I really like the cross-cutting integration of AI and how using natural language lets me quickly pull up the business-relevant data I need.

Cons

I've only just started getting to know the product so I don't have enough info yet to make a fair negative evaluation.

“Solid ERP for pharmacy finance”

Pros

It's a pretty comprehensive ERP solution. It helped us simplify and centralize the pharmacy backend finance side of operations and that's translated into better accuracy, more visibility and tighter control over our financial workflows.

Cons

The setup and configuration phase can be pretty involved, taking a lot of time especially if you're new to this kind of system. On top of that, data posting and any API integration coming from Oracle can be demanding so you have to manage queues carefully on the NetSuite/ERP side. In our situation, connecting an external ERP to NetSuite meant extra configuration and ongoing monitoring to keep the data flow running smoothly.

Pros

Process flow runs smoothly and feels simple to use. Overall it's less error prone and all the modules perform consistently well. The reporting system is also a standout feature.

Cons

Implementation by third party vendors hasn't been great. Customer support is a bit limited too. Premium users get full support, while normal users only get support for regular issues, with critical cases handled separately.

Pros

The agility of the app is something I really liked after watching the session today. It cuts out a lot of the back and forth, pulling data from different sources and then processing it inside the AI workspace can be pretty time consuming. This approach saves a ton of time and honestly, it also saves energy by reducing the manual effort.

Cons

I still have a few uncertainties about how safe the data is when you expose it to the public especially when using AI connectors.

Pros

Brings finance, operations and reporting together in one customizable cloud platform. Everything feels connected and it's flexible enough to fit the way our team works.

Cons

This program isn't cheap and it can be pretty involved to get it to adapt to specific needs. Performance can feel a bit slow at times and there's definitely a learning curve. Training is important to get the most out of it.

“amazing UI”

Pros

Interface is simple to use and it keeps adding newer advancements and upgrades. The AI related improvements have been a big highlight for me and they make the product feel like it's moving forward rather than staying stagnant.

Cons

There are a lot of useful functions and the overall user experience is genuinely beginner-friendly especially compared with what I expected. The one thing that bothers me is occasional lag in performance which can be frustrating when you're trying to get things done quickly.

Data management feels solid and the full details in the newest release really filled in a lot of the missing pieces we had been running into before.

Cons

Pricing is a bit steep and customer service can be disappointing. If you're using the standard option, you rarely get enough answers and responses tend to be pretty short.

Pros

Generates strong analytical reports and handles UAE VAT reporting both month-wise and quarterly. It saves a lot of time compared to doing everything manually.

Cons

Downloading the general ledger can occasionally be a bit slow. There's also a little time required to review/prepare the analysis report though the final output still comes out well.

Pros

Value for money is strong and customer support is genuinely helpful. Some modules are easy to use and overall it seems to have fewer bugs than expected. Invoicing is simple enough and I can get through the billing steps without much hassle, plus the data management is solid. That said, the printable side isn't very good and a few parts feel harder to handle than they should be. Accounting and taxation features also deserve improvement to make everything feel more complete.

Cons

The Assets module feels confusing and doesn't work the way I'd expect. There's also no proper asset tracking so the whole process is limited. Purchasing still needs development and vendor contracts need to be expanded. Documentation is another area that should be improved so setup and workflows are clearer.

Amazing ERP with a clear focus on implementing AI across workflows, data analytics, actionable insights and natural language features.

Cons

Currency formatting could use more precision, I'd like support for three decimal places. Some regional currencies need that level of detail and other ERPs already offer it.

The AI features feel like the real game changer especially for the top management team.

Cons

Customer support is pretty weak, particularly when it comes to actually reaching someone and getting timely resolutions.

AI guidance has been really helpful for running our business and it also supports end users with analysis and data entry. It's made the whole workflow more practical because people can actually use the AI features to handle their tasks without much friction.

No real complaints here, everything feels solid.

Pros

Level of control users get is excellent. Being able to customize everything, add new fields, manage form list values and set workflow approval logic (or adjust it when needed) feels really flexible. I also appreciate that system notes can be tracked natively, instead of needing extra workarounds or external tools.

Cons

A couple of things could be improved especially the limited data table connection when using the saved search/reporting tool. On top of that, financial reports are capped at 30 columns which can be restrictive if you need more detailed layouts.

Pros

Core features feel pretty simple to use and cover the standard functionality well. That said, there's still room to expand and improve across all modules since some areas could use additional enhancements to make the whole platform feel more complete.

Cons

The dashboard visualizations are a bit boring right now. It could be improved with more visuals and a more colorful, engaging layout instead of relying on the current look.

The AI suite script is genuinely helpful and it makes a real difference for functional teams too. People who aren't heavily technical can still learn and keep up which is a big win for both individuals and the organisation overall.

Cons

No major issues on my end. The only thought is that everything could be better connected. Connecting AI to all modules (like fixed assets) would allow it to support admin and related workflows even more effectively.

Pros

Adapts quickly to the latest technology and it feels highly scalable as our needs grow. Customization is effortless and the support for multiple taxation and languages is a big plus. Integration is also smooth, with easy hooks for connecting with other systems.

Cons

Customization can introduce some slowness. I also noticed limitations around certain report dependencies and some reporting features seem to rely on third party apps to work properly.

Every now and then, data collection from the database can take a bit longer processing wise though it hasn't been a dealbreaker for me.

Really easy to use and everything connects with surprising smoothness. I also like how everything can be sorted quickly and how the different sections interlink so you can follow the flow without getting lost.

Cons

The budgeting features feel less suited for the real estate development industry since a lot of the transactions get routed through the balance sheet which makes budgeting harder to manage in that setup.

Pros

Interface feels user friendly and I can pull reports really quickly. That speed helps me run the analysis with better accuracy and still stay on schedule which makes a noticeable difference in day to day work.

Cons

It could be improved by adding more charts and additional statistical data directly on the home page so the key insights are visible upfront. It would also be helpful if there were some in-portal support when logging in, like a live chat option, to answer questions right away.

This ERP system feels genuinely solid and comes with all the key modules you'd need to run a business without a lot of hassle. It also has a pretty futuristic setup which makes it feel modern and well thought out.

From what I've been able to use for my trading company, everything has been working well so far. The system is a good way to manage day to day business operations.
