“great fit for large companies”
Pros
This platform works really well for larger businesses. You can access it from both mobile and desktop which makes day to day use convenient. It also connects with other tools through the software so you can keep your workflows integrated instead of juggling separate systems.
Cons
If you run a small business, I wouldn't recommend this especially if the budget doesn't allow for a system at this price point.

“web platform saves you on set up difficulties”
Pros
The standout part for me is that it's a web based platform which saves us from the usual installation and setup headaches. There's also a mobile app that covers a few key functions so I can handle certain tasks on the go without needing to stay at a computer.
Cons
Interface feels pretty complex, particularly if you're using it for the first time. It also doesn't offer much flexibility for editing and customizing which makes it harder to change the setup to exactly how we work.

“powerful project management features”
Pros
For organizing and managing our projects, we picked this tool because of the range of features it offers-it's been genuinely impressive.
Cons
Honestly, we haven't run into many issues worth complaining about yet so nothing really stands out as something we dislike.

“steep learning curve”
Pros
Adaptable enough that you can modify it to match your specific workflows instead of forcing your business into a one size fits all setup. The modular approach feels a lot like building with LEGO you begin with the essentials and then add more modules as your needs expand. Since it's cloud based too, I can log in and work from anywhere, whenever it fits my schedule.
Cons
Performance can feel sluggish at times and the interface isn't as simple as I'd want so day to day use can become a bit frustrating. There's a real learning curve, particularly for new users who need time to figure out the best way to work in the system. Navigating the platform can be confusing and it often ends up requiring support and technical help both during setup and when issues come up. All of that slows things down and can limit how much you're able to accomplish quickly.

“strong ERP for accounting”
Pros
A strong ERP platform for accounting, packed with lots of features that help companies automate financial transactions. The interface looks great and it's simple enough for new users to get started without a steep learning curve. It also allows full customization so you can adjust workflows and modules to match your specific needs. The reporting tools are a standout for me-being able to pull up any financial detail instantly makes day to day work much faster.
Cons
There isn't anything I genuinely dislike. It's a solid accounting solution and even though it can be pricey, I still feel the cost is justified.

“convenient cloud access”
Pros
Comes with a full set of business management tools that bring everything together in one place. It covers a lot of ground-financial management, inventory, customer relationship management and even e-commerce so you can manage different parts of the business without stitching everything together manually. The modules also work well together, giving a more complete picture of operations and making it easier to keep data consistent while streamlining workflows. On top of that the reporting and analytics are strong and genuinely helpful for getting actionable insights which makes it easier to make decisions based on real numbers. Since it's cloud based, I can access everything from anywhere which helps a lot with remote work and team collaboration.
Cons
System feels complex and comes with a learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can be pretty overwhelming for new users to figure out where everything is and how to configure it for their specific setup. Getting it implemented can also take a while. There's a lot involved in configuring and customizing the platform to match business needs so it often demands serious time and effort upfront. Customer support is another area that could be better. I'd like faster, more responsive help when questions come up.

“Supports many functions”
Pros
Bundles a strong set of tools for handling every side of project management. It supports project planning, resource and task management, time tracking, expense tracking and project financial reporting so teams can manage projects from start to finish in one platform. The real time visibility into project progress is a big plus too-project managers can keep an eye on even the small details and make better, more informed decisions.
Cons
Mobile app really doesn't work for me. It feels overly complex and the user interface isn't particularly polished. Also, getting started can be tough at first and the pricing seems higher than what you'd pay for other ERP systems.

“accurate composite item stock tracking”
Pros
Most of the products we build are basically combinations of inventory items we already have and this system handles those relationships well across every stage. It supports different unit types and updates stock tracking properly and the allocation of stock to each composite product is genuinely accurate. Components all run as expected so there's no real need to manually update anything just to keep the information correct. Since it originally started as a finance tool, that still feels like the software's strongest value-everything ties back nicely into financial management.
Cons
A lightweight POS option for a single store would be ideal without needing to buy an extra costly add on meant for multi-branch businesses. It would also help if the ordering flow were simplified like for example, adding a "Print or Invoice" button right on the order completion screen. Archived searches and customizable reports would be a big win too especially for users who aren't comfortable with computers or any kind of programming.

