“Excellent Marketing Tool with Minor Issues
Pros
I love how amazingg this tool is and its personalization tools are outstanding. The insights from the data let me make more informed choices and having the ability to reach customers across several channels so easily has truly transformed my marketing work.
Cons
The pricing is high and a lot of the features take a good bit of time to learn and get used to. Plus honestly, the reporting tools don't really compare to what other platforms offer, they feel a bit behind.

Cons
email templates and web pages need serious attention , they don't appear very professional at the moment. I've even started assembling a development team to redesign and tailor them correctly which speaks to how much work is required here today.

Also, the pricing feels quite high for smaller companies and it may be beyond reach for businesses operating on tighter budgets and forces us to weigh whether the investment is affordable for our scale.

reporting tools need a lot of polish. Pricing are high given the feature set and what frustrates me most is the lack of thorough training , their onboarding doesn't actually guide you through all the essentials for using the platform well, so I often have to figure things out on my own.

the scalability options are excellent and getting automated marketing campaigns up and running is really simple. Implementation went notably smoothly and whenever I needed help their customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Connecting it with our other tools was simple too.
Cons

The technical support team delivers well-structured training modules that guide you from beginner through to advanced. I'll admit the platform wasn't the easiest to learn at the start but once I got comfortable with it the functionality is impressive. Plus the support team is always available for personalized guidance when I need it today.
Cons
What frustrates me is having to rely on third-party tools just to clean up data problems. Having to build campaigns specifically to trap invalid email addresses feels like unnecessary extra work. If there were a faster debug tool it would save me an enormous amount of time. Email delivery is painfully slow and the interface feels outdated , we haven't had meaningful updates in ages. The pricing has spiraled too especially the professional packages which are far more expensive than they should be now.
