Interface looks really clean and it's simple to set up and save searches. I've been able to create the searches I need without any hassle and everything feels nicely organized.

Cons

It still doesn't handle massive order volumes as well as it should.

Platform covers a wide range of ERP needs and the cloud-based integration helps tie everything together so day to day business workflows run more smoothly. Getting real time visibility into what's happening across teams also makes it easier to make better decisions and boosts overall efficiency.

Cons

Setting it up and getting around the system takes some time. On top of that customization and ongoing support can end up costing more than expected especially for teams that want deeper tailoring.

It comes packed with useful features especially for PO workflows, invoices and more. We rely on it every day to keep a close eye on our inventory and the purchase orders for what we're planning to distribute.

Cons

Interface feels a bit outdated and isn't as user friendly as you'd expect given how many features it offers. Some of the processes are a bit difficult to get used to so it could definitely use a review or update.

This app has been genuinely impressive for running my business. I can manage day to day tasks without hassle and it helps keep everything organized.

The sync with Salesforce isn't always reliable. Occasionally, the amounts don't update properly in Salesforce so a few records end up showing an incorrect balance owed.

I'm using this software mainly for quality control and it's been helpful for keeping data secure. It also fits well with what I need for day to day use especially when it comes to safeguarding information.

I'd like clearer guidance on the data-safety conditions-so it can better protect company business properties and reduce any risk around sensitive data.

During the past year, I've been extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the support NetSuite provided. The issues started right away. The initial installation was handled incorrectly and caused major disruptions to our day to day operations. Every time something broke or we hit a problem, the solution we were offered was essentially to buy another module which came across more like a push to sell add ons than a real attempt to fix what was going wrong. On top of that the pricing for core capabilities like payroll and profit and loss by jobs wasn't clearly communicated upfront so we ended up with surprise costs that put real strain on our budget. What really frustrated us was the lack of people with the right expertise to resolve the problems we kept facing. We repeatedly asked to speak with supervisors but instead of getting help, we were consistently told that the issues could be addressed only if we spent more money. That was both aggravating and unacceptable. The situation was made even worse by the constant turnover of our account manager four changes in a single year. With no continuity, it felt like no one truly understood our account history or the specific issues we'd been working through, meaning we had to start over repeatedly and nothing moved forward. Overall, the pattern felt like the priority was collecting payments rather than delivering effective solutions and support. The result is a system that doesn't fit our needs and created significant disruption to our operations which is why we decided not to renew the contract.

You can set up user profiles with different permissions which makes it really easy to control access across the system.

Cons

Setup and overall flow can feel a bit overly complicated at times and jumping between sections isn't as smooth as I'd hoped. Also, the search tool could use some improvements to be more reliable and faster to use.

Navigation through the project management features feels pretty simple which makes it easier to keep track of what's going on.

A few functions aren't obvious right away and some status updates take longer than expected.

Pricing is higher than a lot of other options. It also seems to rely on a fast internet connection to run smoothly and I'd love to see a few more features added for even better day to day use.

Almost every part of it has been bad. Tasks took around three times longer than promised and the whole thing dragged on.

Super easy to use and it's a solid option for basically anyone who needs to keep tabs on inventory. It runs reliably and does exactly what I want-tracking items without hassle.

No complaints at all. It's genuinely the best inventory tool I've used.

It's interface is really user friendly. It covers a lot of the accounting workflow like reports, general ledger, payments and invoicing are all there. It also works with another queuing system application and you can modify it to fit your business needs.

Cons

Report generation feels a bit limited. On the Reports tab, I'm basically stuck with the default criteria. There's also a small mismatch in the invoice amounts when it's integrated with another application.

The app's user permissions let me see everything directly from the dashboard which makes it simple to track what I need.

Cons

Getting started felt rough-onboarding was pretty difficult and the setup effort seemed to fall mostly on us.

A comprehensive system which keeps everything organized in one place. It feels very secure and reliable for our employees and the interface is simple especially useful for me as a customer service representative. I also really value the security and protection it provides for our data so I can trust it confidently. Overall, it feels worth the price and I'd recommend trying it to see how effective it is for your team.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike. It's been working well for me and I'm just still exploring what else it can do. If anything, I'd like to see more features included, plus the option to upgrade for additional capabilities.

The setup also supports automation-friendly workflows so you can configure processes to run with less manual work. It connects well with other platforms too, like Yooz which makes the whole system fit into an existing stack.

Cons

Once you move beyond the basic customization level, you'll need some scripting knowledge to get the most out of it. If you're not confident with scripting, that learning curve can end up costing you time or money.

An all inclusive ERP setup that covers the big areas-e-commerce, finance, HR and CRM modules all in one system.

Initial setup and customization can get pricey and users may need a decent amount of training to use everything effectively.

Helps me keep track of the quotes I send to clients. It's easy to see how many quotes go out each day, month or year which makes follow-ups feel a lot more organized. It also works well for monitoring sales orders so I can quickly tell what's still open and unfulfilled.

Cons

I just wish there was an option to adjust product descriptions differently for different customers.
