Efficiency boost

Pros

It helps us organize our workflow and manage efficiency especially while we're working on reducing overall costs.

That said there are cheaper alternatives with similar features available.

Brings a lot to the table

Pros

Everything from a user friendly interface to the ability to keep all the key data in one central hub for quick reference. I also really appreciate the dependencies functionality because digging into underlying details or support is simple and helps me find exactly what I need without wasting time. On top of that its integration capabilities with our other systems especially for calculating commissions has been crucial to how we run day to day operations.

Cons

Switching over to a new NetSuite instance or doing a full system change, can be pretty demanding. You have to make sure all the important data gets transferred and validated in the new environment before the old one goes away which takes careful planning. It's a challenge I've seen with similar systems too but it still raises a lot of questions when instance reconfiguration or reimplementation comes up mid-fiscal year.

custom reporting

Pros

I'm using it to centralize and automate a bunch of financial work. Everything from accounting and asset management to financial planning and data analysis. On top of that the customization options are excellent. I can shape it around how our company operates, build custom reports and set up automated workflows that really simplify our financial processes.

Cons

Navigation can feel a little complicated at times, particularly for new users.

easy billing setup

Pros

Very simple to use and fits the way I needed to work. The billing side of things is especially easy as everything just lines up so payments and invoices are simple to manage.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about here. It's been a fantastic fit for my use case and I haven't run into any real issues.

You can manage multiple companies at the same time which is a big help when everything needs to stay organized under one platform.

Cons

Interface is a bit hard to use and the report layout can be confusing to navigate.

Good option for startups

Pros

Good option for startups that just need initial and easy accounting.

Cons

We tested it for supply chain needs since the accounting data was already available there but the feature set felt limited. We ended up switching to other external tools that integrate with this instead.

easy to use for billing

Pros

Really user friendly so getting up to speed was a breeze. I also like how well it handles tracking time and expenses against projects especially for billing.

Cons

Not much I dislike overall. If anything, splitting a single expense across different areas could be a bit simpler.

Great user experience

Pros

The overall experience is great and it includes features that fit well for small and mid size enterprises. Setup doesn't take long and the implementation cost stays reasonable, plus a number of the features are plug and play which is why it quickly became the go to option for many customers.

Cons

Limited flexibility to enhance or customize reports to match specific customer requirements.

Very easy to use

Pros

An outstanding ERP solution and it feels pretty easy to use. It's been really helpful for us since it covers customer management and purchasing functions in a way that supports the business directly.

Cons

The features are excellent but the pricing is quite expensive.

all in one platform

Pros

Covers everything you'd expect from an accounting platform. You'll want some training though because the learning curve can be pretty steep especially if you're switching from something simpler like QuickBooks.

Cons

From a developer standpoint, the integration experience was rough. There's a lot of permission setup for each user and if you're not working with admin access, the process gets frustrating really fast. I get why the security model needs multiple layers but dealing with tokens, keys and permissions turned into a major headache. Even after you're connected, you still have to understand the underlying table relationships before you can start writing code to move data back and forth.

Cons

top choice for an ERP

Pros

After working with several ERP platforms over the years, this has become my top choice. It's flexible enough to fit just about any industry and it's easy to use across the board. I've also served as an Administrator for the program for eight years and I honestly enjoy both the role and the software. At this point, I wouldn't go back to any other ERP.

Cons

Lets you handle a lot which is great though it can also feel like too much. It's worth spending time reviewing the available modules first so you can pick what actually makes sense for your company rather than jumping in blindly.

cut down on business operating costs

Pros

The flexibility is a big plus and it has a wide range of uses that you can tap into for free. That means you're able to cut down on business operating costs while also getting a competitive advantage in whatever you're working on.

Cons

Using it can be a challenge especially when it comes to navigating around. The interface feels overly complex and it doesn't come across as as user friendly as it should.

Quick integrations

Pros

Customization and the option to connect with other technologies were what made me choose this. It's capable of handling almost anything you might need and if you get stuck, a quick search usually leads you to a workable solution when you can't immediately figure it out.

Cons

Takes time to learn how to customize everything the way you want to. If you're trying to troubleshoot or make changes yourself, getting the right fix can take some digging and research first.

NetSuite is highly adaptable

Pros

Practical to use and offers a lot of flexibility as a software platform. What stood out is how fully it can be modified to match the way you like to work and what your business needs. On top of that there's a big range of useful features that actually feel effective, not just extra options.

Cons

No issues came up while using it so I can genuinely recommend it.
