Helps our company keep better control of day to day activities. The biggest win for us is how easy to use it feels. Navigation is user friendly and doesn't require a lot of training. It also covers a lot of core operations, including accounting and production but it's the inventory management that really stands out as a strong fit for our needs.

That said, it could use some improvements. The interface design, along with the pricing and overall functionality, feel like they need a rethink. If those areas were redesigned, it would better match what we expect from the tool.

I also like that all our data and information live in one central place and access is controlled cleanly through roles and permissions. On top of that the procurement cycle is a standout. Being able to create multiple connected transactions and have the system build a transaction tree makes it easy to trace the history of any purchase activity.

Some capabilities don't feel as strong or truly useful unless you move up to a higher tier or bring in a third-party add on. The MRP/MFG Excellence modules are a clear example of this limitation.

On top of that the integration side has been smooth. It connects well with other systems and apps so rolling everything out and managing it in one place feels a lot more organized. Since it's cloud based, the system is accessible from anywhere at any time which is a big plus for teams that aren't always in the same location. Overall, it's flexible both in setup and day to day access.

Because it runs in the cloud, it also depends on your internet connection. Weak connectivity (or an outage) can slow things down or halt access. Lastly, technical support can vary depending on where you are so issue resolution may not always be as quick as you'd hope in every region.

On top of that the reporting and analytics are solid, with real time visibility into what's happening so you can make decisions using up to date, accurate data. Another big plus is scalability. The platform can grow with your business and you can expand by adding new features and applications as your needs evolve.

Integration options can be a bit uneven even though there are integrations with many tools, a few third-party connections may not be available which could restrict some workflows. Because the system is fairly complex, there can also be occasional performance hiccups, like slower response times for users. Some of the field names don't line up perfectly with what I expect so pulling an "unknown" field into a report can be a bit tricky. On top of that it has a lot of different sections and it's not always obvious what's available that could help with specific business needs.
