“Simple to use”
Pros
The platform is simple to use and the training materials are easy to find. Having quick access to the resources made it simple to keep up with what I needed.
Cons
CRM feature didn't feel strong enough for what I was expecting and it wasn't sufficient for my use case.

“great finance ERP setup”
Pros
Has given us a much simpler Finance ERP setup. It cuts down on those long, admin-heavy tasks so our finance team can spend more time on analysis instead of endless data entry.
Cons
Even though the platform is pretty flexible, it does take a solid level of know-how to manage properly. We've opted for it's Advanced Customer Support to help offset that but it does increase our overall cost of ownership.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
One of the biggest wins here is how much you can customize the product. If you've got someone on your team who understands programming in NetSuite, you can really bend the system to match what you need as almost anything is achievable with the right knowledge.
Cons
Warehouse management module is honestly rough. Even if it's offered as cheap or free, I wouldn't recommend using it at all because the experience has been pretty bad.

“NetSuite accounting features are solid”
Pros
Packs a ton of accounting functionality into one place and it covers a lot of different needs with its variety of features.
Cons
With so many options, it can occasionally feel a bit tricky to track down exactly what you're looking for. Also, the expense claim format feels a little old-school.

“reliable accounting and finance system”
Pros
This is a solid system that we rely on for essentially all our accounting and financial needs. It covers the major areas we need without feeling fragmented and it fits our day to day workflow well.
Cons
Compared to SAP, there's a noticeable bit of limited customization in a few areas. Depending on the setup you want, you may feel constrained versus what SAP can offer.

“amazing integrations”
Pros
End to end integration, overall usability and the online training/support (especially when you hit those moments where you need a bit of guidance) have been fantastic. On top of that our experience has been really strengthened by the amazing Account Managers and the ACS team.
Cons
Getting the saved searches figured out can take some time but once you understand them, they're incredibly powerful.

“An all in one tool”
Pros
I really like that it works as a true one stop shop and we're able to connect our other applications into it without much hassle.
Cons
At the beginning, it took a little time to get comfortable since there are a lot of sections to click through. That said, everything is customizable and once we adjusted, it became a lot more manageable over time.

“powerful dashboards for BI”
Pros
The platform's dashboarding and business intelligence capabilities are genuinely strong especially with features like saved searches and flexible, customized financial statement layouts.
Cons
Using the more advanced functions does come with a steep learning curve and even after being on the system for 10 years I'm still picking up new tips and tricks.

“solid software for most businesses”
Pros
Really feature rich and the interface feels pretty simple to use. It also offers a range of applications which is especially helpful for companies that need different functions in one place.
Cons
Some features go deep so while it's strong overall, getting started can be a bit challenging for a beginner. It takes quite a lot of effort to fully learn and master everything.

“developer-friendly NetSuite with support”
Pros
Feels really developer friendly and the surrounding ecosystem is big enough that it's easy to find help when you run into issues.
Cons
As both an IT admin and a developer, I don't have any complaints. Other teams might feel differently though. One small improvement would be adding a night mode UI.

“Strong reporting”
Pros
The financial side of this software is excellent. Getting an account set up and running is simple and once it's configured, it generally covers what you expect from an accounts package. The reports it generates are strong and pretty easy to understand which feels like the real highlight of the product.
Cons
Costs and the process for making updates are the biggest headaches. Changes take a lot of time, money and effort to get approved and installed. Our setup alone took close to a year and involved significant spend to make the system work the way we needed. It also wasn't something we could really handle ourselves so we were stuck with constant delays and waiting. I expected they'd already handled more of this upfront but instead every adjustment turned into a whole new project.

“excellent support”
Pros
NetSuite customer service is seriously top notch. What really sets it apart for us is how flexible it is and how well you can customize it which is the main reason it's our go-to solution. It's also easy to get around and packed with a lot of useful features that keep things interesting. Overall, we're extremely happy with the platform if you're on the fence, give it a shot and you'll see what I mean.
Cons
For financial transparency, it does exactly what we need and there's genuinely nothing to complain about.

“Highly customizable reporting”
Pros
What really works well here is how much you can customize the setup, along with the solid reporting features. It also connects nicely with other enterprise applications which makes it easier to fit into an existing workflow rather than starting from scratch.
Cons
Using the app's interface can be a bit tricky at times. It takes a while to get used to it and requires some training before you can utilize it in a way that accesses its full potential.

“customization-heavy but tough onboarding”
Pros
Plenty of customization options and built in features which makes it possible to shape the system around how your business actually works. You can configure it to fit your day to day needs instead of forcing everything to match a fixed workflow.
Cons
The learning curve is pretty steep for new users and it can take a while before people feel comfortable using it. A few features also seem to be lagging behind what competitors offer and getting it to integrate smoothly with other software is genuinely difficult.

“User friendly with lots of features”
Pros
The tool's design feels really user friendly and it includes a ton of features compared to other tools I've used.
Cons
One limitation I noticed is that when you schedule a report, it can only send up to 10k rows as an attachment. It would be better if that cap were raised a bit more, like to 25k.
