“CRM with great support”
Pros
A huge set of features makes this one of the strongest CRM options around. The team works closely with you to keep the setup from turning into a hassle and the knowledge base is packed with training material that covers what you'll need for a smooth transition. You can also dial the services to whatever level of detail you want. Overall, the platform has felt stable and dependable.
Cons
The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first sight and it takes some training and hands-on practice to feel comfortable. You may also need to tweak things a bit to modify the experience to how your business works.

“handles accounting well”
Pros
Covers all of your accounting needs so it works well across different types of businesses with different requirements. Since it's cloud based, storage isn't something you have to worry about as much which is a real plus for smaller companies.
Cons
Feature set is broad and that flexibility is great but the heavy customization means you need a solid level of software literacy to run it effectively. You'll likely want some dedicated training hours to learn how to use all the options properly.

“Solid project tracking”
Pros
With this product, keeping tabs on multiple projects feels easy. It's also widely used as lots of companies rely on it and the integration options with other tools are genuinely smooth. On top of that every installed module runs without hiccups so the whole setup feels stable and dependable.
Cons
It would be even better if customizing reports were more user friendly for everyday users.

“operations stay in sync”
Pros
Been using this for a while now, I can genuinely say it's a solid platform that's changed how we run day to day operations. One of the biggest wins is that key information is all consolidated in a single system. That means we're not constantly hopping between separate tools just to get real time visibility. It also connects smoothly with our bank which lets us do batch uploads for payments. Bulk invoice approvals have saved a lot of time and the reporting options are flexible enough to customize the output like adding extra columns so it fits what we actually need.
Cons
On the downside, the pricing keeps climbing each year. I've also noticed customer service could be better; support feels undertrained and the responses aren't as helpful as they should be.

“powerful inventory tracking”
Pros
Has been one of the strongest operational flow managers I've tested. It delivers a solid setup for inventory management, including detailed tracking of items across multiple locations. Coming from older systems with pretty limited capabilities, the jump in functionality has been noticeable. Another standout is how much you can modify the experience. Dashboards and reports can be customized to match specific needs. You can mix in things like lists, search forms, recent records and trend charts to build dashboards that fit different workflows.
Cons
Using this has been a mixed experience. Even though it's feature rich, the loading speed is frustratingly slow especially during timesheet approval and when generating custom reports. That delay doesn't just impact one team. It slows down the broader organization. On top of that the platform is complex enough that it really calls for formal training sessions which can make onboarding tougher for new users. There's also no trial version and the subscription pricing is on the expensive side.

“Easy to work with”
Pros
Easy to work with and the workflow feels really simple to get used to. We also managed to integrate it with other systems we already had running which saved us a lot of effort. The training options before and after go live were seriously extensive. There's a level of support that I haven't seen with other platforms. I also appreciate the way it pushes best practices instead of pushing you to customize everything which helps keep things cleaner long term. Our implementation support was excellent too. The team was great to collaborate with. They actually listened to our concerns and proposed practical solutions. Plus, the way they encourage ongoing learning using the built in resources has helped us make small improvements and updates ourselves, without needing to bring in a consultant so that's saved both time and money for the business.
Cons
Includes a lot of optional module add ons but there isn't a really clear overview of what each one covers. If we'd had a better sense of what was available, we could have added a few more modules during the implementation phase.

“time saving automations”
Pros
Automates and organizes our company's accounting tasks. Before switching, we were juggling several systems and spreadsheets just to keep the books current and it was honestly pretty easy to make mistakes. With this platform, all our financial data is consolidated in one place in the cloud which makes it much more organized and reliable.
Cons
Report and dashboard customization is one place that still needs refinement. Even though there are plenty of customization options, I occasionally hit limits when trying to build a report or dashboard exactly in the format I had in mind.

“Solid integrations”
Pros
It's been great for scaling our key business functions especially Operations and Finance. The integrations with our subledgers (like Coupa) are solid. There are a lot of automation opportunities we can take advantage of, including EDI and workflow automation.
Cons
Warehouse Management (WMS) feels like it still has a lot room for improvement. Customization can get pricey though we haven't really needed much so far.

“highly customizable ERP”
Pros
Easy to customize according to our needs and it's also the ERP that most people plug into other popular tools. We've connected things like travel expense handling, credit cards and payment processors without much friction which made the whole setup feel much more practical.
Cons
The reporting side isn't very user friendly. To get the most out of it, there's a bit of a learning curve and you'll need at least some basic knowledge about the software so you don't end up fighting the reports.

“You can tweak it to match your needs”
Pros
Simple to work with and it's extremely configurable. Week by week, my confidence with the system has grown and I'm able to run processes more efficiently now. If you already know what you want the platform to do, you can implement it and then tweak it later to match your needs. On top of that there are hundreds of native third party apps available directly within the software which makes adding extra features pretty convenient. The training library for self-learning is also strong and the self-help support area lets you search through past support tickets to find answers. This has been genuinely useful.
Cons
The biggest issue for me is the business model. A lot of capabilities are packaged into separate modules so you end up needing extra subscriptions to unlock what you thought you'd get. During the initial sales and scoping call, it's easy to assume certain functions are included but in practice you may discover only basic functionality is available then costs creep up beyond what was originally planned.
