I have been able to get the tasks I needed done with this tool, but even though it probably saved me some time at first, the volume of backend work it demanded makes me wonder if those time savings were truly worth it in the end.
Cons
Getting the initial setup finished took a lot longer than I expected before I could have everything configured the way I wanted, which was frustrating.

I've relied on this marketing operations platform day in and day out and honestly it's the most advanced tool I've come across. The implementation process was much easier than I expected and its ability to scale for enterprise needs really impressed me. What I appreciate most is the extensive feature set that easily manages even very complicated workflows without any strain. The interface is user-friendly and it plugs into my whole MarTech and SalesTech ecosystem so smoothly that everything simply runs in harmony.
Cons
The price is higher compared with alternatives such as HubSpot but I can accept that because of the platform's advanced functionality. Designing intricate workflows and running everything at enterprise scale clearly comes with a premium cost, yet I honestly don't have any big grievances since it takes care of all the things I need it to do.

It takes ages to create reports because I have to build each report from scratch for every single program. There is a cloning option but I inevitably find myself rechecking and tweaking everything afterward. It would be far more convenient if the platform shipped with a few starter reports already configured, showing common metrics by default, honestly.

The price is honestly brutal and overall the platform feels far more complicated than it needs to be. There are so many settings and options that it becomes overwhelming, especially if you're not very tech-savvy. I ended up spending weeks just trying to understand how the pieces fit together. For a small company like ours, the costs pile up quickly once you consider setup fees, training and ongoing support. It genuinely feels built for large enterprises, we don't need half of the bells and whistles but still end up paying for them. I wish they would offer more affordable tiers or a simplified product tier aimed at smaller teams that need the essentials without the complexity or extra expense.

I've been genuinely impressed by the standout tools that speed up our business expansion. Searching for and organizing marketing duties has become far more easy thanks to this platform. What really gets me is its ability to help plan, run and refine campaigns across a variety of channels. The live chat capabilities and engaging webinar tools have been transformative, they've helped push our sales growth along much quicker than I would have anticipated.
Cons
Although it handles the essentials well, I believe there's space for more sophisticated capabilities to support much larger-scale operations. On top of that, setting everything up could be smoother , I had to put in a fair amount of effort to configure things correctly which made the onboarding feel more time-consuming than it needed to be.
