“smart insights”
Pros
Has a forward thinking approach that cuts down on repetitive, time-consuming work and gives us more room to focus on planning, growth and strategy. It also makes decision making much simpler by putting valuable insights right at our fingertips with just a click.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. We've been using this software for 8 years and have really loved it overall. The only thing that stands out as a downside is that the user interface has never felt especially attractive from a visual standpoint.

“powerful multi subsidiary reporting”
Pros
Managing data in one centralized system across multiple subsidiaries and currencies has been a huge advantage. It gives us reliable reporting and strong analytics which makes it much easier to keep everything accurate and organized.
Cons
Every now and then bugs still come up. Workflow automations or integrations especially ones like Fiton for serial number tracking, it can fail or create duplicate records so someone has to step in and fix things manually.

“SaaS value with strong ecosystem”
Pros
NetSuite works really well for us as a SaaS platform because we don't have to deal with hosting or the headaches that come with it. That alone saves us a lot since there's no need to bring in extra support staff just to maintain the system. It also feels like very good value for the money. On top of that there are hundreds of partners and apps available so it's not hard to find help or added functionality for almost any NetSuite requirement.
Cons
Difficult to point to major problems with this tool specifically. The only real concern is that your setup can become overly complicated if you're not careful. Even then, that risk is pretty minor when you're working with a good partner.

“broad integrations”
Pros
The Claude integration has been really impressive and the AI roadmap planned for the next 6 to 12 months looks very promising.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about but if I had to point out something, I'd mention the text enhancement feature. It could probably be improved further espeically for retailers or eCommerce businesses.

“AI powered insights that deliver”
Pros
It has really leaned into AI in a way that boosts how the platform works. It helps users make smarter sense of their data much faster which saves time and improves decision-making.
Cons
It's a bit hard to compare since I haven't used another platform before. That said, we did notice that overseas partners seemed more competitive than the ones based in the UK.

“Strong features”
Pros
Getting around the system feels very easy and it's simple to use overall. It also includes some really solid features espeically the SuiteBilling module and advanced revenue recognition.
Cons
At times, performance can be a bit slow. It's also frustrating that some features you'd expect to be standard still take a while to get installed.

“a positive experience”
Pros
Working with the basic features feels very simple. Most of the platform isnt difficult to navigate and the overall user experience has been very positive.
Cons
The setup and integration process feels rigid and slow and the pricing is fairly high. Getting support for setup-related fixes can also be difficult at times.

“flexible setup for global teams”
Pros
Easy to use and configure even when dealing with more complex business processes. Being able to access the system from anywhere in the world is a big advantage and it helps bring together data from multiple sources in one place.
Cons
Isn't available in Ukrainian which is a limitation for us. There are also times when the built in reporting doesn't cover everything we need so we have to export the data to create the required reports separately.

“missing some accounting basics”
Pros
There are frequent updates and the system feels consistent across the board which makes it familiar to work in. It's user friendly overall and the closing and consolidation process is simple to handle.
Cons
A few important gaps still stand out: there's no stock ageing, auto cash allocation doesn't factor in credit notes, the reservation system doesn't perform reliably and there's still no automatic account clearing.

“Excellent data control”
Pros
The data management is really solid and setting up approval workflows is very simple. Role based permissions and access management are also handled really well which makes the whole system feel reliable and well organized.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into any issues with it. For me, it's the best ERP and I don't have any negative comments to add.

“useful reporting”
Pros
Gives us a lot of flexibility and feels easy to work with. The search tools and reporting features are genuinely helpful and the user permissions and control settings are a strong part of the system.
Cons
There are still some process limitations and expanding or adapting the system can get expensive. The interface also has room for improvement if they want broader user adoption.

“Very user friendly system”
Pros
It's really encouraging to see more AI being added into the program. The system itself is very user friendly and one feature that stood out to me was the 360 dashboards. I wasn't aware of that capability before but it's definitely something I'm taking away from today and plan to start using in my monthly reporting.
Cons
The biggest downside has been the lack of training espeically around reporting. We've been using this for around two years and still haven't had much guidance so attending these conferences has been helpful because we're discovering parts of the system we could have been using all along but never heard about from our account manager.

“cutomized workflows”
Pros
This platform has been a strong fit for us because it combines finance, operations and reporting in a single cloud based system. Having everything in one place gives me real time visibility without having to deal with disconnected tools or older onsite setups. Another big plus is how configurable the platform is, dashboards, workflows and saved searches can all be adjusted to match how the business actually operates which has made processes like procure to pay and reporting much more automated and dependable.
Cons
Because the platform is so powerful and packed with features, there is definitely a learning curve and it takes some time to configure everything exactly the way we need it.

“flexible setup”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how customizable it is. It handles data management really well, the overall value for money feels acceptable and it's been reliable with very few bugs and strong uptime. It's also really easy to use.
Cons
Where it falls short is performance espeically with page loading times and overall server speed. On top of that the add ons tend to be pricey and usually don't feel worth the additional cost.

Pros
After 3 years of using it, I'm still happy with how much you can do with it. Our business combines service, SaaS and real estate and it has scaled well for what we need.
Cons

Pros

“A top tier software”
Pros
Custom fields are a big plus. Having accounting, CRM and e-commerce brought together in one real time platform feels top tier and makes everything work as a single powerhouse.
Cons
There are still some slow, buggy moments. On top of that the customization can get pretty complex and the high subscription pricing can make scaling feel like an ongoing challenge.

“cuts down on tab switching”
Pros
Having accounting, CRM, inventory and reporting all in one system cuts down a lot on switching between different tools. Being able to log in from anywhere is also a big advantage.
Cons
Building reports can be pretty challenging and usually takes longer than expected. The interface can feel a bit slow and it doesn't look as modern as some newer SaaS platforms. Getting around the system also sometimes requires more clicks than it really should.

“powerful automation and scalability”
Pros
Getting around the system is easy and the customization options give us a lot of flexibility. Automation is simple to set up and the platform scales really well as needs grow. Most of our finance workflows can be automated almost end to end which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Cost is definitely on the high side and I'd like to see stronger AI capabilities in the customization and development side of the platform. Managing three separate instances also adds a layer of complexity and can be challenging.
