secure reporting with flexible dashboards

Pros

Has been a really useful tool for keeping our financial reports secure. I also appreciate the ability to customize reports to match what we need. It's been a good fit for a small business as we've grown since it supports scaling without forcing us to switch systems. The dashboard is easy to work with day to day. Since our workflow involves consolidating financials, NetSuite makes that process much simpler than before. Between all the built in capabilities, it feels like we can cover most needs without relying on extra software.

Cons

After using it multiple times, I haven't run into anything I'd call a real downside or something I dislike.

Highly customizable feature setup

Pros

Feature setup is genuinely customizable so it can be adjusted to match what each company actually needs. That flexibility makes it easy to modify the workflow instead of forcing everything into a one size fits all setup.

Cons

Building reports takes a bit of effort at first, with a noticeable learning curve before it feels natural.

useful invoicing feature

Pros

The interface is easy to use and it makes customer lookups really convenient. I can handle documentation, generate invoices and manage other related tasks without much hassle.

Cons

Very rarely there will be a hiccup where customer information doesn't stay saved correctly and can appear to be lost.

real time reporting

Pros

Has a ton of features I genuinely use especially its real time data access. Changes show up right away and the system can generate reports instantly like profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements. The analytics also make budgeting and forecasting feel much more manageable. On top of that, it really helps with inventory management, tracking stock levels, reorder points and item locations in real time. Inventory updates automatically when new orders are fulfilled which cuts down on manual errors. It's also useful for customer management since I can review interactions and see details like purchase history, payment status and support activity.

Cons

Even though it is powerful, it can take a bit of training to get comfortable with all the features and the workflow, particularly for non-technical users. Pricing is another downside. It can be a little expensive compared with other ERP options.

Strong accounts payable automation

Pros

Does a really good job automating accounts payable which cuts down on mistakes when it's time to pay vendors.

Only real downside I ran into was that there isn't a freemium version available.

great global access

Pros

It's a cloud based setup so I can access it from anywhere and share work globally without hassle. The interface also feels pretty user friendly and getting around is smooth for daily use.

Cons

Report builder feels a bit limited and there are also restrictions when joining multiple datasets which can be annoying if you're trying to build more complex reports.

flexible mobile modules

Pros

Accessibility and overall flexibility are solid especially through the mobile app. There's also a decent range of modules and apps available so you can pick and combine features depending on what you need.

Cons

The warehouse management system isn't as smooth as expected and the CRM module also feels like it's missing the mark compared to the rest of the offering.

Powerful consolidation

Pros

The multi-subsidiary consolidation features are genuinely useful especially the built in reporting and the ability to save searches. It makes it easier to pull together data and reuse query views without starting from scratch every time.

Cons

Inventory aging is missing and that feels like a basic requirement for most ERP solutions. The lack of an inventory aging report creates an obvious gap in day to day inventory tracking and analysis.

solid automation with flexible updates

Pros

Automation feels genuinely helpful and the flexibility is a strong point. I also appreciated that it's been updated with the latest developments so the tool stays relevant as things change.

Cons

It would be even better if industry-wise AI knowledge and analysis were included since that extra context would make the insights more actionable for different fields.

Pros

This app is genuinely useful for automation-especially when you need to pull and extract data from multiple tables. It also makes it easier to build more complex reports and get real time access to the data you need.

Makes viewing all your data easier

Pros

It consolidates the amounts from our subsidiaries which makes it much easier to view the data without having to log into other systems.

Cons

Nothing negative to report. Though getting our team up to speed was a bit challenging during the transition from Sage 50 because of the changes in how everything works.

solid integration

Pros

Brings a bunch of business functions together under one roof and the integration feels pretty smooth. It connects areas like finance and accounting, inventory management and even e commerce so everything stays in sync without juggling multiple systems.

Cons

Cost can be a real sticking point. It tends to be pricey for smaller businesses or startups and once you factor in licensing plus customization and implementation expenses, the total can climb fast.

High customization abilities

Pros

Really happy with how customizable it is for our organization. It feels customized to how we use our platform. It also connects smoothly with the other software we rely on and the whole setup didn't feel like a hassle.

Cons

Has a bit of a learning curve since the feature set is pretty extensive but once you get the hang of it, it's easier to work with.

Comprehensive ERP

Pros

An all in one platform that can cover a whole business setup-bringing customers, inventory and vendor relationships into a single system.

Cons

User interface looks very outdated, browser support seems limited and some input fields act strangely (like pre-filling with random values or making keyboard navigation in list views feel difficult to use).

setup hassles

Pros

It's not immediately clear which kinds of businesses would actually get value from this program.

Cons

Setting up standard costing for manufacturing feels like a headache-it's time consuming to configure and doesn't work reliably so you end up dealing with issues fairly quickly.

Really tough onboarding

Pros

Aside from how customizable it is, getting it up and running smoothly isn't easy especially when you're trying to roll it out across a team. I don't have much to say in terms of quick setup or team adoption because the learning curve is pretty steep.

Cons

Between the sheer number of options and all the built in functions, it can feel overwhelming right away. It's not the kind of tool you can pick up in a couple of days-successful use takes solid training and often needs guidance based on what the specific company or team actually requires.
