Userful insights for decision making

Pros

I really appreciated how flexible and customizable the platform is. It let me handle several sides of their business like finances, supply chain management and customer relationships all from a single place. The reporting and data analytics features in this also stood out since the insights they provide are genuinely useful for making better business decisions.

Cons

System response times felt slow at times and I ran into some friction navigating the user interface.

everything you need in one place

Pros

This platform pretty much covers everything you could reasonably want. It has the full set of features and options you need without feeling like you're missing key pieces.

Cons

The only real downside is the price-cost can be tough to manage especially if you're running a smaller organisation with a tighter budget.

fits our business really well

Pros

Ease of use is really good-it lines up well with the way our business needs to operate and the specific use cases we're targeting.

Cons

I'm genuinely satisfied with this tool and there isn't anything I dislike or feel strongly critical about.

quick to learn

Pros

It's pretty quick to get the hang of and once you're comfortable with it you can actually explain it to other people without much trouble. The navigation also feels smooth so I'm not constantly getting lost when switching between sections.

Cons

It would be nice if it had a few more features-some competitors seem to offer more options out of the box.

strong editing tools

Pros

Being able to use a lot of editing options is a big plus and I also really appreciate the clear, full view of costs especially when it comes to seeing both the budget and the expenses that are required.

Cons

There are a few small slowdowns when loading data and sometimes it's a bit too easy to end up spending too much time tracking down a specific piece of information.

powerful CRM automation

Pros

This has been a solid tool for automating our company's accounting workflow. We mainly used it to create, send and track invoices and everything worked out well with reliable results. It also performed nicely for CRM tasks so it didn't feel like we needed separate software for customer management. On top of that it made supplier data management much more efficient by automating the process.

Cons

Email can sometimes run into issues and there's a bit of a learning curve-training is necessary before getting started. Also, when you want additional features added later, it can increase the workload to keep development moving.

All in one tool with cloud access

Pros

Feels like a true all in one business management suite aimed at helping companies simplify day to day operations while keeping their data organized and more efficient. It's packed with practical modules like financials, inventory and ecommerce so it works well whether you're running a small operation or scaling up. The cloud setup is a big plus too since it's accessible anytime and anywhere, it's easier to keep information current and available for whoever needs it.

Cons

The part I liked the least was that customization options are pretty limited. Even though there's a lot of functionality included out of the box, it can still be tough to modify the system closely enough to match specific workflows or unique business requirements.

NetSuite replaced QuickBooks

Pros

Our firm outgrew QuickBooks which is what pushed us to look for something more capable and NetSuite was the solution we landed on. Right now we're working toward getting fully proficient in NetSuite as quickly as possible. That means I'm spending a good amount of time building out processes and teaching other salespeople so they can use the system confidently.

Cons

Cost estimating for an assembly can be tricky especially when you rely only on the BOM. You have to make sure the most current data is available and used for the calculation because things can change. Calculating gross margin is easy but our earnings are margin based and those margin numbers can shift throughout the day as updated information comes in.

not a good fit for small businesses

Pros

Honestly they promised a lot but it's all exaggerated especially compared to what a smaller business actually needs.

Cons

Rollout and setup are a mess. It expects every document to be in their specific format and they also won't let you use the pricing documents you've already got in place. The timeline for converting everything is absolutely unreal.

productivity boost

Pros

Works well for companies of all sizes since it's a full, flexible platform for managing day to day operations. The cloud setup means you can access it from anywhere and it comes with a lot of strong, well thought out features. While the pricing can be steep for smaller organizations, the overall benefits are worth it if you're aiming to organize workflows and boost productivity.

Cons

Everything about it has been impressive so far and I can't point out any real downsides with the software.

Pros

Easy to customize to our needs and it's pretty user friendly overall. Adapting to it didn't take long either which helped us get up and running quickly.

gets projects done

Pros

Awesome for helping me stay focused and actually finish my projects. The way it keeps everything organized makes it a lot easier to follow through instead of getting sidetracked.

Cons

It's a bit on the pricey side but the value feels justified to me. Overall, it's genuinely a solid piece of software.

powerful reporting

Pros

A really capable, flexible platform for keeping an eye on basically every side of a company. It ships with a wide range of built in reports and there's also the option to build custom reports when the standard ones don't quite fit your needs.

Cons

The only real downside is that the sheer amount of included features can be a bit overwhelming at first and may lead to confusion. You can eventually dig through and learn the system but having proper training for such a broad setup is definitely the better route and that can come with a higher price tag.

Solid CRM module

Pros

CRM module is solid for following leads through the whole sales flow-from the suspect stage all the way to fully qualified customers with a signed contract. Having that visibility makes it easier to manage the pipeline and stay on top of what's moving forward.

Cons

Because it's backed by Oracle, the backend database is pretty painful to work with when you're trying to do analytical reporting. Oracle also doesn't seem very willing to provide a clear data map for clients which makes building reports and extracting insights more time consuming than it should be.

Too expensive

Pros

This software is one of the best options around and they've kept their brand standard consistent. even though it does come with additional features, my usage was limited to the CRM part and the functionality there genuinely impressed me.

Cons

Pricing feels quite steep. I suspect the cost could be a major factor behind why they're attracting fewer customers.

accounting management efficiency

Pros

The way the management side for my clients works, along with the accounting features for my own books, has been spot on and very efficient. Everything runs smoothly and accurately.

Cons

Nothing is really wrong at this point. Even with the other features I've been using, the experience hasn't left me feeling like anything is missing or not working at this level.

user friendly interface

Pros

It's a pretty multi-functional platform and its user friendly interface really helps a lot of businesses get work done faster. The connectivity, speed and overall simplicity stand out and that combination makes it feel like a stronger choice than many other options I've tried.

Cons

Pricing may feel steep for some companies but based on what you get, it seems fair enough to me.

Brings full financial coverage

Pros

Compared with other tools, this feels like a lot more complete option for managing a company's finances. It covers the main financial areas and also provides the resources to integrate everything in one place, instead of stitching multiple systems together.

Cons

Main area that needs improvement is usability. Some tasks tend to require rework or rewriting and getting the right information isn't as simple as it should be. Navigating the platform also doesn't feel very fluid overall.

Quick and easy integrations

Pros

Integration is pretty simple and it connects well with a bunch of popular finance and accounting applications. Using it day to day is also user friendly. Data sync via JDBC and the API to other databases (like Snowflake) is handled in a clean, simple way too.

Cons

For our financial reporting, we really need balance sheet and P&L reports broken down to the functional or cost-center level so we can understand accounting by function. Adding forecasting-style reporting would be a nice improvement as well.
