“faster workflows with DocuSign integration”
Pros
Every operation seems to get handled faster which means we can take on a lot more work in far less time. The NetSuite connection with DocuSign has been a real game changer for our process flow. On top of that having real time financial performance reports has made a huge difference-it's helped us make decisions based on current data instead of waiting on delayed numbers.
Cons
An excellent product with no real issues worth calling out. The interface is user friendly enough that the team quickly felt comfortable using it day to day.

“excellent inventory sync and flow”
Pros
Inventory management feels much simpler after using this and syncing purchase details with PO is really well done. The way it connects purchasing with inventory makes the whole workflow quicker and more organized.
Cons
Customer support occasionally doesn't respond fast enough. Also, when the files are heavy, downloading can take noticeably longer.

“strong NetSuite reporting tools”

“consolidated reporting works well”
Pros
Has been a really solid tool that grows with us as our company expands into more product lines and new locations. It handles multiple subsidiaries without a hassle and consolidated reporting works well for our needs. We've also been using demand and supply planning to support our Procure to Pay workflow which helps keep planning and purchasing aligned as the business changes.
Cons
Our experience with ACS hasn't been great and we won't be renewing the subscription. Their knowledge base looked fine but the language barrier made communication tough. Reporting is also more complicated than it needs to be-adding something as basic as a Location to a report can pull up several different "Location" options and most of the time none of them actually work. That gets pretty exasperating. On top of that the comparative financial statement reports feel poorly designed; when trying to build a YTD report for the income statement or balance sheet, it tends to bring up the entire prior year instead of the time range you want.

“Adjusts to our workflow easily”
Pros
Flexibility is a big win. Being able to customize it and also integrate third-party applications lets us shape it around our business needs instead of forcing our workflows to match the software.
Cons
Pricing can get expensive pretty quickly when you're adding more users, bringing in a third party to handle customization and covering the extra software costs that come along with it.

“solid vendor tracking”
Pros
It has been really helpful for inventory tracking and handling supplier orders. I can see current stock levels at a glance and also review how vendors are performing which makes day to day operations feel more organized and predictable.
Cons
Reporting side feels a bit too complex. Getting quick insights usually means spending time building or configuring reports first and that delays decisions when you need answers fast.

“multi project time tracking works”
Pros
Once you get used to it, the system does a solid job for keeping tabs on your time and pulling up what employees need across a wide range of projects. Being able to track multiple projects is honestly the best part and basically the only feature I consistently enjoy.
Cons
The interface isn't easy to use at all. There are a bunch of extra buttons you have to click just to get certain time logged. Starting a new entry feels like you're jumping through hoops and the extra steps don't seem necessary just to fill out a timesheet.

“fast sales orders and shopify sync”
Pros
Tracking down sales orders feels effortless. Editing is simple and the personalization options for the Home Screen are solid. Being able to organize cases your way and even run reports without jumping through hoops is a big win. It also feels very approachable and I was up and running within about a week of training. The best part is the perfect sync with Shopify which makes day to day e commerce workflows much easier.
Cons
There isn't much I truly dislike about the platform. My role just doesn't take advantage of its full capabilities. One improvement I'd want is better searching by phone number and address since that's something we sometimes need more than the current options.

“Make your own custom templates”
Pros
Lets me customize my reports and then save them so I can pull them up again in the future without starting from scratch.
Cons
Finding specific journal entries is a bit of a hassle and there's also no direct way to jump to general ledger accounts. Right now it feels like I have to open P&L, BS or the CoA to get there and I'm hoping the app adds a way to search accounts directly (and ideally a better journal entry list view).

Pros

“Easy to use”
Pros
After getting used to this software's ecosystem, most of the key functions felt pretty easy. The UI and workflows stay consistent across the platform which helped a lot. Learning new screens and building reports became much less frustrating.
Cons
Onboarding experience was rough. I can't tell whether it was just a bad setup on our side or if this is typical for NetSuite but we rarely kept the same point of contact for longer than a month or two. Getting answers took forever and we ultimately had to bring in consultants just to finish the setup.

Pros
It's been really helpful for getting a clear financial picture across all of our entities in this and very quickly too. It also makes it much simpler for my team to support everyone since a lot of the processes are now harmonized across the organization.
Cons

Pros
Integration with REST web services has been effortless and it really helps consolidate everything in one place. Connecting the different parts of the system through the web service setup saved me a lot of time compared to handling things manually.
