“Too pricey for us
Pros
It handles customer experience management very smoothly and its marketing automation tools are exceptionally strong, I haven't faced any issues since we rolled it out.
Cons
I think the pricing is high and to be frank I believe there are superior, more affordable alternatives available for businesses similar to ours.

“Easy reports for anyone
Pros
The platform's analytics are presented in such a clear, interactive way that my everyday reporting has grown noticeably simpler. Coming from a computer science background rather than marketing, I can say the tool requires little time to learn and was easy for me to adopt. Others outside marketing will likely find it approachable , the uncluttered presentation makes it much easier for me to track KPIs and to decide on campaign moves using website traffic insights.
Cons
The reports and insights are okay but I wish they had more depth. I'd really like the option to create custom segments so I could focus on channels that matter to me, rather than getting the same broad, generic insights most platforms offer right now.

“Very powerful tools
Pros
Honestly, the campaign management tool is very powerful, although you'll need a bit of know-how to make the most of everything it offers. I find the performance and email insights really user-friendly , they give me a clear, simple snapshot of my analytics. What impresses me most is how much lead and prospect information the platform can capture and it also enables some quite sophisticated reporting capabilities that I rely on regularly.
Cons
The interface is not exactly visually appealing and can feel somewhat dated. As campaign workflows become more involved with multiple steps, tracing how each piece connects gets pretty tricky and I often find myself confused trying to follow the overall flow.

“dull graphics
Pros
What I love most is the smart list feature , having the freedom to set custom conditions and filters has simplified so many tasks for me. On top of its automation, I use it constantly for account-based analysis, it's become essential to my workflow.
Cons
Honestly, the visualizations disappoint me , I'd prefer exporting my data and analyzing it elsewhere instead of wrestling with the built-in charts, which just don't meet my needs.

“Tools connect perfectly
Pros
I appreciate how both tools link up simply and keep everything synced , contacts, leads, users and accounts. That helps me when I'm running outbound sales campaigns.
Cons
What really bugs me is how long the sync process takes. Since it runs every five minutes across the apps, I'm always waiting at times which feels frustrating.

“Marketo Engage: Beyond Automation all purpose marketing automation tool
Pros
Marketo's Smartlist feature is highly useful providing a convenient display of user activity and history in one place. Marketo Engage efficiently manages user data lead scoring tracking and customer lifecycle management within the platform streamlining processes.
Cons
This tool can be challenging for new users and there should be more flexibility in customizing reports. Some of the reports are not useful.

“User friendly with rigid reports
Pros
Its simple to use and I really appreciate that it monitors what customers do during their entire purchasing journey. The available integration choices are dependable as well, it handles native connectors smoothly and supports custom integrations for various third-party platforms and CRMs without issue.
Cons
Honestly the reporting tools need more flexibility and I would really like to have stronger customization options across the board.

“Buggy and not cheap
Pros
It integrates with lots of other systems. The built-in reporting tools are useful and I value being able to tweak various components so they suit our workflows.
Cons
reporting side has been a problem , a lot of reports are unreliable or fail to run and the multi-touch reports in particular give us constant trouble. There's a steep learning curve, and even after I get comfortable with the system, several options still won't let me tweak them to the extent we require. On top of that, the pricing is on the high side.

“works for planning
Pros
A single hub for tracking all engagement is a game changer. The scoring tool that highlights popular content gives me the clear snapshot I need to plan what we communicate and when.
Cons
the item names can be a bit confusing but I think that's more an internal naming convention problem than a flaw in the software itself.

“Great for marketers
Pros
It lets me build effective marketing and sales workflows and keep campaigns well organized. I can craft marketing applications and map out sales funnels, then measure how each piece is performing over time. The Launch Point capability is outstanding , it links with multiple systems and automatically pulls prospect details into the program. If you have some technical chops, the webhook features are really handy for moving data to other platforms that your team uses for marketing and communication.
Cons
The data it returns is not detailed enough right now, although I'm hopeful Adobe will improve this soon. This isn't one of those plug-and-play tools , it demands a considerable time investment to really learn and take full advantage of its capabilities. Integrations with non-Adobe tools are often a struggle and don't offer solid support for collecting extra customer experience information. A major irritation for me is that images tend to become blurry and lose their original quality when added to emails. Getting the pre-built templates precisely the way I want can be quite tough and when I'm working with multiple filters the data segmentation becomes genuinely confusing to use.

“All-in-one marketing platform
Pros
One thing I really value is that it combines lead management, account-based marketing, design tools and analytics in a single platform which makes it simple for me to create and monitor email campaigns.
Cons
the reporting tools are quite limited , I can't exclude activity history when producing reports, so it's difficult for me to generate targeted activity-based reports that would be genuinely helpful.

“Incredibly powerful but not for beginners
Pros
I use this platform for marketing automation and it's very capable. It's great for building full sales funnels and making forms and landing pages is quick. The tracking and automation features are top-notch. The best part is "LaunchPoint," which connects to LinkedIn, Facebook Ads and more to automatically bring in leads, a huge time-saver. It can also connect to our other sales tools. Just a heads up, it's not plug-and-play and I needed some training to get the most out of it but that's normal for advanced software like this.
Cons
The analytics it surfaces don't fully meet my needs right now and I'm really hoping Adobe will fill that gap in a future update. In my use, some of the reporting and insight depth feels limited compared with what I'd like to see, so I'm left waiting for improvements. Another pain point for me has been load times , the interface can sluggish at times and those delays add up during a busy campaign day. Overall those are the two main areas I wish were stronger.

“easy once you learn
Pros
Handling our leads database is incredibly easy and I truly value how we can design bespoke campaigns that align with our specific goals and workflows. The email templates feel original and give our messaging a distinct voice and the analytics dashboard includes visually rich charts that really make it easier for me to interpret and act on the data.
Cons
Its confusing to use when I was just getting started.

“Powerful for managing leads
Pros
this platform is incredibly powerful for managing and tracking marketing efforts at scale. The lead scoring tools are exceptional , being able to combine demographic, behavioral and product-interest scoring in one centralized place truly simplifies my workload and improves prioritization. Email marketing capabilities are versatile as well, particularly the dynamic personalization features that let me build more targeted campaigns. What makes it stand out for me is the high level of configurability instead of forcing us into a one-size-fits-all mold, it lets me tailor the setup precisely to what our team requires.
Cons
I wish it included stronger account-based marketing tools and native reporting features within the core product. The reporting options are limited and I'd really appreciate more flexibility , being able to customize dashboards and reports more deeply would help them better meet our specific requirements.
