“Wide range of services”
Pros
There are a lot of different services you can use which makes the platform feel pretty flexible for different needs.
Cons
The extra modules cost a bit more than I expected so expanding beyond the core setup can get pricey.

“solid all in one platform”
Pros
Simplifies my day to day by bringing multiple business processes into a single platform which cuts down the time and hassle of juggling several different tools.
Cons
Pricing is pretty hefty both at the start and over time so it doesn't feel like the best fit for smaller companies or startups trying to keep costs under control

“varied modules for financial needs”
Pros
Offers a range of modules that can match the different needs financial institutions have.
Cons
Would benefit from having a dedicated business analyst team to translate business requirements into clear development specs-this would help the product keep improving its features over time.

“strong continuous credit risk insights”
Pros
The app's affiliated continuous time integrated credit risk scoring does a solid job of spotting potential risks early, pulling from customer data and machine signals. It relies on algorithms that use both up-to-date financial information and past payment behavior so the scoring feels grounded in real history. I also appreciate the flexibility in the dynamic financial modeling-being able to run different scenario-based assessments is helpful especially when you want the model to consider multiple factors at once.
Cons
Tweaking the parameters that drive risk evaluation at the individual client level isn't very flexible. The templates used for financial reporting could use more room for customization too, particularly when calculating more specific or specialized risk measures. It would also make sense to organize how multiple clients are assessed by handling them in batches rather than dealing with them one by one.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
Offers a very high level of customization that lets us configure everything to match our specific needs. We're able to manage all stock movements end-to-end, including order processing and billing directly through this.
Cons
With lots of customers plus a big amount of past data and product records in our instance, we've run into performance issues for certain tasks. A few reports can take a pretty long time to generate because they end up processing the full history stored in our database.

“great for timesheets”
Pros
I usually stick with other platforms but when I used this, it felt pretty simple and I ran into very few problems overall.
Cons
I still lean toward bigger brands like ADP or QuickBooks since they cover more functions in one place. With this, I mainly use it for employee hours and a lot of employees aren't familiar with it yet.

“Very flexible for any workflow”
Pros
This platform is seriously versatile and lets you customize it to match how different teams actually work. It also comes with versions modified to a range of verticals so you're not stuck trying to force fit one setup. Overall, it ends up covering a lot of ground and handles most day to day needs without feeling limited.
Cons
The UI still feels a bit dated and it could be more user friendly. Getting up and running even for basic tasks seems to require some training. Also, while the CRM features are there, they could use an upgrade to feel more up to modern expectations.

“Search navigation feels effortless”
Pros
You can get to almost anything pretty easily using the search bar. It doesn't just find a specific item I can also locate the exact option or the route to the feature I'm after. There are times I forget where a setting lives and typing it in search instantly shows me the path to follow. Even better, I can click the suggested route and it jumps me right to where I need to go so I'm not wasting time hunting through menus.
Cons
A frustrating part I heard from my employer is that customization may require paying again after updates. We previously had a customized option to insert multiple serial numbers in one batch but after an update that customization disappeared. Now I have to enter serial numbers one by one and since we don't want to keep paying for the customization, it's become a big hassle. I'm not entirely certain how universal that policy is but it definitely turns into an annoyance when there are 800 serial numbers to enter-and if I miss even one, it won't let me save at all. It also seems like it's all-or-nothing: either the full list goes through or none of it does.

“all in one accounting and inventory”
Pros
We managed to bring accounting, inventory and customer information together in one system which means we're not constantly jumping between separate tools. That consolidation really reduced the day to day friction.
Cons
Pricing can feel a little steep if you're a startup or running a smaller business.

Pros
This app feels really easy to use and genuinely user friendly. I didn't have to fight with menus or figure out what to do next which made getting started a lot faster.
Cons
Only thing I'm not crazy about is the color scheme. I'd personally rather see something calmer and less attention grabbing.

“Broad integrations”
Pros
You can handle the IT admin tasks on your own as long as you're fairly tech-savvy. It also connects with most software tools without much hassle which helps keep everything working together.
Cons
Nothing major has come up so far. It's a good fit for SaaS though setting up custom reporting initially can be a bit tricky to get going.

“big learning curve”
Pros
Covers basically every business need with a pretty wide set of features. Nothing felt missing and the tool supports different workflows without you having to patch things together elsewhere.
Cons

“powerful customization”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility here-this system can be customized deeply and adapted to all sorts of different use-cases. It's basically like you can "frankenstein" the setup to make it do a wide range of things which is great if you know what you're trying to build.
Cons
Even though the platform is highly configurable, the interface is difficult to use. To really get the most out of it, you almost need someone who's already fully trained in the program or at least a consultant/power user who can spend a lot of time on administration. Without that kind of dedicated support, it's tougher to make the product work the way you'd hope.

“Quick accounting integrations”
Pros
Effortless app integrations make the accounting workflow feel efficient. The setup is also pretty comprehensive and practical, covering the stuff you actually need. Navigation is user friendly and the app is simple to customize to match how you work.
Cons
One thing I don't enjoy is the lack of a proper file organizer. Things can look cluttered at times which makes it a bit harder to find and navigate what you're after.

“great tool for finance”
Pros
Feels pretty user friendly and it's made my accounting, financial tracking and payroll maintenance much less of a hassle. Everything stays organized and I'm not constantly fighting the workflow which really helps when you're handling recurring month-end tasks.
Cons
The only real complaint I've run into is that some other tools don't offer true end-to-end processing but that seems more like a limitation of those products than anything wrong with NetSuite itself.

“Excellent NetSuite support”
Pros
NetSuite feels like it has real momentum behind customer service. When training or implementation issues come up, the platform's support team is there to help you sort things out. After getting set up, it helped me run my business faster with fewer surprises and no random extra costs. There's also solid customer consulting and implementation support that's actually delivered in a useful way.
Cons
Nothing negative stands out for me. I'd happily recommend it to others.
