“Broad functionality”
Pros
Simple to work with for both accounting and FP&A teams and it covers a huge amount of ground. The functionality is broad and the range of services you can use is impressive.
Cons
This is a premium product so it comes with a hefty price tag. There also seem to be frequent add-ons you need to keep everything running the way you want even though overall it still ranks as one of the best ERP options out there.

“recommend NetSuite for multi account teams”
Pros
We're in retailing and honestly no other software has stacked up to this one for our setup. It supports multiple accounts and different user types like analysts, salespeople and accountants so everyone can work within their right permissions and workflows.
Cons
We're using it even with a few minor issues. The sandbox can run slowly at times and there have been performance hiccups, along with a few other known downsides.

“useful for stock control”
Pros
I handle both wholesale and direct to consumer sales and this software's order management has made the whole process feel a lot more connected between those channels. I can manage purchase orders, backorders, allocation and order fulfillment from a single place and the ability to sort by channel and profitability makes it much easier to keep inventory and decisions aligned.
Cons
The pricing engine feels a bit restrictive when tiered discounts involve more components, unless it's manually reconciled. Because of that, rolling out certain campaigns can take longer during the early stages.

“consolidated financials win”
Pros
Consolidated financials and multicurrency support made it much simpler for our finance team to track performance across our five subsidiaries without re-entering the same data multiple times. The real time currency conversion, built in audit trail and account reconciliation tools also significantly cut down our month-end closing process.
Cons
When it comes to multi-location inventory transfers, there are moments where the systems don't sync immediately so some locations can temporarily show what looks like incorrect stock balances. Because of that, we had to add extra checks to verify physical inventory whenever items are moved from one location to another.

“cloud based financial management”
Pros
Really appreciate that it's cloud based which makes running light financial management tasks simple without having to manage anything locally.

“high potential for the new modules”
Pros
Has been getting more comprehensive as the new modules keep rolling out and the expanded functionality is noticeable.
Cons
Cost is still the biggest sticking point. Even with the "do more for less" tagline, it hasn't really lowered our total, absolute expenses the way we expected.

“stellar reporting dashboards for organizations”
Pros
Reporting tools and dashboards are easily the standout features. It also does a great job bringing multiple countries and subsidiaries together without much hassle.
Cons
Fee feels pretty steep for some roles. While there are lighter user options for CRM and the warehouse, there still seem to be a lot of low-usage users who could be supported under something closer to an employee-center style role.

“fast cloud performance”
Pros
The platform is cloud based and it generally feels light and east to use. Most of the time I'm getting responsive performance without delays.
Cons
It isn't the most user friendly experience though. Customizing reports and managing saved searches can be pretty powerful but the workflow is a bit difficult so it takes extra effort to figure things out.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
Flexible, easy and agile overall. The user features are easy to learn and put into practice and you can set it up with very little effort. It also adapts well to daily workflows without feeling heavy or complicated.
Cons
No real downsides at the moment just a preference that end users rely on the standard, out of the box setup as much as possible so it fits into daily routines and existing processes.

“Customizable platform with steady innovation”
Pros
Feels really simpleto use and there's plenty of room to customize it. The team keeps moving with new ideas. There are twice yearly releases that show up with ongoing improvements. Overall, it's a flexible platform that lets you build custom solutions without getting boxed in.
Cons
What's been a bit frustrating is the pace of innovation on the core product. Governance optimization also seems to be taking longer than expected. I was hoping that the level of innovation would translate into more scale faster especially at the center of the product.

“NetSuite capabilties overview”
Pros
Having an all in one tool has been a big win for us. This gives a clear total enterprise view of our customers which helps everyone align on the same information.
Cons
Since we also rely on our CRM, a few parts of the workflow feel kind of slow for our team. For example, handling new contacts and the linked topics can take more effort than it should and it seems like this might be down to how the features were implemented.

“powerful cloud ERP”
Pros
This cloud based ERP is packed with tons of useful functions which makes it cover a lot of business needs in one place. On top of that, the developer side is simple to understand so it doesn't feel overly complicated when you're setting things up.
Cons
Performance can be inconsistent at times and upgrades sometimes cause problems that break existing setups. That's been a bit of a concern when updates roll out.
