A good match for what my business actually needs and the interface feels user friendly enough to get started without hassle.

“scalable ERP with integrations”
Pros
NetSuite is our primary ERP for accounting and it fits our company's setup really well. We're able to connect it with a lot of different tools for accounts payable workflows, close management and even travel & expense so it covers multiple areas without feeling fragmented. Overall, it's a scalable ERP solution that works well for a mid-sized business.
Cons
Customer support for the most basic options is pricey and reliability isn't always great since many support teams operate offshore. Getting answers through the free support tier can also take days.

“Centralized workflows”
Pros
Everything is centralized in one place so all my processes and information live in a single system. If there's anything I need that's currently outside, I can usually fit it into the setup somehow.
Cons
Sometimes the user interface feels a bit sluggish which slows me down when I'm moving around quickly.

“Solid support”
Pros
The app feels simple to use and the customer support team has been genuinely helpful whenever I needed them.
Cons
Occasionally the performance drops. Pages load slowly and there are times when the server seems to be down which might be related to our larger database size.

“configurable fields with quick setup”
Pros
Setup is simple and configuring the app is pretty painless. Adding new fields doesn't feel complicated at all.

“strong budgeting and tracking”
Pros
Budgeting and financial tracking features are genuinely solid. It's been helpful for keeping my spending organized and watching my money more closely.
Cons
Getting around the dashboard takes a bit of time. The layout and options aren't immediately obvious so there's a learning curve before everything feels natural.

“Simplified workflow”
Pros
From a user perspective, it feels easy to use.
Cons
We rolled this out alongside a pre-SuiteSuccess setup and the tricky part is getting past the level that leads into SuiteSuccess. Reaching that point can be pretty frustrating.

“Strong feature integration”
Pros
Best part for me was how well all the features work together. Everything feels integrated and connected so using one part naturally flows into the next.
Cons
Report customization is the only thing that feels a bit tough at times; getting exactly what you want isn't as easy as I expected.

“Works well”
Pros
Everything has been working well for me so far. The only area that doesn't fully match up is the fixed asset module.
Cons
Fixed Asset module needs improvement. Reporting could also be stronger and the bank rates part could use better handling.

“versatile tool for our needs”
Pros
Has been a solid fit for us because it's genuinely capable and flexible enough to match how our business operates. It covers what we need without forcing us into a rigid setup which made the rollout feel more aligned with our requirements.
Cons
The one area that could use attention is performance speed. We're working on keeping the perception of NetSuite positive while we move through the next phase of the implementation since speed is something we're actively managing.

Pros
You can customize pretty much everything. Reporting is flexible and custom reports can be modified exactly the way you want them. Having that level of control makes it fit our workflow well.
Cons

“highly customizable suite”
Pros
I really like that it comes with strong customization options and it also makes it effortless to connect e commerce with financials. Since it's cloud based, I can access it remotely from anywhere which gives the business flexibility. The analytics tools are handy too-custom reports are easy to build without starting from scratch. On top of that, the platform includes solid, advanced financial reporting and management features that help keep things under control.
Cons
Learning curve is a little steep so it really does require some training to get comfortable. Pricing can feel high as well especially with the subscription costs. Also, a few third party integrations feel somewhat limited compared to what you might expect.
