What I like is how adaptable the marketing automation is , I can set up rules exactly the way I want them. The targeting tools help me pinpoint the right customers with accuracy and I can build landing pages quickly without any technical know-how.
Cons
interface is awkward and could use a redesign and I've had to invest more time learning it than other automation tools I'm familiar with.

I find the UI very engaging and it made getting everything set up fast and easy. Their support team has been reliable and integrations are easy which really helps me keep our marketing initiatives moving forward.
Cons

the marketing automation features here genuinely simplify our daily tasks and help align workflows across teams. I find the interface much more interactive to get around compared with other products I've tried. What I appreciate most is the community support , they host frequent meetups both virtually and face-to-face and the support team is dependable. There are also lots of fellow users online who are happy to lend a hand when problems pop up. Add in things like Launchpoint and hooking this up to other systems is pretty easy thanks to the wide range of built-in connectors.
Cons
I'll admit irs hard to use if you haven't worked with marketing automation before, it can feel pretty overwhelming at the start and you probably need substantial training to unlock its full potential. That said I do appreciate that there's a wealth of training materials and resources available to help you get up to speed.

Being able to pull up every piece of data I need to grow our business has made this a truly indispensable marketing tool for me. Its flexibility really shines through with the range of built-in features it provides. On top of that, the Adobe Marketo community has been very helpful, whenever I'm stuck or have a question, someone is almost always there to lend a hand. I absolutely appreciate that community element and it's one of my favorite parts of using the platform.
Cons
the available templates and visual styles a little dated , I wish there were more contemporary, fresh choices to pick from. Aside from that problem, I don't really have any significant issues with the platform.
