“everything you need in one tool”
Pros
Helped us merge our separate platforms and pull everything into a single converged system so we now operate with "one source of the truth" across our day to day activities.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve but moving to any other platform would have involved a similar adjustment period.

“user friendly and time saving”
Pros
It's a pretty simple tool with solid capabilities. I ran into very few bugs or hiccups and the data management side feels well organized. Overall, it's definitely saved us a lot of time.
Cons
Can be expensive for what you get especially when you factor in how many users need access. A more reasonable pricing tier would make it much easier to justify.

“reporting boost”
Pros
Using this software has noticeably improved our data accuracy, management and reporting. We also have a dedicated support team that responds to our needs which has been really helpful. On top of that, the service fee feels fair and aligns well with the value we're getting.
Cons
While the system itself is fairly easy to operate, there isn't a training package or a step by step onboarding guide for new users. Adding those resources would make it much easier to get started.

“all in one ERP with real time visibility”
Pros
An all in one ERP and the real time visibility across operations and sales is a big plus for keeping everything aligned.
Cons
Getting it set up can be a bit complex at the beginning and bringing new users up to speed usually takes a lot of training which can push implementation and ongoing costs higher.

“Customizable software”
Pros
I really liked that the solution is customizable and can be modified to the company's specific needs. It's also modular so you can build it based on both your budget and your requirements. The fact that we're a small business didn't mean we had to settle for messy processes. There's still a strong focus on having well structured workflows and professional support to set everything up.
Cons
The migration took a long time, mainly because we didn't have all the information clearly defined within the company.

“CRM upgrade”
Pros
The reporting and CRM features are genuinely useful and having everything in one place has made a noticeable difference. We moved away from four separate, siloed platforms and consolidated into a single system so we can respond to customer needs faster and serve them more effectively.
Cons
Pricing doesn't feel sustainable for smaller businesses. It takes a big bite out of our bottom line every year.

“powerful suite”
Pros
Comes packed with a lot of capabilities, from finance management all the way to salesforce automation. It's a strong fit for project managers and executives who need a comprehensive system to run operations and make decisions.
Cons
Navigation can feel a bit tough at times and visually I'd love to see the interface be a little more user friendly.

“high value tool”
Pros
After using this platform for two years, I can confidently call it a strong all in one ERP that delivers solid value for money, assuming your business actually taps into the full range of features. Transaction handling and invoicing are especially effective once the setup is done right and that helps centralize what would usually be split across multiple tools. The built in automation cuts down on manual steps and I really like that the platform is highly customizable so it can be shaped to fit different industries and business models.
Cons
Come with a long learning phase. Getting around the system can feel overwhelming, particularly for new users. Also, customization can sometimes demand technical know how which isn't always available in house. I've also noticed there are fewer visual dashboards compared with some similar ERPs and customer support responses can be slower than you'd hope at times.

“easy navigation after setup”
Pros
Felt simple to navigate for the most part. It took a little time to spot where everything was (the buttons and layout are laid out differently than I'm used to) but once I figured that out, I could handle my day to day responsibilities without too much trouble.
Cons
There's still a learning curve at the start since the interface looks and works differently from the software we used before. Also, the training videos didn't end up being very helpful for getting up to speed.

“NetSuite boosts reporting”
Pros
Has been a real game changer for our company. Since our ERP is central to how we operate, switching to this didn't just improve what we already had. It also put us in a position to pursue new revenue opportunities we weren't ready for before. The overall value for the price feels strong, the data stays clean, reporting is excellent and the third party integrations are easy to use. The rollout also went smoothly, with minimal bugs and very few issues.
Cons
It was a big hurdle for us initially when we were deciding whether to switch. We still needed to do it but it took some time to get the cash lined up and the team helped us work around it by putting it into a 0% loan.

“flexible workflows with quick adoption”
Pros
Felt pretty easy to work with and it also gives a lot of flexibility to set up workflows customized to each company and their specific industry. It links up easily with the tools we use every day and the learning curve isn't very steep so the team was able to get up to speed quickly.
Cons
User interface isn't my favorite as it looks a bit outdated. It would be better if they improved it or at least offered users more options to customize the layout to their preferences.

“easy to use interface”
Pros
Has a user friendly interface and a well known, recognizable brand which helped make onboarding smoother. Training new hires didn't take nearly as long as we expected since the screens and workflows are pretty simple.
Cons
The main thing I'd adjust is the overall value for what you pay. Even though it's simple to use some of the features feel fairly ordinary when you compare them to the price point.

“custom report fields”
Pros
Being able to customize reports really helps. I could add the exact fields I needed to pull without too much hassle. They've clearly tried to simplify things for the average experienced user but it still doesn't quite land for me.
Cons
If you're an everyday user, there's a lot you'll end up customizing and tweaking, often relying on your the support resources to get everything working the way you want.

“solid NetSuite order processing”

“great paperless tracking”
Pros
Before NetSuite, most of our workflow was manual and paper based. Nothing was truly electronic. After switching, everything is now captured with digital references for our field service technicians. That change has cut down on lost or incorrect paperwork and it's helped us deliver accurate service reports to customers every single time. Asset management and support cases are also more reliable. We're using online forms and improved reporting across the financials and field service modules and the overall impact on how we run the business has been substantial.
Cons
Next week's workflow can feel a bit tricky at times. Occasionally, the system feels a little slow or struggles when loading pages but the positives still clearly outweigh it.

“quick report generation”
Pros
I'm really happy with how smoothly it lets me generate lots of reports without much difficulty. The formulas and overall workflow feel well thought-out and I also like that you can customize the HTML print forms to match what I need.
Cons
They haven't resolved a clear scripting issue with the amount line item field in transactions. If you edit the total amount on a line item after setting the quantity and unit rate, it doesn't behave correctly.

“Accurate inventory”
Pros
Getting it integrated with our internal systems made the inventory counts much more accurate. Beyond that, it also improved our overall security posture so it's been a win across the board for us.
Cons
There are a lot of menus and options which can feel overwhelming when you first open it. If someone isn't already trained or comfortable with the platform, they may struggle to find what they need quickly.

“Smooth invoice generation”
Pros
Stock updates come through live, the order flow feels solid and invoice generation is pretty smooth. Saving reports doesn't turn into a hassle either. Multi-currency support is quick with the snap switch, date alerts ping right when needed and attaching files is fast.
Cons
When there's a lot of data pulling in, page loads can get a bit slow. The settings area feels more like a maze than a quick setup and the mobile layout is cramped, tabs can be hard to hit accurately. Also some fields seem to be missing during export.

Pros

“great for global teams”
Pros
This software is fully cloud based so our team doesn't need to maintain internal IT for things like support, backups or software updates.
Cons
We had to tweak our internal processes to match how the platform works. That trade off feels reasonable since building a custom solution or heavy customizations would likely be far more expensive.
