“pro accounting tool with strong performance”
Pros
An excellent accounting tool that feels both friendly and professional and it makes it simple to manage business accounts.
Cons
It's already super responsive and performs really well but I'd love to see even better interface quality and some updates to a few features.

“Too buggy”
Pros
The software does have a decent ERP side to it but that's basically the only positive.
Cons
Nothing works properly and it's riddled with bugs so the experience is frustrating rather than workable.

“automation improved efficiency”
Pros
Smooth integration across our financial operations has been a huge win. Everything from inventory management and invoicing to financial reporting connects in one place. The customizable interface also lets us shape the platform around how our team works which makes day to day tasks feel a lot more manageable. On top of that the automation of routine jobs and workflows has noticeably improved our efficiency, freeing up more time for analysis and more strategic decision-making.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into trouble locating certain data fields or specific configuration options when I'm trying to build a customized report.

“Helps with decision making”
Pros
Covers a really broad set of accounting tasks from managing accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliation and financial reporting. Having all of that in one place gives me a clear view of the company's financial picture which makes it easier to plan and make smarter strategic decisions.
Cons
Would be even better if it offered more flexibility for report customization so I could modify outputs more closely to how my company works and adapt them as our needs change.

“not a good fit for nonprofits”
Pros
I never came across any real benefits from it. It doesn't feel like it was actually designed for nonprofits and more like they assumed they could market it to those organizations without providing proper support or service for them.
Cons
Support is basically nonexistent unless you pay for it. Even once we attempted to get help by paying, it was still hard to get clear answers because the platform doesn't seem to be set up at all for nonprofit needs.

“user friendly interface”
Pros
We're currently using this to create purchase orders and keep tabs on receivables as part of our vendor ordering workflow. Navigation feels simple and the interface is pretty user friendly, plus there are plenty of built in help resources to lean on when questions come up.
Cons
The rollout/implementation can feel a bit heavy if you don't block off enough time to plan the installation and integration properly. Rushing that phase makes the process more difficult than it needs to be.

“Handles large volume of data easily”
Pros
It handles large volumes of data without choking and presents everything really clearly. Viewing and printing invoices comes through nicely which makes day to day invoice work a lot more manageable.
Cons
Getting a cancellation and then handling a write off takes way too many steps which makes the process feel unnecessarily difficult.

“my review”
Pros
A cloud based solution that's pretty simple to customize, thanks to a user friendly interface. Since it's a well established product, it's also easier to source the right candidates with solid skills related to the software.
Cons
Pricing runs on the high side compared to competing options.

“Flexibility that makes my work easier”
Pros
I really appreciate that the system lets you customize factors like specific depreciation for individual assets. That flexibility has made it much easier to match how different assets should be treated.
Cons
Since our company has several office locations, the lack of asset tagging by location has been a pain point. We can't neatly assign or filter assets based on which office they belong to.

“advanced accounting”
Pros
This feels like a more advanced accounting tool and the extra features are honestly a big win. Everything goes beyond basic bookkeeping so it's useful for handling more detailed accounting tasks without needing extra workarounds.
Cons
Learning the system takes some time and the overall interface could be more user friendly to speed things up for new users.

“easy reporting”
Pros
Editing certain transactions like journal entries (JEs) feels easier than it did in Sage 100. It's also convenient that financial reports can be run with filters by department versus entities so you can slice the data in a way that matches how your org is set up.
Cons
Layout shifts depending on the role (pages/modules change per user role), instead of keeping everything consistent and only adjusting what each role can access. On top of that some modules and buttons are labeled almost the same even though they're effectively doing the same type of task which can get a bit confusing.

“Broad range of uses”
Pros
There are so many options available that it never feels limiting. After a little training, the range of what you can do with the system seems almost endless. Using it actually motivates me to take courses and dig into other features so I can get more out of the platform.
Cons
There are a ton of functions so you end up needing an administrator to train people on what to use and when to use different areas of it.

“solid ERP suite”
Pros
Since it's cloud based I can log into the system from anywhere which is really convenient. It also fits both smaller businesses and larger companies. On top of that it covers a wide range of management needs like ERP features, e-commerce, CRM and internal financial management so you're not juggling multiple tools.
Cons
Because it's cloud based, offline use is pretty limited and that can be a problem if you need full functionality without an internet connection. Also if you haven't worked with this style of ERP before, the setup and navigation can feel confusing at the beginning since there are a lot of features to take in.

“strong automation and updates”
Pros
Comes packed with a lot of useful capabilities. It supports automated tasks and offers solid customization, along with strong security and reliable performance. Overall, it helps save time and supports businesses in moving toward better tech and more efficient workflows. It's also very user friendly and provides real time visibility into how task management is progressing which makes it easier to stay on top of things. I'm genuinely happy with how it's been working out.
Cons
No real downsides have shown up for me yet. I haven't come across any cons since using it as everything has been working well.

Pros
Automation simplifies daily work and makes the whole process feel a lot more enjoyable. Getting instant insights into my progress has helped me save time over the long run by making it easier to track where things stand. I also appreciate how effortless it is to customize which keeps the tool user friendly. On top of that it supports multiple currencies so it fits well for different business sectors.

“powerful reporting analytics for businesses”
Pros
NetSuite feels like the top ERP option out there, with tons of features that can level up almost any kind of business. The standout for me is the reporting and analytics side. Everything is pulled together and the multiple filters make it much easier to spot what matters and run things more efficiently.
Cons
There are a few downsides. Building reports can be a bit complicated and it doesn't always let you connect multiple record types in the way you'd expect for instance, saved searches are tied to a single specific record type.

“NetSuite review”
Pros
Because it's cloud based, it takes care of the updates and ongoing maintenance so you're not stuck doing manual upgrades just to stay current. That also means access to new features and security improvements is automatic which is a big relief for keeping things running smoothly.
Cons
Cost can be a drawback especially if you're a smaller or mid-sized company. The subscription-based pricing adds up and expenses tend to rise as the business grows or if you need extra modules and customization.
