“search feature is slow”
Pros
Ended up being the first software I used when I started working so I had nothing else to compare it to at the time. Once I got into the workflow, it handled my tasks well overall.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was adding a supplier or client. I have to locate the name manually instead of typing and getting an instant search or type ahead result. On top of that, it felt quite slow when I'm working from my MacBook.

“powerful invoicing automation”
Pros
The invoicing automation is genuinely strong. Everything feels accurate and it connects really well with my finance and compliance workflows without much friction.
Cons
Pricing feels off for what you get. It's definitely expensive and the value-for-money could be better. I can see the benefits but the cost is simply too high and it would be great if they lowered the pricing.

“solid money management analytics”
Pros
Really helped my company with money management especially the loss and profit analytics. The AI powered side feels genuinely advanced and it's mostly delivering better results across the board. Overall, the way it tracks and breaks down performance makes decision-making a lot clearer.
Cons
Support from the team is solid for companies and organizations and I genuinely appreciate how responsive they've been throughout.

“customizable reporting with real time visibility”
Pros
Impressively customizable, with solid reporting and real time visibility spanning finance, inventory and day to day operations. The way it brings those areas together makes it easier to track what's happening across the business without constantly switching tools.
Cons
Can feel a bit complicated to navigate at first and getting it set up correctly takes a lot of time. Ongoing customization also tends to be pricey since it often needs dedicated effort to maintain and adjust the workflows and reports.

“NetSuite workflow fit”
Pros
Has been a real game changer for my team. We've managed to configure the platform to match our exact workflows instead of forcing our processes to bend around the software. The setup includes real time dashboards, along with inventory and finance all in one place which makes day to day visibility much simpler. Reporting is also handled more efficiently than before. Manual reporting work dropped a lot, saving the company a significant amount of time. Overall, I'd strongly recommend it.
Cons
There's a fairly steep learning curve when getting started so some companies may need to designate an admin to help roll out and unlock all the features.

“powerful all in one business platform”
Pros
It really stands out as a strong platform that pulls a lot of business functions into a single place. It covers key areas like accounting, reporting and day to day operational management and it helps keep things running efficiently. Getting real time data in the system also makes a noticeable difference for decision-making since you get better visibility into what's happening across the business.
Cons
That said, the platform has a steep learning curve and can take some time to get comfortable with. Rolling it out and customizing it to specific workflows can get expensive. It may also feel pretty overwhelming for smaller teams or anyone who's new to the system.

“Highly customizable for accounting teams”
Pros
This is a really customizable system that's fit well in every business setup I've worked with. It's especially strong for accounting professionals and the day to day usage feels quick and easy to use. Once you know your workflow, it adapts to it nicely.
Cons
It does require an administrator to keep things running long term. The additional licenses can get pretty expensive and it would be better if the pricing had clearer license tiers. Also, I've noticed some teams can go a bit too far with customization which may add unnecessary complexity.

“responsive support”
Pros
Their customer support has been really helpful and the platform feels simple to work with. With it, I'm able to save a noticeable amount of time managing data and handling invoicing.
Cons
Even though it's strong overall and offers good value for what you get, the pricing can feel a bit steep for startup companies.

“clean ui”
Pros
Has been really solid and the user interface is genuinely simple to work with. I've relied on it for years and it's been dependable throughout with no real problems or surprises.
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side and it doesn't feel like the best fit for smaller businesses. If they can offer a more competitive price point in the future, it would make a big difference.

“instant validated accounting entries”
Pros
The best part of this program for me is the ability to post accounting entries and validate them right away. It makes the month end work feel much more controlled because I can confirm everything as soon as it's entered.
Cons
What would be nice is more help around posting and validating invoices, plus smoother support for creating the accounting ledger and sub-ledger whenever I need it.

“NetSuite keeps us organized”
Pros
Made a big difference for me and my company especially for staying organized and always being ready when tasks come up.
Cons
I haven't run into any real cons so far. The only thing I've noticed is that performance can vary depending on which internet browser you're using since updates may feel slower at times compared to others.

