“send invoices on time without a hassle”
Pros
Order processing and the reporting are really solid. You can set up monthly and yearly subscriptions, then send invoices on time without a hassle. It also lets you tweak your orders and contracts while keeping everything organized in one place.
Cons
Support could be stronger and the partner structure for questions and doubts feels a bit limited at times.

“An essential tool”
Pros
The depth of this program is genuinely essential. Having a strong handle on the customer database, customer management order processing and ongoing project optimization matters every single day.
Cons
Because it's so feature-rich, it can sometimes be hard to see the bigger picture which may lead to some confusion.

“customizable search”
Pros
Search features in it are genuinely helpful especially since you can change things to match how your team works. Being able to customize makes it easier to get to the information you need without constantly working around the system.
Cons
Security roles feel a little frustrating when you're setting them up and trying to use them day to day. It takes more effort than I'd expect to get the permissions configured correctly and keep everything running smoothly.

“solid operations”
Pros
Using this, we can manage day to day operations while also planning project resources in a structured way. The platform is quick to get the hang of and it's flexible enough to handle different situations as they come up. It also supports clear, real time communication across team members which helps keep projects moving.
Cons
With a bit of practice, it becomes fairly simple to use and once you understand how the different pieces fit together, it runs well. That said, there are moments when you may need technical support and that kind of interruption can slow things down in similar ways to what you'd expect from other Oracle systems. Also, I've started to feel a bit worn out by the current interface since it feels pretty basic and minimal.

“Lets us maintain everything in house”
Pros
The way the platform supports customization helped our team develop and maintain everything in house. We were able to customize our workflows end to end and it fits our operational processes without having to rely heavily on external changes.
Cons
One concern is how customization can affect overall system performance. Also, based on what our users need, several WMS-related features appear to be missing so there are gaps in day to day warehouse functionality.

“everything we need in one place”
Pros
Everything we handle internally at the company is covered in this so all the relevant information is available in one place and stays visible from a single platform. On top of that the synchronization of both inventory and orders is crucial for us. We also use it as our CRM system so it covers more than just back end processes.
Cons
For outsiders, the software can feel a bit harder to get started with since it goes quite deep and offers a lot of functionality which may take some getting used to.

“Awful customer support”
Pros
It feels identical to other complaints I've read about this. The sales team ended up overselling a lot of features and once implementation wrapped up, it turned out those promised functions weren't actually available.
Cons
Customer support was awful. We tried to expand our setup by placing a new change order for a customer deposit import integrator. We went back and forth with the account manager and the implementation team and it took seven months to build. At the end, they told us they didn't even have that functionality available. We ended up paying over $20k for nothing. Their response was basically that even if it doesn't work since we signed the contract, we still have to pay. I emailed multiple people and got no meaningful response. After more than 12 years working in accounting, NetSuite has been the worst experience I've had.

“clean and organized reporting”
Pros
A really broad platform that covers a lot of different sides of the business and the amount of built in information is impressive. The reporting is presented in a clean organized way and you can download and customize reports to match what you actually need. Getting around the system is pretty easy once you spend a bit of time learning where each type of info lives. I also like that stock levels update constantly which gives a clear picture of inventory status at any moment.
Cons
Doesn't always include the payment options for certain marketplaces. Another issue is the sheer number of account types-at times it's unclear which account is meant for which purpose and it ends up forcing people to switch between accounts multiple times throughout the day.

“strong integrations”
Pros
What sold me on this is that it goes beyond basic financial management especially with its ability to integrate with other systems. Since we already use a CRM and project management tools, it's been really helpful to know we can still handle that kind of work directly in this platform without everything feeling disconnected.
Cons
The only real snag we've hit is syncing CRM opportunities and project management projects. Because our setup is a bit unusual, it looks like we've had to do some custom updates to make sure things link up correctly. That said, it feels more like it's due to how we're configured on our end rather than a limitation of the system itself.

“all in one finance planning wins”
Pros
Being able to combine financial planning, reporting and consolidation in one platform has been genuinely impressive. The process automation tools have also freed up a lot of my time so I can focus on strategic work instead of getting stuck in manual tasks. On top of that the user interface feels simple to use which made it easy for our teams to adopt without a ton of ramp up. Customizable reports and dashboards are another big plus as they give us a clear, real time view of our financials.
Cons
Includes plenty of powerful capabilities but report and workflow customization can get pretty involved. When you want to do more advanced tweaks, it typically calls for specific technical skills.

“reports take far less time”
Pros
The time I save when running reports is huge. With my old setup, I spent about 80% of my time building data sets and only around 20% actually using the results. Now it's flipped-most of the time goes into using the reports, not preparing them.
Cons
Since we're a small business, rolling it out took a lot of effort from our side. The partner we were paired with for the initial implementation had little to no experience with a business like ours which made things a bit difficult at times. We ultimately brought in a specialist project manager who's worked with this before to help with the integration and I'd definitely recommend doing something similar.

“highly accurate warehouse tracking”
Pros
Has consistently turned out more accurate than all of our other systems combined. I ended up relying on it personally. Any time there was uncertainty or something appeared to be missing, this system usually had the answer. It was often spot on and it could even tell where an item was in the warehouse or whether it had been received and put away. Honestly, it felt like a lifesaver on some days.
Cons
The navigation can be a pain unless you use it every day and are already familiar with how it works. Also, backing out and saving in certain spots feels a bit redundant at times, like you're repeating steps more than you need to.

“easy inventory navigation”
Pros
There are plenty of things I genuinely enjoyed but if I had to single one out, it's how the system turns inventory management into a deliberately messy process. Somehow it manages to create a lot of confusion and friction from what should be an easy job. Tracking down the right items turns into a daily puzzle. Between digging through cycle counts, trying to make sense of stock status and comparing what's happening across multiple locations, you're constantly working through something new. It definitely keeps you alert because there's always that lingering question of whether the products you're seeing are actually there or just "listed" somehow. Honestly, the whole setup is fascinating.
Cons
Interface feels like an endless maze of tabs and dropdowns and it's never obvious where a click will land you. Instead of helping you find what you need quickly, it almost feels like playing an adventure game where youre jumping around just to locate the right feature that seems hidden somewhere in the interface.
