“Works for businesses across the world”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization with different forms, fields, templates and more. That makes it possible to adapt the system to specific requirements and support the needs of different countries.
Cons
Performance can be underwhelming at times. On top of that customer support is often disappointing and support cases can take a very long time to get resolved.

“powerful visibility”
Pros
Delivers strong integration, real time visibility into data and workflows that scale well as needs grow. Its next update is also expected to add a lot of value and bring even more benefits.
Cons
It does have a learning curve and it can be expensive. Setting up the system and building reports usually takes some expertise although Ask Oracle should help address a lot of those challenges.

“highly customizable”
Pros
Everything is kept in one place which makes the platform very convenient to use. It's also customizable so the interface can be adjusted to feel more user friendly.
Cons
The paid modules can get expensive. On top of that integrating with LLMs other than Claude or ChatGPT is difficult.

“user friendly platform with powerful search”
Pros
Using Oracle NetSuite has been a very positive experience. The interface is user friendly, the global search in the center saves a lot of time and the system is flexible enough to adapt to different needs. It also connects well with many other applications and the role management features are solid and helpful.
Cons
One area that can be difficult is managing customizations and scripts from one central place and handling data is a bit difficult. Keeping the system updated and well maintained over time can also be a challenge.

“Instant reporting”
Pros
One thing I've really enjoyed is the AI feature and how well Claude works within it. It's also very convenient to pull reports quickly whenever I need them on the spot.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. The only challenge is getting used to the new processes and the time it can take to learn them but it's definitely worth it.

“Very reliable for everyday work”
Pros
I've been using this software day in and day out and honestly I just keep appreciating it more. It's a highly flexible and dependable system and there's a lot you can accomplish with it.
Cons
Getting it configured the right way can be challenging since it takes quite a bit of customization and know-how but once everything is properly set up, the software delivers the results you expect.

“built specifically for our business”
Pros
Being able to customize the system around our specific business needs has been the part I appreciate most. That flexibility makes it fit the way we work instead of forcing us into a rigid setup.
Cons
It's pretty slow overall and can be hard for junior staff to navigate and use comfortably.

“all in one tool”
Pros
It handles an impressive amount and covers pretty much every part of the business so there's no need to rely on separate systems or extra integrations.
Cons
After 16 years with NetSuite, our setup has become extremely customized. Because of that, one small change can end up creating problems across the entire system.

“powerful end to end coverage”
Pros
Covers the full process from end to end really well. The data is reliable, stays live and can be recovered when needed. The system also responds quickly and the screen presentation looks excellent.
Cons
The formatting feels inflexible at times and the month-end processes are quite complex. Another downside is that updates are not clearly visible the first time you log in.

“Solid fit for a growing team”
Pros
Has been easy to use and integrating it with a few other platforms hasn't been difficult. It fits the needs of our company well espeically at our current size of around 70 employees.
Cons
To make it work fully for our company, we've definitely needed a number of customizations. The module pricing is also a bit complicated to understand.

“AI powered time saver”
Pros
This platform cuts down on the time we spend on data analysis and the AI integration in particular is really useful for our team.

“ahead on AI”
Pros
New AI driven features look very promising. I'd say they're highly relevant to our business espeically since we're in manufacturing and they seem like a strong fit for how our company operates.
Cons
Most of the add ons come at an extra cost. Not every solution is included in the core package so the total price can climb pretty quickly.

“promising AI for faster processes”
Pros
It really highlighted a lot of things we could be doing to simplify our day to day work. The AI exception management features look especially promising and should help make the review process better.
Cons
One thing that could be explained more clearly is the dependency between features, for example, needing banking automation in place before you can actually use Cash 360 for cash flow forecasting.

Pros
Everything feels very flexible and the platform is simple to use which makes it much easier for a new user to learn quickly and become comfortable with it.

Pros
Right away, the convenience of this system and the broad set of features it includes have been incredibly valuable for our team. It makes our day to day workflows more efficient, greatly improves the accuracy of our data management and saves us a lot of time that used to be spent on manual processing.
Cons

“replaced all our tools with just one platform”
Pros
All our data now lives in one place and this serves as central database. Replacing several separate tools with just this has been a major step forward for us.
Cons
Fitting our existing processes into this one tool hasn't been simple and has definitely been challenging. It also really requires solid support because trying to handle that transition on your own is tough.

“Sped up our processes”
Pros
Lets us pull reports on just about anything we need. It has also helped us automate a lot of workflows and speed up many of our day to day processes.
Cons
The part I'm not thrilled with is the number of different record types which can make the system feel a little frustrating at times. It could definitely be organized espeically when it comes to undoing certain actions. While the reporting capabilities are extensive some tasks still involve a lot of paperwork and that becomes even more noticeable when you need to reverse something.

“connected workflows and strong visibility”
Pros
Having financial and operational data together in one place is probably the biggest advantage for me because it makes it much simpler to follow transactions all the way through. I can trace a bill back to the purchase order and then see how it carries into the general ledger without needing to switch between different systems. Saved searches are another feature I rely on a lot. I use them to monitor things like open bills, payment progress and exceptions and once they are built, they cut down a lot of the manual checking across multiple screens. The overall structure between AP, purchasing and GL also works well for everyday tasks. It gives a consistent way to record transactions and makes month end work easier to handle. Overall, it helps keep processes organised and much easier to review.
Cons
Getting used to it can be a challenge because some parts of the system are not especially easy to use, particularly for new users. It often takes a while to figure out where certain functions are located or how different records connect to one another. The interface also feels somewhat outdated and moving between screens can take more clicks than it should. That extra navigation can slow down routine work espeically when dealing with a high volume of transactions. I have also run into situations where fixing transactions or dealing with errors is not very easy and those tasks can require workarounds or a deeper understanding of how the system works.

Pros
Once you get familiar with how everything flows, it's generally pretty simple to use. Its also highly customizable so you can adapt it well to the way your employees actually work.
Cons