“lots of features but weak documentation”
Pros
Offers a ton of flexibility, with an enormous number of features and possible workflows. Since it's a pretty established tool, the core GL parts feel reliable so you can count on the basics working.
Cons
Because there are so many things you can do, it's hard to learn the full scope without spending a lot of time on it. The documentation isn't very good and a lot of the functionality you'll want seems to come from extra models they upsell.

“solid invoicing”
Pros
Very simple to use especially because it includes invoicing which I rely on a lot for keeping my company's data organized. I also use the platform for day to day company data management and the workflow supports that fairly well. A couple of bugs showed up here and there but customer support handled the fixes quickly, usually within minutes. Overall, it feels like a reasonable value for the money.
Cons
Outside of the bugs and issues, what bothered me most was how limited it feels. There's definitely potential here and it seems like "Next Suite" could have added more features or improvements to make the software really stand out.

“Effective for planning”
Pros
Uses a cloud based setup which makes it easy to access information securely from anywhere in the world. It's been really effective for inventory tracking, budgeting and forecasting. I also appreciate how customizable and versatile the software is, plus the vendor support services have been solid and dependable.
Cons
Day to day usage has been excellent. There haven't been any real operational problems and there isn't anything I'd genuinely call out as a dislike.

“centralized data win”
Pros
Pulls all our financial and operational information into a single system which has noticeably improved our reporting. Transaction entry for everyday work is also a big advantage since it's simple enough for team members across different departments to use without too much friction. The invoicing flow is well organized and I like that it ties directly into the AR modules so the invoicing and receivables side stay connected.
Cons
Both the initial implementation costs and the ongoing licensing fees can get pretty pricey and that can feel like a tough squeeze for smaller organizations. Also, while the platform is usually stable, occasional bugs and issues can still be annoying to deal with when they pop up.

“great dashboards”
Pros
Right now the AC stays running and the room is cold enough to freeze but the upside is I'm able to work comfortably while staring at my monitor. The updated tab layout is a bit better than what came before. Even though updates like this sometimes crash or fail to load, I still managed to access the web features. If you're willing to put in some time, you can really customize your dashboards using custom fields and make the setup match how you work.
Cons
The Save and Delete buttons being relocated doesn't make much sense to me. Why change the placement like that? There's also a lot of blank white space on the screen when I'm trying to view data which feels like wasted pixels. Support is usually decent but occasionally it's like the team members are in the same building and still somehow don't coordinate which turns troubleshooting into a headache because you have to explain the same issue to multiple people. On top of that, creating simple accounting reports takes way more steps than it should and that's honestly ridiculous.

“frustrating to use”
Pros
Hard to point to what's truly best about this software since, in my view, the product has quite a few gaps. That said, my coworkers do seem to appreciate it especially the accounting features.
Cons
Interface doesn't look very appealing and it can be frustrating trying to track down where the specific functions you need are located. There are also several limitations on what the platform can actually do.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
Extremely customizable which comes in handy for a wide range of companies. There's also a solid amount of automation you can set up so you can simplify workflows without relying as much on manual work.
Cons
It is pricey and the functionality is split into separate add-ons-so you often end up paying for extra features you thought were included. It really could be the best ERP out there if the cost to use were more reasonable.

“Powerful integrations”
Pros
Integrates well with the other platforms. It also feels really comfortable to use during the month-close process and that makes the whole workflow less stressful.
Cons
At times, the integration can show inconsistencies. What I see in Coupa may look different in this, usually because of integration errors and that mismatch is the one thing I didn't enjoy about it.

“convenient cloud access”
Pros
It's convenient since you don't have to worry about running or maintaining your own server. You can log in and use it from anywhere and everything lives in one unified platform which keeps the workflow in one place.
Cons
Performance feels painfully slow and getting started may require someone with more technical know-how. Since it's cloud based, that setup can also be a limitation depending on your business needs and constraints.
