“highly customizable”
Pros
You can configure it to handle a wide range of needs, basically making it fit just about any use case. It also feels like a pretty unique product with flexibility that could work for different kinds of teams. After everything was live, the experience was pretty good.
Cons
The customization is awesome but it's easy to get turned around if you don't watch the setup details closely or don't have someone who understands the technical nuances. Having an implementor made a big difference for us during the configuration.

“solid process organization abilities”
Pros
Helped our business revisit our workflows and simplifies the processes we already had. It also gave us one central place to keep everything like our financial info, banking details and CRM data, instead of having to juggle it across different systems.
Cons
Installation process wasn't very organized at first but we managed to correct course early on. We've also been working with our ACS optimize team to keep improving the setup so the product keeps getting better over time.

“Very flexible”
Pros
It's flexible and lets me run an entire firm without needing a bunch of extra add-ons.
Cons
It's a bit pricey. I expected Oracle to bump the price after acquiring NetSuite and while the increases are noticeable, they've stayed within a manageable range so far.

“customer care taken seriously”
Pros
The team really takes customer care seriously. The support team has been responsive whenever we've needed help. Beyond that, the platform feels incredibly capable. There's a lot it can do, as long as you're able to figure out the setup and get your workflows configured the right way.
Cons
They don't allow us to record and that limitation has made the installation pretty frustrating for our team.

“Powerful CRM/ERP”
Pros
Extremely powerful and covers pretty much every feature you'd expect from a full CRM/ERP setup. Once you get into it, there's a lot you can do without needing to bolt on other tools.
Cons
Comes with a steep learning curve and the user interface isn't particularly polished so getting comfortable takes more time than expected.

“Needs better setup”
Pros
There's solid room to customize things to match unique business requirements which helps when you don't want a one-size-fits-all setup.
Cons
The configuration process doesn't feel smooth and the timeline for getting it set up takes way too long.

“Amazing central database”
Pros
Hands down one of the best tools I've used. It feels quick from the start, the interface is user friendly and the whole workflow is very simple to pick up.
Cons
Pricing is a bit on the higher side though it ends up being cost-effective once you're actually running it and getting results.

“versatile for unified operations”
Pros
It lets you run the whole business from a single, user friendly platform and the permissions and control it offers across different departments really help keep things organized. Whether the work is focused on finance, inventory or customer management, everything can be handled through one central hub which makes it a solid way to simplify day to day operations and keep processes moving smoothly.
Cons
Initial cost can be too much. Especially if you haven't yet connected it to the specific value you'll get from it. Another thing to watch is that the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, like you're jumping into a rabbit hole of options. Getting the best results really depends on having strong upfront planning and governance around implementation; without a clear roadmap, it's easy to lose time figuring out where to start.

“strong usability and integrations”
Pros
Functionality feels solid and the interface is genuinely user friendly. I also appreciated the wide range of integration options which made it much easier to connect everything without a lot of hassle.
Cons
Cost of setting it up and the ongoing support expenses is a big con. Keeping everything maintained day to day can be tricky and you really need an IT expert involved to handle things properly.

“creative reporting with flexible data review”
Pros
The flexibility lets us review data in clusters, groups or as standalone items which gives us plenty of options for how we analyze things. On top of that the freedom to generate reports and stay 100% creative has been a huge bonus for our workflow.
Cons
Even though I understand it's pulling a lot of data some reports occasionally take a noticeable amount of time to load.

“NetSuite review”
Pros
CRM and ARP features are genuinely amazing. Being able to access everything from anywhere, at any time, is honestly mind-blowing. It also helps that we can keep nearly everything we need in one place so we don't waste time bouncing between different screens all day.
Cons

“easy to use after setup”
Pros
After using it for a while, it becomes really easy to navigate. It also covers a pretty wide range of use cases and whenever I've needed it, it's been reliable with little to no downtime.
Cons
Jumping in as a new user can feel a bit overwhelming especially if you want to customize lots of fields to match how your business works. The UI also looks a little dated so the overall appearance isn't that great.

“cloud ERP with strong drill down”
Pros
Saved searches let me pull the same views quickly without rebuilding everything and the drill-down on GL transactions feels effortless going from summary to detail is simple.
Cons
The out-of-the-box P&L reporting doesn't quite work for hospitality groups especially when you're trying to compare percentages across different sales measures.

“easy to use”
Pros
It shares my data through a system that's pretty simple to move around in and it handles multiple accounts, files and sales without a fuss. Everything stays organized where I can find it quickly even when I'm managing more than one account.
Cons
When there's a lot of information, it can take a while to load the accounts. It also seems to allow duplicates which means I sometimes have to double-check what's been added.

“strong security”
Pros
Accessibility for this tool has made it simple to collaborate in real time and it gives our business the flexibility we need for remote teams working from different locations. It also handles growth well. More transactions, more users and more data volume-without forcing major hardware upgrades, thanks to its scalable features. On top of that the security setup is solid, with dedicated security teams and infrastructure focused on keeping data private and meeting industry compliance requirements.
Cons
A refreshed design would be welcome and the multi-user mode could be even more effective in how it supports group work. It's moving in a positive direction so continued improvement there would make a noticeable difference.

Pros
This software feels really user friendly and it's built to scale as the business grows. It also connects and communicates with different systems, plus there are plenty of plugin options to extend what it can do.

“simple setup process”
Pros
It's pretty simple to use and rolling it out on our side wasn't too frustrating to install. Once it's configured, it feels simple enough for day to day work.
Cons
The elimination step during consolidation still ends up being handled manually. Also, I'm not convinced NS is entering the elimination correctly according to Accounting's rules.
