“Highly customizable with solid support”
Pros
Flexibility to customize is a big win and there are plenty of product options available to tackle different business needs. Whenever something came up, the support team was responsive and helpful which made the whole setup and ongoing use feel a lot smoother.
Cons
That said, troubleshooting can get a bit complicated at times so it is a bit complicated to figure out what's going wrong. Also, fixes and enhancement requests don't consistently get handled within a reasonable turnaround so some issues can linger longer than you'd expect.

“versatile ERP for growing businesses”
Pros
An all in one ERP that fits a wide range of companies, from smaller organizations under $1M all the way up to large enterprises around $1B.
Cons
For smaller businesses, the setup and day to day workflows can feel a little complex compared to more lightweight systems.

“brings everything together in a simple way”
Pros
Since we manage multiple subsidiaries and need to consolidate our financials, it has been a big help as it brings everything together in a simple way. It also handles inventory management well which makes day to day operations much more organized.
Cons
Getting everything set up took more effort than expected.

“very overpriced and not worth the hassle”
Pros
It's a system that can cover the requirements of big organizations, including companies with multiple locations.
Cons
Price feels way too high. Customer support was disappointing and the platform doesn't feel user friendly when you want to make customizations.

“all in one platform”
Pros
You can handle all your work on a single platform. I like that I don't have to juggle multiple tools since the workflow stays centered in one place.
Cons
That said, the integrations are both frustrating and pricey. The interface can feel sluggish too it doesn't come across as user friendly. It also seems like the product was built by programmers without much input from accountants because a few basic statements you'd normally expect from an accounting system simply aren't there. To make it work well, you end up needing a full time consultant which is honestly frustrating.

“Solid integrations”
Pros
Really easy to scale and connect this with other solutions as my needs grow.
Cons
Performance can lag-especially when it's running scripts and validations. Inventory valuation also takes a hit once the data volume gets large and the user interface may feel slow at that point.

“powerful suite for operations”
Pros
This has been one of the best products I've come across. It packs a lot of capabilities-e-commerce, inventory and supply chain management, CRM and financial management-all in one place. Support has been quick and genuinely helpful whenever I needed it. The interface is also easy to navigate and the software includes a solid set of analytical tools for tracking performance.
Cons
Pricing feels steep compared to competitors which can make it hard for micro and small businesses to afford. Aside from that, it's a really strong solution.

“Very broad usage”
Pros
I'm enjoying how broad it is and how it keeps everything in one place. I also appreciate that it connects related transactions with clickable links so you can trace what's going on without jumping around between systems.
Cons
Reporting customization feels a bit tricky to get right. It'd be great if it offered more standard financial reports that you could drill down into directly.

“Does not work well”
Pros
Has many reporting options and you can define items in a lot of different ways.
Cons
Integration is extremely difficult and the whole setup feels overly complicated. It ended up slowing down our overall workflow and a big portion of the logic didn't really click when we were defining items. It also doesn't help that they recommend using a separate program just to support the definition process. On top of that the price is very high-especially considering the training is so weak that, in practice, we mostly used it as "glorified accounting."

“quick setup”
Pros
The initial installation was easy and it felt simple to customize the platform for extra functionality. There are also hundreds of Suite Apps you can use to extend things further whenever new business needs come up. Support resources are solid and consistently helpful and business users can get up to speed without too much friction.
Cons
It could use more granular control over what business users are allowed to do especially around reporting and term-related permissions.

“organized e commerce workflow”
Pros
Brings together multiple business functions especially finance and e-commerce into one connected stage. That setup cuts down on extra steps, helps simplify our workflows and makes it much easier to keep visibility across everything. The real time reporting is another standout for me. It keeps data current and helps decisions faster.
Cons
The initial setup can feel a little overwhelming for some of my teammates especially if they aren't used to platforms with that much configuration.

“Simplified our workflow”
Pros
As I put more effort into setting things up, the whole workflow gets noticeably more organized. The more I invest in the system, the more it starts to run like it's meant to-less friction, more flow.
Cons
Customization on a few of the built in forms is limited and when you need something specific you end up paying developers to rebuild parts of it instead of tweaking the existing forms.

Pros
Scaling our operations has been easy with this. It's a solid cloud based platform and it covers all the accounting functions we consider critical. On top of that it includes strong CRM and ERP features that we actually use.
Cons

“One of my go to tools for work”
Pros
This used to be one of my go to platforms and it's noticeably more advanced than it was back then. It's grown a lot with additional features and the whole business setup is a solid way to stay on top of records and keep everything organized.
Cons
One thing I'm not fully sold on is the pricing. It feels a bit on the high side for what I personally want to spend.

“Adaptive ERP that fits most businesses”
Pros
A flexible, smart and adaptive ERP system. We were able to get it working for a pretty niche business and we're using it across essentially every part of our operations. It's been able to adjust to the way we run things rather than forcing us into a generic workflow.
Cons
Not very user friendly for anyone who isn't very comfortable with technology. It's also rolling out AI features aimed at streamlining processes so it's still in that stage where those improvements are expected to make day to day work smoother.

“faster billing”
Pros
NetSuite makes it simple for us to share custom reports and handle tasks like bank reconciliations without wasting time on duplicate work. It also helps speed up our billing and revenue process and we can modify the experience to match what our organization actually needs.
Cons
