makes it easy to keep track of your processes

Pros

The app has upgraded a lot of its features and reporting capabilities and it's made it much easier to track and understand what's going on.

Cons

Updating or tweaking the features especially around intercompany transactions for payables can feel a bit slow and not as simple as I'd expect.

access it from anywhere

Pros

Having it available from anywhere with an internet connection is a big win and the automatic updates mean it stays current without much manual effort. It also cuts down the need to maintain as much on site IT infrastructure which helps organize operations.

Cons

Cost can add up, particularly for smaller businesses or startups with tighter budgets.

great fit for small business growth

Pros

This tool feels like a solid option for small businesses that are trying to scale up. It has been a good match for the kind of growth needs we're aiming for, without overcomplicating things.

Cons

The only downside is the consulting service-pricing is quite high and the consultants can be tough to collaborate with at times.

NetSuite automation boosts productivity

Pros

Automates key processes, cuts down on mistakes and increases productivity by keeping up with recent tech improvements like artificial intelligence and data analytics. That combination helps our company make smarter decisions and improves customer satisfaction through more organized relationship management.

Cons

Considering the price-quality balance, I'm genuinely happy with it and don't have any real complaints.

great inventory tracking

Pros

This has made it much easier for our business to track inventory accurately and the whole workflow runs smoother because of it.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning took a bit of time but once it was in place, things ended up working out really well.

all in one accounting and CRM

Pros

Really handy that it's an all in one platform-everything from accounting with instant, real time data to inventory management and CRM in one place. I've also noticed the system is highly customizable so it can be shaped to match how your business runs. On top of that it scales well as your needs grow.

Cons

Customer support can occasionally be a bit slow to respond but they do follow up and get back to you.

Great financial management tool

Pros

It's been a real help for managing day to day operations, keeping my financials organized and staying on top of customer relationships.

Cons

Getting the hang of it took some time at the beginning. I had to spend a bit learning before it felt natural but it eventually clicked.

Custom reporting

Pros

Reporting is customizable and pretty simple to work with. Once you build custom reports, you can share them only with the specific users you choose which makes permissions feel much more controlled.

Cons

After the setup is done, the ongoing support doesn't feel as strong as it should and you end up needing to pay extra for support beyond implementation.

very easy workflow

Pros

After you get the hang of it, the workflow feels pretty easy and everything is right at your fingertips. I also like that it lets you see a full 360-degree view, all from a single screen.

Cons

Tracking down where the training lives was a bit of a hassle. You essentially have to know the NS terminology to reliably find the right sessions.

solid enterprise accounting tool

Pros

Feels like solid enterprise grade accounting software. Generating custom reports is simple and the reporting tools are flexible enough for what I needed.

Cons

Switching between different reports can be a bit slow especially when the pages are loading. Aside from that performance hiccup, there isn't much to complain about.

Plenty of flexibility with a stable cloud-based ERP setup. It feels solid for day to day operations and overall it runs reliably.

Cons

Support response time could be quicker and the pricing has crept up compared to what it used to be.

Great sales order tracking

Pros

Really enjoyed how well the different parts connect and how easy it is to follow every bit of information within a sales order.

Cons

Some cash sales felt overly process heavy, with too many steps for something small. Reconciliation can also be tricky for certain accounts as accrued liabilities are the one that stand out. On top of that there aren't standard reports for AL which seems like it should be included as a baseline feature.

High scalability

Pros

Being able to customise it to fit my needs makes a big difference. On top of that it feels genuinely scalable so it doesn't feel like it'll fall apart as things grow.

Cons

A few functions are still missing even when they seem like basic features (for example, downloading the list of historical exchange rates). That gap is a bit frustrating.

very pricey integration

Pros

Lets you customize the system for almost any kind of business process which makes it fit different workflows pretty well. It's also fairly standardized so rolling it out inside our company didn't feel overly complicated.

Cons

Bringing in inventory data from our previous systems into this was pretty tough. On top of that it feels a bit expensive compared to what we expected.

project level financials and faster close

Pros

We really appreciate how simple it is to run financials at the project level and the automated tools that cut down the time it takes to close out our books. The automation has been a big help in shortening our close cycle.

Cons

Getting it customized to match our existing work processes took more effort than expected and moving data from our QuickBooks setup into this wasn't easy. Going live in the middle of the year also made that transition feel more difficult than it needed to be.
