My team and I love the B2B features , being able to promote individual contacts up to an account level is essential for our SaaS model. The database is extremely powerful and the way it syncs across platforms is impressively thorough which really sets this tool apart. It absorbs everything we ask of it and then some!
Cons
I find the interface a bit dated and sluggish to respond. the implementation itself is deep and quite intricate. On top of that, the pricing makes it hard for smaller teams like ours to realistically justify adopting the platform.

Cons
Charging for certification is a real pain especially since I want my team to get properly trained without extra expense. I've seen other platforms hand out certifications at no cost, so this paywall feels like a deterrent and gives them a competitive disadvantage. If they want wider adoption, offering free certification would let more people learn the platform and likely increase overall usage.