“flexible dashboards”
Pros
I previously worked with SAP alongside smaller, older ERP systems so I've had a solid comparison point. It really feels like a strong value for the money especially when you look at it against something like SAP. The dashboards are well done and dashboard customization lets us pull out a lot of practical value day to day. The one area that felt less polished was our rollout. Working with their team during implementation was a bit rocky and I'd love to see them spend more time understanding what different companies actually value so they can steer users toward the dashboard and reporting customizations that genuinely make daily work faster and more efficient.
Cons
Some features don't come with the main package and instead show up as add ons you have to pay for. For instance, the fixed asset module feels like it should be part of the base offering. I also ran into situations where some reports would be more helpful if the filtering options inside the program were easier to use. Instead, we often have to export reports to Excel just to filter down to the specific data we need. That might be customizable but we weren't given much guidance on what's available or how to set it up so we ended up figuring much of it out ourselves.

“Very slow to use”
Pros
The sales team basically pitched us a dream scenario. An integrated setup that would save time and help upgrade processes across the business for better efficiency but none of it was true.
Cons
None of the promises held up. The system is really slow, takes forever to get through tasks and overall it's not very user friendly.

“great time tracking”
Pros
Helps companies handle employee time tracking along with employee-related data and other financial information. You can also connect it with third-party tools which makes it flexible for different workflows. It's not limited to one size of business either-startups can use it just as well as large enterprise organizations.
Cons
Feels too pricey, particularly for small and mid-sized companies.

“high performance solution”
Pros
I find the this tool user interface really easy to use. It's simple to use and the personalized dashboard is awesome. It lets each person access the tools and information they need for their job, making everything a lot more efficient.
Cons
In conclusion, I think it is an excellent ERP system. It offers a lot of features, is scalable, easy to use and integrates well with other systems. I have no cons to mention.

“user friendly reporting”
Pros
It's simple to use and the scheduled reporting feature has been a big time saver. I can also save reports and share them with others without much hassle. On top of that their customer service has been genuinely helpful-there are experts who actually work with you to figure out and solve more unique or specific issues that come up.
Cons
Report formats and overall presentation could be better. Also, getting MRR and ARR to display the right values takes a fair amount of customization. One more thing: every time I access the software, I have to enter an authenticator code which gets a little repetitive.

“5 stars”
Pros
Has a detailed audit trail and it supports traceability of records. Having that level of audit tracking makes it much easier to follow changes and verify what's happened over time.
Cons
The part I'm least happy with is the production management side. It doesn't seem to offer much support there-there's no clear way to schedule orders and I couldn't find options to view orders by profile or by department.

“powerful CRM”
Pros
Comes with a solid set of CRM tools, including customer service management, customer management, reporting and marketing automation. I've mainly worked with customer management and it's been useful as a centralized database for keeping customer info organized-like contact details and purchase history all in one place. On top of that you can access it on both Android and iOS mobile devices which makes it convenient for managing customer data on the go.

“time saving automation for invoices”
Pros
This tool has helped me automate a lot of tasks that used to be manual especially vendor invoice processing and payments. That change has cut down the time and effort it takes to handle accounts payable for my company quite a bit.
Cons

“All in one solution”
Pros
What I love about Oracle NetSuite ERP is how customizable it is. It lets businesses adjust the software to fit their needs, no matter the industry. Since it's cloud based, I can access real-time data from any device, anywhere without worrying about on-site infrastructure. It has a lot of features from financial and inventory management to CRM, e-commerce and project management. Plus it's very easy to use and gives real time data to help make smart decisions. The best part is the strong security that keeps all sensitive data safe.
Cons
It can be pretty pricey especially for small businesses. The costs can add up quickly since it's priced per user or module, so businesses needing multiple users or modules might face a hefty bill.
