“Powerful features
Pros
the sales insights and marketing analytics are the features that shine, they've simplified how I study my market and helped increase my productivity by attracting more leads and driving higher engagement.
Cons
the subscription feels pricier than it ought to be. I end up feeling it's costly since I'm forced to pay for the entire feature set instead of only the specific tools I actually use and need.

“Easy to use with AI help
Pros
It has become my go-to for engaging audiences with products and services. I rely on it regularly because it produces consistently dependable outcomes. There's almost no learning curve , everything feels interactive and easy to use. The built-in AI guides me through each feature and function in a clear, step-by-step way, which makes putting campaigns into place much more effective. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how quickly their customer support responds compared with other services I've used. They actually troubleshoot issues fast and don't leave me stranded, even when I'm running live campaigns. Trying out different marketing approaches is simple here and since advertising budgets can be steep, the two-month free trial is invaluable for testing ideas before spending. Creating and launching a variety of marketing campaigns is also surprisingly easy.
Cons
I genuinely can't think of anything significant I dislike about this platform , it's been solid in every way for me and no major drawbacks jump out that would make me hesitate to keep using it.

“Works well with other tools
Pros
Its very flexible, I can design the exact custom workflows and audience segments our campaigns demand. What stands out most are the API connections that let me link it with every other tool we use without friction. That integration has simplified processes across the board and noticeably increased our overall efficiency.
Cons
At first the interface overwhelmed me but after I spent some time with it and learned the layout it began to make logical sense.

“Help is always available!
Pros
the standout feature is how this platform truly helps broaden business reach with smart online marketing tactics and by winning new customers. Their support team is on hand around the clock , no sitting in long queues for hours just to get someone on the line. I receive real-time assistance during live campaigns, so my marketing efforts never stall. The interface is very user-friendly, you don't need to be a marketing expert to use its features, which gives me a clear advantage over competitors when running campaigns. As a freelancing company managing multiple clients' digital marketing needs across various platforms, we rely on this tool to deploy diverse strategies that showcase our clients' products far more effectively. Connection stability and frequency are excellent when campaigns are active, so we seldom face disruptions.
Cons
i can't really find anything bad to say about this platform.

“Gives clear pipeline insight
Pros
My scoring configuration fits our use case really well and revenue cycle monitoring gives me clear line-of-sight into our pipeline. I'm really impressed by the way email campaigns and nurture sequences interlock , it makes running outreach campaigns far more aligned. The tagging tools and the reporting capabilities are dependable as well. All in all, the marketing activity dashboard is excellent and the analytics deliver valuable, actionable insights.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems so far, the team keeps adding new capabilities like improved APIs, dynamic chat features and stronger integration options.

“Good tool but worst support!!
Pros
Since Adobe took over, I've noticed some exciting enhancements as new features keep being released on a regular basis. They feel interactive and I'm genuinely interested to see what they roll out next. Their smart data architecture has made collaboration across our team smooth which matters as we continually change. The workflow automation UI helps keep us organized and progressing with ease.
Cons
I've been very disappointed with customer support over our eight-year relationship. At one point we found out we were being charged an extra $6k a year for something that wasn't even in production and when I raised it they basically told us 'nothing we can do' despite our long-term partnership. Two years back we even paid for consulting to audit our setup, yet no one flagged that we were being billed for unlicensed capabilities. Our CSM, TJ, refused to respond to certain questions by email and insisted on phone calls only which forced us to involve senior project managers to maintain transparency. Overall, support has been really poor even though the product itself functions fine.

“love the flexible design studio
Pros
love how flexible the design studio is and combined with its automation capabilities, I feel there are almost no projects we can't complete using this platform.
Cons
I really wish there was more detailed help and instructions for all the features. Also, I'd really like to know what programming language the platform is built on.

“A disappointing switch
Pros
You can set a limit on how many emails a person receives and test different subject lines to see which one works better. While the automation has some useful features, it feels limited. Honestly we are disappointed with our switch to this platform. We expected more from an Adobe product and had a much better experience with other systems.
Cons
It is concerning that the customer success team does not actually use the software themselves, so how can they guide us? The interface is outdated, the platform is rigid and it is overly complex for a team thats expected to be more efficient with fewer resources. We cannot even customize the Salesforce integration like controlling data flow or which records update a feature competitors have had for ages.

“Organized but has fake leads
Pros
Having tight control over our online leads has made it really easy for me to keep everything organized in one central place.
Cons
I sometimes see leads being tampered with, so I wind up with bogus accounts rather than genuine prospects and that really annoys me.

“Boosts interaction with real-time data
Pros
Using dynamic lists and personalized messaging has seriously boosted our engagement. The real-time data is a game-changer because we can tweak campaigns on the fly. It's also fantastic for managing email campaigns and connecting multiple channels. The platform scales beautifully for any company size, offers tons of integrations and has an intuitive design with plenty of resources to help you learn.
Cons
Just to be realistic, it's a pretty significant investment and a lot of the more advanced tools come at an extra cost. Getting it up and running does take some time and there's a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it. You'll likely need someone with a technical background to manage it and connecting it to other systems we use can sometimes be tricky. Some of the templates and features aren't as customizable as we'd like and we've found that the support response can be a bit hit-or-miss.

“The unbeatable all-in-one!
Pros
Hands down, this is the best solution I've come across for overseeing four main areas: running email campaigns, driving customer engagement, nurturing leads and managing defaults.
Cons
When I try to configure integrations, it becomes confusing unless an administrator clearly explains which options to use and how to set them up.

“A real workhorse for scaling
Pros
As my go-to platform for scaling B2B marketing, I've relied on this product extensively and it truly delivers on its capabilities. The integration options are dependable , everything from webinars and AdWords to our CRM and social channels hooks up without issue. What stood out to me was Adobe's support setup backed by SLAs, the Marketo team gets back to you fast and actually works through fixes. On top of that, the community resources have been an appreciated extra.
Cons
Its hard to use, I definitely had to watch tutorials to understand many features. They do continue to refine the user experience each quarter, which I appreciate. Overall it's a flexible tool but it takes some time and patience before you feel fully comfortable using it.

“All-in-one but slow to use
Pros
Having everything tucked into a single place is what I value most , I can draw in new customers, organize them into proper segments and steadily cultivate those relationships all from the same platform.
Cons
using it is rather slow and it usually takes more time than I prefer to switch between various sections.
