“the high cost is a drawback
Pros
Using this automation tool has made our marketing campaigns so much simpler. Its targeting features are excellent , I can pinpoint precise audience segments and tailor campaigns to them which has noticeably boosted our results. The dashboards and reporting give so much clarity that they let me see exactly how each campaign is doing.
Cons
cost is on the high side which is a drawback for me, yet apart from the high pricing I genuinely don't have any other complaints.

It also does a solid job pinpointing and engaging the most promising prospects who show genuine interest and the reporting makes it easy to adjust strategies on the fly.
Cons
I've faced a recurring issue with the template processing , occasionally templates that were already completed and should be marked as done still show up as unprocessed. I've hit this bug multiple times in my workflows and it disrupts my process enough that it really needs to be resolved so it doesn't hold up our operations.
