“connects with other systems well”
Pros
Can handle a broad range of processes and it connects with other systems pretty well. It's able to manage both financial and non-financial data so it can genuinely serve as a single source of truth rather than forcing everything to live in separate tools.
Cons
NetSuite is pretty massive, with lots of modules to configure. That scale can make implementation feel heavy and it tends to mean more effort for ongoing maintenance over time.

“easy to use saved search feature”
Pros
The saved search feature is really easy for regular users to handle and the app is packed with useful functions overall.
Cons
When something goes wrong, the support team seems to be mostly handling things through foreign language support which leaves me dissatisfied with both communication and response speed.

“strong invoicing workflow”
Pros
Organizes the whole workflow for creating invoices, sending them out and handling payments and it still fits well across different clients. Being able to pull up invoice history quickly and efficiently is a big help too.
Cons
It would be nice to have more customization options for the dashboards and the support quality could be better.

“highly customizable setup”
Pros
I really appreciate how customizable it is. I've worked at two different companies that used this in totally different ways and once our needs were clearly communicated, the team figured out how to modify it to fit what we were trying to do. It doesn't feel like a one size fits all system because it adapts to the way your business runs.
Cons
Occasionally, the level of customization can make the workflow harder to follow, particularly when you join after the company has already gone live and the process has been shaped around the custom setup.

“well-rounded and efficient”
Pros
At my previous job, I used NetSuite and it honestly took very little training to get up to speed. The whole system feels well-rounded and efficient and it handled what we needed without feeling overly complicated.
Cons
At times the updates were slightly annoying but they never turned into a real problem.

“Comprehensive accounting support”
Pros
Covers essentially all the accounting needs end to end and it's been a solid setup for the way I handle things. Because of that, I'd recommend the system overall.
Cons
A couple of features can feel a bit much and may come across as complicated at first. Even with that, my overall recommendation still stands.

“strong order management integrations”
Pros
The integration with Order Management tools has been really helpful for my workflow. It connects the different parts of the system in a way that makes managing orders more efficient.
Cons
The user interface feels poorly designed and there are very few customization options available. I keep running into limitations when trying to adjust the setup to match how I work.

“quick integrations”
Pros
You can customize the setup so it fits what I'm trying to accomplish makes a big difference. I also really value the workflow integrations since they let us plug in simple scripts without needing to hire a developer.
Cons
That said, projects still need follow up updates. This portion of the program feels a bit abbreviated compared to other areas since updates don't seem to get pushed in as quickly. Customer service could also be more responsive and helpful.

“Highly customizable reporting”
Pros
Very customizable which makes it workable across different workflows. Data reporting is strong too once it's set up, you can actually pull the insights you need. Another big win is the centralization since it consolidates key processes and data in one place instead of scattering things across multiple systems.
Cons
Rollout and implementation can be pretty difficult and needs to stay on schedule so it's not the kind of project you can rush. The interface is a bit difficult to get used to right away so training becomes important. If you're coming from a different ERP, it can be hard to transfer your existing skills directly. There's also a sense that some parts are over detailed which can feel like more complexity than you really need.

“powerful script customization”
Pros
Being able to customize the scripts is a big win and it also lets you use JavaScript directly in the browser which makes the whole workflow feel a lot more flexible. It's nice not being limited to a fixed set of options.
Cons
FX-related capability could use a bit more clarity and CTAs can get pretty complicated for a lot of accounting users, depending on how they're trying to set them up.

“lots of features”
Pros
A very powerful platform that you can use to handle a wide range of business needs in one place. It also comes packed with useful capabilities like workflows and scripting which make it possible to automate everyday processes and take repetitive work off individuals across different departments.
Cons
Getting started isn't particularly beginner-friendly-there's a noticeable learning curve and the system can be a bit tricky to move around in at times.

“polished business data manager”
Pros
It comes across as a well-polished tool and it's genuinely useful across every part of a business. I especially like that it can store key data such as contacts and inventory without feeling cluttered.
Cons
Set up and implementation can be pretty challenging when you're dealing with large amounts of data like importing or entering everything and having it processed at scale.

Pros

“Strong fit”
Pros
Optimized for work that happens in clearly defined, separate chunks rather than tasks you run on a constant, ongoing basis. A few coworkers have already built tools to help bridge that gap though it would need to be folded into the overall solution. There are also some limitations on the automated marketing side so if a big portion of your job relies on that, you may want a dedicated developer. Pricing gets a bit steep too. Sending emails beyond 5k per month costs more than I'd like. That said because the APIs are so accessible, you can integrate with tools like Constant Contact that support the same goals. You just have to be thoughtful when choosing the right one.
Cons
The countdown feature shown alongside the finance module feels like it was designed early on but it hasn't been refined enough since then. There's no option to assign a custom amount directly. A more capable alternative was added ("Planning with customizations") and it work well but it also comes with an extra licensing cost.

“reporting setup is easy to work with”
Pros
Using it's inventory count capabilities, we've gotten a much clearer grip on our stock levels and can make more confident decisions when it's time to place orders. On top of that the reporting setup is easy to work with. It lets users build reports across a wide range of topics and those outputs can then be exported to tools like Excel for deeper analysis.
Cons
Even small adjustments can have a big effect. To prevent ending up with two different names for the same object, the stored search fields need to align exactly with how they appear on the main sites since they can mirror the same naming exactly.

Pros
