“smooth ERP setup”
Pros
NS feels like a user friendly ERP system and it also integrates nicely with other apps. Once you start using it, the workflow runs smoothly and everything feels pretty effortless.
Cons
Annual subscription cost becomes quite expensive in the later years once the initial discount wears off. For an SME, that jump in price can be a real burden and hard to keep up with.

“responsive support and account manager”
Pros
Customer support feels solid and they stay in touch consistently. One big win for us is having an assigned account manager we can reach directly which makes it easy to get answers without jumping through hoops.
Cons
A few add ons can be pricey but the standard package covers what we need so it hasn't turned into a real problem for our setup.

“Strong reporting”
Pros
A solid all in one solution and the reporting side is pretty flexible since you can run different reports as needed. There are also plenty of extra fields you can pick from and adding more options is simple.
Cons
Only thing that slows me down is that bigger reports can take a while to run. When you're trying to view data across the entire organization, that delay becomes pretty noticeable.

“powerful forecasting”
Pros
Has tons of options and everything feels like it's part of one connected system. We were able to cover financials, operational workflows and forecasting without having to stitch together multiple tools.
Cons
Implementation timelines and overall cost can add up. It's also not always clear upfront that each feature may require a paywall or extra licensing which makes it harder to predict the final price at the start.

“Highly customizable ERP”
Pros
Everything you need for business operations is in one place thanks to the all in one ERP approach. The product is highly customizable too, with scripting and workflow options that let you adapt processes to how your business actually runs.
Cons
Performance can get shaky when you're handling large volumes of data. I noticed real slowdowns especially in the sandbox environment.

“High value for mid size businesse”
Pros
Has provided strong value for meeting a medium company's financial system needs and the product coverage fits well with the way we run our finance processes.
Cons
Once the initial fixed term contract ends, the subscription cost ramps up and there doesn't seem to be much room to negotiate at that stage.

“looking forward to NetSuite AI”
Pros
The exception management feature is genuinely useful and I also like the 0 day closing workflow. The MCP connector to Claude, along with the AI prompt generator inside the software, feels like a strong addition. These new capabilities are already making my process smoother. I'm especially excited that there may be more releases coming soon that build on these tools.
Cons
Uploading budgets to it currently takes a lot of time compared to using NSPB. For the FP&A side, I'd love a simpler way to upload budgets and an AI powered dashboard that automatically compares actuals versus budget data directly within NetSuite.

“fantastic cloud integrations”
Pros
It's a cloud based setup that connects really well with partner products. I also appreciate how the team keeps pushing out new features and products so the platform keeps improving over time.
Cons
Performance can feel sluggish, likely because of the overall complexity and the way scripting and other services interact. This can create headaches for users. I'd love to see a dedicated performance monitoring view included so it's easier to spot what's slowing things down.

“Limited customization”
Pros
After 9 years of using this, navigating the system has felt pretty easy to use and manageable to learn. It's user friendly enough that even newer users can get up to speed without too much trouble.
Cons
Even with how easy it is to navigate, we've struggled to find the right team to customize the program to our specifications and fully maximize what it can do for our particular needs.

“powerful ERP with strong customization”
Pros
This ERP feels genuinely powerful and covers a lot of ground. The customization options are especially impressive, letting me shape workflows and fields to match how we actually operate even if getting started takes some time.
Cons
Report loading can get frustratingly slow. Customization is a big win but the overall speed and responsiveness still need a noticeable upgrade.

“AI powered tools”
Pros
Unifies my data nicely and the AI usage is genuinely smart. There are quite a few features available without any extra cost and the app includes quick, practical tools that let me make improvements right away.
Cons
The current reporting feature feels a bit slow and I'm not a fan of how many customization options there are. Also, the workflow feature feels overly scripted rather than flexible.

“Highly customizable with unified data”
Pros
Customization options are great. If you've got the development time and resources, it feels like you can make almost anything happen. I also appreciate the unified approach to data management since it keeps everything in one place instead of scattering information across different systems.
Cons
Performance can lag at times and updates don't always arrive quickly so it may feel like it's a bit behind the curve when it comes to new industry-standard features. On top of that, customizing the system often takes a fair amount of actual development work, not just configuration.

“My review”
Pros
Really solid update, there's a strong showing of the new AI features aimed at Accounting Close and the reconciliation process. The results look promising and it's a nice step in the right direction. Way to go.
Cons
There isn't much clarity on how to enable these features yet. I'm also looking forward to seeing back imports automated since that would make the workflow even better. Super exciting.

“all in one tool that does everything”
Pros
I really liked how it brought multiple parts of the business together into one platform. The real time dashboard was a standout for me. Customizing it so I could create role-specific views made day to day monitoring much more practical. I also got a lot of value from saved searches and custom reports especially for keeping tabs on bottlenecks.
Cons
A lot of the features required digging through menus and the workflows can get pretty involved. At times, the interface didn't feel as user friendly as I expected which slowed me down while I was getting used to it.

“strong NetSuite workflows”
Pros
NetSuite really stands out for document storage, plus the automatic workflows and compliance management it offers in the cloud. Everything stays organized and the compliance side is handled without as much manual effort.
Cons
Lower-tier plans don't allow much customization which can become a problem depending on what your business needs. Costs can also add up for small enterprises and implementation can feel pretty challenging overall.

“strong all in one suite”
Pros
Acts as an all in one platform that covers CRM, ERP and ecommerce and it includes a pretty solid set of built in features. Being cloud based means it's scalable and flexible and it's easy to access when you need it. Overall, it works the way it's supposed to.
Cons
Getting it up and running typically means bringing in external consultants which drives the implementation cost up. On top of that, the ongoing subscription fees aren't cheap either so budgeting for long-term costs is important.

“Simple UI with clear drill down”
Pros
Has a really user friendly interface. The main sections are laid out on the left side and it's simple to drill down through them to complete specific tasks.
Cons

“solid automation for finance”
Pros
I like how it automates financial and accounting processes. Cutting down on manual tasks saved a lot of time and noticeably reduced mistakes. On top of that, having consolidated information available in real time makes it much easier to track business performance and supports smarter strategic planning.
Cons
What bothered me a bit is that some advanced settings need specialized technical support which can lead to relying on external consultants. Also, there are times when the system feels pretty rigid if it wasn't set up correctly from the very beginning.
