets pretty irritating. Also, the quick-start templates for emails and landing pages are fairly rudimentary and don't cover all of our use cases. Even worse, those templates rarely get refreshed with new designs or capabilities, so we keep running into the same limitations.
